Very worst app. They don't even have proper customer care. Aadhar card, driving license and passport will be the Proof of address in India. But they don't accept it's a address proof. It's waste of of time. Worst app. Not acceptable in India. Useless n worth less also time waste. Please as a truly Indian user am requesting every to don't use in India. Don't intall and don't waste waste your valuable time.

My experience with this app has been nothing but incredible. It is so easy to use, you just need to follow the prompts ste by step when sending funds or adding a wallet and no additional set up is needed.

App doesn't work, I verified my account and when it comes to me enabling my otp so I can start using the app it keeps loading and never goes forward. I deleted the app more than 5 times in the past 2 weeks and nothing changes

Stupid app. I'm going to uninstall this app. So many times I tried to verify my address but always shows that, document doesn't match your phone number country code. I'm sure my document, country code everything is same. Even same reply from customer service.

Useless. App allowed me to register with my home country information but when time came for me to do transactions within the app, my home country was not listed. Also, why is it so complicated to process withdrawals? Bank wires only yet you off a CC/DB option for deposits??? Even if I wanted to keep the account, I can't even get a card because you've stopped issuing due to COVID-19. Newsflash Sticpay, it's 2023. I closed my account and deleted the app. Thanks for nothing.

Sticpay is incredibly unmatched.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Verification process and ease of use (and the credit card option for online payments💯) . I have tried so many wallets but nothing compares to STICPAY. Local bank transfer is still disabled. Seems like they are forcing users to use Swift transfer so they get more commision.

this has to be the most useless app ever firstly the verification process is annoying even though it says 3 minutes you'd take 3 years and if you're lucky to pass the account creation part it's the long wait for withdrawal this app is not worth it

Norway is selectable for every step through the registration process, but in the end it turns out you can't register with a Norwegian number. Good job
