It's not only neatly well-organised but also gives a seamless, one-glance, clarity enabling to see and access various types of investment products offering. It is so easy to navigate, particularly for senior citizens investors and/or those not so tech-savvy.

I would recommend STASHAWAY to any Malaysian to make use of this platform to earn and learn. Firstly, it is legit being registered with SC. People like me who don't have much to invest, tend to shy away as we are not sure where to begin. But the low entry amount accepted is very welcoming. I am particularly impressed at their customer support team - very responsive. Their platform is flexible and user friendly, almost anyone can invest!

A very neat app that invests my money instead of letting it go idle in my bank account and potentially loses its value to inflation over time. There are many varieties of investment instrument that I can choose from; from low risk money market funds to REITs, clean energy and precious metals. Although I just invest in 'General Investment'. The layout of the app although confusing at first, you will get used to it and there are many features that can help me track my investment portfolio.

Love this app. How I wished I knew about it earlier. In the beginning, had some difficulties to navigate. However, your staff was prompt to reach out to me and sort things out. I like that I can monitor how much and when to invest. I like that I can reach out for help via WhatsApp. No need to make arrangement to meet financial advisor or get influenced by "salesman" talk. The flexible amount to invest in the comfort of your home is also another plus point. ☺️

Tons of onboarding requirements. Never ending back and forth email with customer support. Always asking for more. Never satisfied. Stay away.

Took hours to transfer from one fund to another only to have it fail, then was unable to do the transfer again because apparently it's still "processing". Unintuitive UI. Made a deposit via paynow and till date is still not showing up in the app. Coinhako and Webull on the other hand are able to reflect the deposits almost instantly.

Withdrawn of money and processing took longer than my grandmother can walk. It's already 2024, so many better platforms out there. Stashaway have to improve themselves if not will be outdated

Using it for 5 years now. Probably one of the best passive investment platform. It's not without flaw of course but best in the MY market now IMO. If you don't like the ETF combo they offer, guess what, you can choose your own ETF and do it yourself.

App has always been easy to use! Recently needed to verify my account after changing phone numbers, customer service (Vishitra N Thangaraju) was incredibly fast and helpful! Would like the app to show money weighted ans time weighted returns though! Or if this is available, hope its easier to toggle!

Updating my review. Previously I hated the fact they suddenly decided to remove the option to view our portfolio between USD/MYR, where prior to this we had this option all this while. After some back and forth (for a year!), they finally reversed it. Reason behind was that Simple invest locally only, so it may cause confusion, if the denominator was in USD. Hence, a middle ground was given where if a user doesn't have Simple, it will give the option to alternate between USD/MYR currency.

I'm very impressed with the performance of the general portfolio for the SRI I chose. The app however is a bit slow in opening up and connecting but otherwise no particular concerns as far as the app is concerned. Nor with the actual service. It's the only portfolio I have that actually grew over the last 2 years and was at minimal loss during the worse period in the market. I wish I had left all my investment in this. Highly recommend
