Very boring interface. Biometric verification doesn't work well. The previous version was way better. When you enter your pin, the field requires the username on a PIN field... Very very poor app

This application is a problem I have never been able to use it for the past 4 yrs, doesn't pass the OTP option think it has a bug or something, I have tried 2 different phones a Huawei P30 lite and Samsung A53.

I'm having issues installing this application. However, the Omni Channel on the website seem to be a quite functional and robust interface as compared to other systems you might see being used by Zimbabwean entities. This is a step in the right digitisation direction.

I find the app very easy to use. I really appreciate the function that allows me to avoid re-entering my frequent payee information, as it is already stored. This makes my transactions much quicker and more convenient. I'm very satisfied with the app!

It's difficult to download it's on pending for hours. When you try to register it says number taken and yet iv put my information. Need to use app because the ques at the one branch in the whole of bulawayo is extremely long and excruciating

this is the worst banking app ever,like seriously how does a bank make such an awful app .it is loaded with errors,the user interface is so complicated and some of the functions don't work .I don't get it how can you put something like this out for your customers to use,this is embarrassing

What a useless app. I can't login when I try, tells me it can't find my profile. When I try to register it states that my number already exists. So just decided to uninstall it, as it is of no use. I had no issues with the old app which just makes this all the more annoying

this application is very useless, like you can not do anything on it. when you put all your credentials and a password, it fails to authenticate, and you cannot login, i would have easily rated a negative it's pathetic

Can't do squat... Can't validate anything, can't log in, can't go beyond step 1 of 8 because it says no user with those credentials is registered and when I try register it says use details that don't already exist in the system 😂😂😂... Useless app... 😡Absolutely pointless waste in data and airtime. 0 star rating from.

I love the App. It took longer than necessary, almost a day, to login after registration but when it finally did, it worked amazingly well. However, there is room for improvement to match other banking apps that work tirelessly on Product Development. Otherwise, great stuff.

I only gave this app a star so I can post. Eversince I updated to the new square app I have not been able to transact! I can login but can't transact because it just gives me an error message and says to try later. I try to validate my account and device to no avail. You should have left us with an option to use the old app because this one is a headache. Tried to contact Steward Bank for assistance and I left a message but noone got back to me! It's been over 1 month and noone has called🤔.

Now takes seconds to login, compared to the previous version which took minutes. But Option to get a mini statement no longer works, and what is the purpose of providing an option to add/replace a bank card if i cannot activate it myself with the app.

Poor App. Fire all the programmers who did that app it's useless. How can you create an app which barely functions. Rather bring back the old one or leave it as an alternative. This is a poorly done thing. It stresses us as customers. An App must be user friendly and not stressful. And You are not even rectifying the all those challenges noted by customers.

I cant get in .it keeps telling me that number already exists yet when I go to the login page it tells me that profile doesn't exist. Am disappointed. I cant do my banking now. At least with the old app I could login. Maybe it would have been better off to update the old app instead of putting us through all this.

Is it possible to give an app 0 stars? Absolute rubbish. Had the worst experience ever trying to log into the app, then when I log in it bloody tells me that I have no accounts linked. So like the normal person would do I try to link the accounts and what do I get? 404 error. BLOODY FIX IT THEN !!!!! TERRIBLE APP

So so so broken. The validation of my device was filled with errors and a huge number of retries. However at the end of that I can't log in. The app doesn't work at all. And they threaten to expire the old app which is barely functional but at least I could log into that.

The app is way way too bad, I think this is the worst app I have ever seen. You just can't do anything on it. You put your info on it and then they give you the password by text. If you try to use that password, nothing happens and hence the worst app, it's too horrible for even being used by a bank. If I could rate zero, I would or even rate minus infinity, I could have easily done that, this is pathetic.

Finally, something that looks like made by a bank. Too many steps though but not bad. Apart from customer care that doesn't have the care part this is a step in the right direction. Liked the biometric feature but it doesn't look like you can clik on it maybe try a gradient circle on the finger print icon or something, currently it looks like just an icon and Can it at least show the last balance I have requested when I enter into the app than dashes all the time. Thanks and good work

Very good app. Working well. Had issues with linking my buddie line to my steward account, so its been a plus for me. Had issues when I tried logging on using a new device but got it right when I used the same phone number I used when I first created my profile. It's really doing the trick for me. One of the few users who is pleased!
