This is the most user friendly encryption I'm aware of, and while that can encourage less caution, this app is very good at alerting users to possible concerns without overwhelming casual users

Frustrating. Only installed a few hours and already it won't let me log in. Had to change my password. Still won't accept it. Also I can't edit contacts.

Great application. It doesn't let us feel that we are using mail on phone. Perfect for text formatting and best user interface.

"Please note that in-app sign up requires you to provide an email address to link to your account." Yet they tell Play Store "no data collected" LIES! Data mining app just to get your email address to market you and share with other marketers. If I already have a fkn email address then I dont need YOUR data mining email account.

This app is very suspect. For some reason it appeared top of play store list for the fastmail app. This is nothing more than credentials harvesting. It needs deleting from the app store.

Why would I want to have this email service if I already had an email address? I'm trying to get away from Google and everything and I'm changing everything so that I can get into my accounts when I'd like to and I am not connected to they're out there, but I don't use them. And therefore I give you a zero stars. Because I have to provide an email address that's bs. This is a dumb app. Because I don't want any other email address and I'm starting to no more. Initially only used this app for the occasional email where I needed to send important documents I didnt trust Gmail with. But now I use this as my main email it's been really easy to use and is SO much more organised than normal Gmail. StayPrivate is now the email of choice for me and family and friend - I'd definitely recommend!

Worthless. This sets up a single email address for this app only. You can't add your existing accounts to it. May as well save the time and effort and start a new Microsoft or Gmail account if this is all I wanted. Deleting.

Some of these folks don't seem to get the actual purpose of this app, hence some bad reviews in my opinion, and it's a shame. However, the UI honestly really is in need of a makeover. Try amoled black theme especially, make it useful and sleek. Do different than the others, and sexy the app up and there's legit potential here. Anyway, wishing you devs success with this app/service!

I used to LOVE this app! It was great! Private, no ads, great UI. But now I can NOT get it to work!! I know I'm using the correct login. I use a password manager and haven't changed a thing. I log in. Asks for my pin and biometrics. Then it just sits there loading til it says "Network error" PLEASE PLEASE PLEAS fix this ASAP! I will change my review to 5 stars. But I seriously have a lot of important emails i need

Love this service! I actually used to avoid my emails because of all the spam I got. My inbox was just chaos and impossible to find things. Stayprivate reduce the amount of spam plus you can block to stop spam/unwanted mail fully. The inbox is automatically organised so it's much easier to find things! Since I signed up things keep updating and improving too! It's already miles better than what I was using (Gmail) and it keeps improving. Definitely worth signing up - I'll be recommending

Not working Tried to update contact information and received verification codes but after entering them got a network error and now can't access emails in the app. The app asks for permission to send notifications but doesn't give me an option to allow it or not. Fix it and I'll continue to use this and possibly change my rating. Very disappointed... I had high hopes for this.

I sent an email thru your website several days before I tried this app. Zero response. So what would make me think that you'd respond now. I didn't have any trouble signing up. I had trouble coz ya app didn't work at all. My initial rating stands... Avoid.

Refuses to remember login details. Edit: latest update has now fixed the login issue. Kudos to the developers for a speedy fix. Thank you 🙏

Very difficult to set up account, especially with the captcha , which I correctly identified several times, but when I hit the submit button to complete the account setup it said verification with captcha required, but there was no way to get back to it without starting over. It's taken over 12 attempts in 3 weeks. Now I'm stuck trying to send my first email to myself. The screen acting like it's frozen and won't do anything when I hit send. I have 5 bars of signal. Soo I love this email service. I've been using yall for months as a legit email , not a forwarding service. But here recently I've had to factory reset my phone and when I reinstalled the app and successfully logged in ,my emails won't show up despite me uninstall/reinstall multiple times with no luck. Like I said I love this service, the vault is dope and I have used it in several occasions. But I have a lot of stuff tied to this email like accounts etc and I need it to work otherwise I'm SOL:(
