Be careful using this app. I did it incorrectly and paid for a few things twice, thinking I was reporting my transactions. When I asked them to fix it, they basically told me I was stupid for not watching their YouTube video on how to use it, and refused to refund me. I've lost $30.60 for my mistake. They tried making me feel better by saying they saved my cards where I ate previously so I could use them again, when the fact of the matter is, I don't plan on using them at all.

It won't even let me sign up. It says my email is invalid. It's not. I use my email for everything. Edit to respond to the developer response: I reached out months ago when I had this issue and already got a response. The response was that my email was to "generic" sounding so your system has it automatically flagged as a fake email.

DO NOT DL...THEY ARE THIEFS..I signed up for their "accounts" First, they stole $100 from my linked checking, the $$ just went missing, never showed up in this account, after I talked with my regular bank (NAVY FEDERAL) and they gave me a bank tracking # to prove that store cash had received the money from them they still had "no idea" #2, another $50 went missing for a payment that I did not authorize or even know who co was #3- no customer service could never get ahold of anyone HORRIBLE!!!

Doesn't work anymore 😕. Says i have USB debugging turned on and I have to turn that off, but it isn't turned on. They like to also give the standard contact this email, but then they don't bother to actually read it and say the app was right. I was actually looking forward to trying this out, too bad.

My debit card was automatically charged an Annual Fee of $23.00. I dont feel i was informed and ask to authorize the transaction on my debit card. Talk to customer service and they just gave me their policy. What kind of savings or cash back apps charges an annual fee to use the app. I wouldnt reccomend this app to anyone. Dont download it, dont use the the service if you're trying to save.

This app is One of the best app you need to download this you get cash out with no problem out all the apps you can make money on I would highland recommend this I don't understand why these people are saying that they are having so many problems I have had not any of those problems there saying this is the best out all apps and believe I trade a hole lot and there not one that is as good as this

Do not use this app, they charge a subscription fee each year. Trying to save money here not waste it. Why would they do that? I have never heard of this until I was charged then when I told them I wanted a refund they were like nope you agreed to it. No the hell I did not

Can't even sign up for the app. Getting an error when entering my phone number. If a person can't even sign up to begin with, then it's not worth downloading it. 🤦‍♀️

Love the app! it's easy to use. I have saved a lot of money at my favorite stores! Thanks to this app, I'm able to shop at Bath and Bodyworks again before it was expensive!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Somehow I got an account that was created using my information, didn't find out about it until I got the annual charge. Contact support to be told they won't do anything cuz my information is in the account. So not only do I feel like I'm being called a liar, they won't refund me. Which btw you have to contact support to do so. That seems sketchy to me. Be warned, this is not worth the hassle. And I didn't even download this app.

Used to love it but now it makes me log in if I leave the app for 2 seconds. I just did a purchsse and it put a hold on my funds but I don't see the gift card I bought Too little savings for such a hassle. If you save someone 5% your app better work fast, good, and hassle free.

Can't tell that this app helped me at all as I can't afford to shop enough to use it and don't have most of the stores on here I. My area. Seems like it would be great for someone who can actually use it to save and earn cashback.

The concept of the app is a great idea but reality is even though your card is linked you don't get points for using your card you actually have to use the app which you have to put money in and use the app to get Rewards there is also no place for you to add a receipt if you forget to use your app

This app does not allow you to cancel or deactivate your acct when you want. You should be able to deactivate your acct or cancel your subscription if applicable whenever you want but with this app you have to jump through hoops. I'm happy I figured this out before I shared any of my bank or credit card info, then I would really be concerned. I feel like once they get your card info they'll hold it hostage just for you to later find some fraudulent activity. Just cancel my acct. That's all I ask

Used 4 times and only once did it work correctly and still the clerk had to spend a little time to make the transaction complete. This last time, took the money out of my account: but the store didnt see any signs of it going through on their end, so i had to pay again another way. It shows pending on still in my app. While this going on, customers lining up and I'm getting embarrassed over this app. The burger King didn't turn out to be fast food for the app. This app needs more TLC .

I downloaded the app and it asking me to enter my debit card info and saying not to worry that I won't be charged. I assumed I wouldn't be anyway because nowhere did I read of being charged anything. Assumed it was for cashback reasons. So I enter my debit card info and it gives a message of "insufficient funds" I'm glad I had enough sense to put all my money in my cashapp just in case it charged me anything for something idk if I'll even want or benefit from. So I feel misled and that honesty
