SSG is an amazing app as our motivational teacher & comrade towards our fitness and rewards 👌👍 But I've down the rates again from 3 to 1 just due to bidding policy start for rewards (very bad). Earlier we'd a fix aim to get reward in a fixed limit and now when your aim is alsmost near so the policy says you'll have to wait till another 2 years 👎 I know the actual reward is our health/fitness but still the reward is a motivation for all (as per ssg's words)But these are just words, actually🙏

Started out great but has gone downhill especially over the last year. SSG Coins are as useless as Cred Coins. Steps don't count. Support tickets are not answered (recent examples: #920647, #915131, #928387 and #929433). It looks like the funding has almost run out and the app is on life support till the founders find an exit or shut shop altogether. Hope it doesn't land up in the graveyard of step tracking apps - but all signs point in that direction.

Waste app Most of the time it stops calculating the steps Sometimes even it goes for reversal counting 🙄 If mail/ report to customer care u wil get ready made ans Even though i have joined tge challenge, it will not show any progress, instead at the end of challenge it shows zero & failed Asks many permission including locations and others, which is voilating the personal privacy 7 june 2024: 6:25pm Since from one hour i am walking it stuck at 10337 steps .. Since from one hour..!!!! 🙄🙄

This app is only to keep record, no reward will be granted by activity at all. You have to pay large amount to get anything as this app deals only with expensive brands and products. Its waste to think that we'll get anything from our ecercise from them.

Everytime we try to buy a product ...it comes out of stock ..why that's so ... Using this from last five years ... The tracking of steps stop all of a sudden .. it used to be good but not now .. on the name of update they just try to add some new features but not helping for sure

I connected my Fitbit luxe with SSG and working fine. But for last two day, it was disconnected and unable to connect as it shows message from fitbit... Your app is not providing valid information to connect. No solution received despite several mails to support team SSG.

The only issue I have with is the way the challenges are counted. For some reason ether it is only for me or its common for others, I am not being able to accurately complete my challenges due to the recording is not working. For instance I selected the 500 min cycling challenge and in a day I do nearly 60 min of cycling and the same is visible the challenges are not accurately updated. Its showing I have done 25 min of active activity but it's not reflecting in the challenge.

Wrote below review, but no response. After fed up with the issues in this app, deleting SSG app today "I am editing my review and downgrading App to 2 star. I have been using app since 2016. There were issues in the app earlier, which seems as if those are fully resolved.But From last few days, this app is not recording activity properly.Have sent so many emails of the problems faced by me.. Due to all the issues in app,I am stuck on Level 3 from last 2-3 weeks..Again faced a problem today"

THEY DON'T REPLY!!! I wrote a critical feedback about how I was not satisfied with the experience but they never replied. It was such a good app when it began with really good reward system. Now, it has just turned into a marketing gimmick. The pro subscription is NOT WORTH IT, because the offers are of lower quality than what you'd get on other UPI apps. There are loads of app glitches. I feel their focus has shifted from satisfactory rewards to subpar rewards that will ensure user retention.

This is one of the worst and most buggy app I have used for activity tracking. The only reason to use it was for corporate challenge. It stops syncing steps with Google fit for days and support team doesn't help either. Warning to corporations who are planning to use it for running some challenges.

Over the past few months and updates this app has become th worst ever possible so many bugs, when you report the issue to email they will just sent out an automated email and close issue automatically in few hours without even taking the smallest effort to atleast read out the email. Worst app. No one is a kid here everyone does basic troubleshooting before sending you email of issue, hardly takes a minute to read email and check if email contains steps they have taken for troubleshooting.

Better to count steps manually than use this app. With proper internet connection (all other apps running smoothly) this one says "can't connect" and doesn't register the steps. Mind you, the app is updated and still doesn't record the steps. As a result, I was pushed into lower levels. On the notification panel even if it shows correct number of total steps, inside the app, the progress is shown as zero. An app can't even record the basic thing it's designed for. Pathetic!

I think I could love this app. The step counting has been accurate since, and the offers have a bit of aditional discount than the parent portal. Except that, there is a few issues that I'm concerned with. 1. The daily reward, sometimes the ad doesn't load, but I still get the coin after half a minute, which is kinda okay. 2. The step counting needn't has to be while walking. I can lay on my bed and jerk my phone enough to get it to count steps which might be unfair. Nevertheless, it's amazing!

Worst step counting app ever. I feel cheated when I do my running and at the end of the day it shows all 0s. It was never like this before. If I forget to visit the app at least once in a day, it doesn't just count anything. Plus, the latest update is draining my battery like anything. Coin values of all the previously available products have been significantly increased. Goodbye Stepsetgo! Uninstalling you!

Hi team, I have been using this app from 2019. I have not had any issues earlier. That's why I gave 5 star rating earlier. Nowadays the app has lot of problems. The major problem is invalidating steps I ran or may have took time to sync. I have contacted the team twice on this problem. But no response. I am synced with Google fit too and in it the steps are getting right. If it goes like this I am planning to uninstall the app.
