Not recommended, order something then they will call for explaining the product price is increased. It will happen only on this storeus web. This app or web is made for Waste of time and trust.

Very Bad experience no tabby nor tammara works since my purchae is around 1260. Support team on whatsapp mentioend that tabby only support above 1500 purchase yet they mentioned tabby and tamara both option available even on 128dh purchase. Response time also not responsive even on whatsapp they reply after 40, 50 minutes

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! unless you want counterfeit items. I bought galaxy buds plus and they sent me clown galaxy buds pro. Tried contacting them for a return but they didn't return. AVOID THEM!

I highly advise you not to use there services as they just keep on giving you a wrong information and they will never deliver your items on time, also they will keep on saying that the seller is not responding to them and they are waiting his feedback for more than 2 weeks but in vain. I kept on calling them on daily bases and they did not solve the issue, keeping in mind that they never call me back to apologize nor to inform me about the delivery status. Worst service ever Stay away from them

Bad experience First I will share the good thing - that is the delivery was in time. Now the bad thing - the thing what was delivered is not as per the picture shown and another thing I tried to make a return till now no follow ups.

Very bad experience 12 days waiting to get my order and been informed a false updates about my delivery time and even they received my payment and they don't have the item in their stock. I highly recommend not to order from Storeus.

The worst ecommerce experince you will every had with a company , after ordering twelve south airfly pro and waiting for 3 days the status of the order didn't change and no even action had been taken from there side till i call them and figure out that the item is out of stock , while i called them since i placed the order , i sent them and email , whats app function is not working through there app and even when i called them to figure out what is the solution for that the replied sorry

They deserve minus stars, I ordered a product and a smaller size was delivered to me, I placed a return request for the same as the described size wasn't delivered 6 days to placing the return request there is no update on the return or refund status Worst app No response from customer service The number of customer service is unreachable at all times. Very bad customer service

App is full of bugs, first while registering, it did not save my address, and once saved it showed duplicate. Also not able to complete payment or COD option also not working. In effect cant use this app.

StoreUs has really improved their services. I have placed an order of IPhone 13 Pro. On 19th of sep. And I have received it next day! It's really a record time! Hi, Very bad experience for me this app, I ordered some items through this app and after 1 week there is no response, I checked with the team that time they saying that supplier not giving reply. If there is any issue storeus should be informed the customer, after the agent requesting cancel the order. This is 1st and last experience this app....

When I go to place an order and they ask for uploading my I'd when I open camer click picture to upload the app stopped kick me out, then I try to upload picture from my gallery but U faced the same issue, it was my first experience on StoreUs but I got really bad experienced, I hope the storeUs team will improve the app to upload easily documents.

App is terribly slow. By the time the search results come, we lost interest. Further, even deleting any item from the Cart takes ages. There are good deals but what's the use if app won't even let us buy with the slowness.
