I earned about 23500 Naira in my One Bank by Referring Customers into the registration of new accounts. The money shows in my transaction history but it doesn't reflect in my actual account balance. Only 500 Naira was credited into my account twice which makes it 1000 Naira. Please i ask for checking and please rectify my issue and credit me my remaining balance. Thank you.

Well conceived, poorly executed Response: app just doesn't work for me; cannot login. Several error messages: service not available, try later or account suspended, contact admistrator, or invalid login, contact administrator, or a handful of other error messages! Tiring!!

I have not been able to use this app for a while due to the fact that I was asked to update. But on getting to play store, I only found two options: uninstall or open. Please do something to rectify this issue, I know this app to be user friendly. I still can't use this app, it's telling me to accept terms and conditions but there's no where to do that. What can I do about it

The new app looks complicated compared to the previous one. You cannot pay saved beneficiaries on the app until you put the account number and bank account afresh which is very inconveniencing. Also schedule payment feature where you want repeating payments to go out at a certain date and time does work. A lot more work is required to make the bank app seemless.

Can't even select security question for a password reset,once you input the wrong password,it becomes a Herculean task to rectify/reset There's bug,and don't ask for a screenshot of the issue,cause the app doesn't allow for screenshots

This is by far the worst banking there is. The other day I made three transactions, one bank transfer and two airtime purchases. I didn't receive any of them but I was debited and uptil today I haven't gotten my money back. Don't download this app, trust me you are better off, it's like a scarm

this one bank app is becoming a mess, I keep losing money each time I buy recharge cards or data, the response will be suspense and the money won't be reversed. I can't even find a place to connect with their customer service center

1 customer Bank. Lately, my app keeps crashing (app not respinding) as I can't log in, I have now resorted to USSD. What's going on? It keeps asking me to input username & password again instead of just password alone. What is happening? So developer you are aware your application doesn't allow for screen shots why are you asking for the impossible na?

All through last month, I was trying to logging in to the app and I was told to updated the app, ongoing to play store I saw no updated button for the app I tried that a lot of time got tired of it and decide to uninstall the app, on installing it back I founded out that there is a new interface, now I can't seems to log in to the app. Please fix it, thanks

This app can be more flexible than it is. Too many unnecessary steps and procedures for transactions. Reducing my 3 stars to 1. Why are there frequent downtime on your banking platform? We don't live in that kind of world anymore where one has to wait for your services to be up to make transactions. EDIT: With this new upgrade on the app's UI and now giving you guys 4 stars and a reason to resume using my account. Thanks for the good job!

At this point I regret ever creating an account with sterling, why? 1. This app always has issues, when I try to transfer it immediately removes me from the app. Very frustrating 2. For some reason ussd has stopped working for me, it keeps showing "no active account" when my account is very much active 3. Don't even get me started on the customer service, the worst I have ever seen (lost money thanks to it👍) In conclusion I don't think I'll ever recommend this anyone. Pretty sure I won't

The mobile app is the slowest bank app I've ever used .. I try to make a transfer yesterday and the first attempt was unsuccessful,I tried again twice and it went through. Only for me to check my account to discover that I was debited 3 times and till now the recipient account hasn't received the money. I have tried to reach them on Instagram but no response.

Requested for account statement thru the app, but never received it. U still have to call customer care, jump through hoops, wait 24 hours before u get a basic account statement covering less than a year. Also, Transaction history is shown per month. E.g. to view from January to June, u must set the calendar for each month separately cos it won't spool your info for d entire period at one go. Unnecessarily tedious. Also, customer support channels either not on app or well hidden. POOR.

I want to open account to use cafe one so I opened a wallet account but to upgrade is the blocker. The bank account number that can be copied on the app is 11 digits so not useful and everytime I try to upgrade the account the service is never available and I have to try again later. With my account 'details details', even to resolve an issue you will still make mistake. Wish I could rate less than one star, I don't need the account or app again. Help the people that need it.

Using this app is too risky for businesses. After installing and activating the app, the first transaction I did, which was successful was reversed and my account was blocked. When I called customer care they claimed that it was the first transaction on the app so they had to block it in order to verify if I was really the one who initiated the account. This is too risky and unreliable.

I want to operate mobile banking using. Am having issues with it. Please, I need your help. I have been trying to access the mobile app dashboard but have been unable, at first it kept complaining of using my phone number as username, still it wasn't working. I have literally spent more than a whole day in figuring it out,. Kindly reach out or rectify the issue. Thank you

Terrible. How can a bank restrict an account you are already using because they think your documents are not complete. Documents that you have already submitted. Worst of it is that they restricted my account with notifying me. I only realized when I wanted to carry out a transfer. What if it was an emergency and I didn't have spare money else where. This is the most terrible bank I have ever seen and I don't recommend at all.

This is shoddy job. Customers that bank only with you are doomed as access to the account remained impossible. Update should have been optional when you can go anywhere. In an attempt to upgrade, you are getting the run around, at the end, no upgrade and no access to your account again. Very frustrating and user unfriendly.
