Low key sucks but improving SLOWLY. Everything is slow to load if it loads at all and it gets stuck freezing, looping, or crashing ALL THE TIME . A lot of features on website not available on app which is dumb. So I don't waste taking up space I use the regular site .

Same issues as other users. My phone number is brand new and I used a 55$ silver card from a Walmart to setup. My email is a valid email attached to no other straight talk devices. App claims the email is incorrect (but gives me the sign in info for it) not worth the effort nor the space.

So far it worked great until my internet completely stopped working unless I was on WiFi otherwise it would keep saying I had no internet connection. Only happened when I started the app, everything was just fine before. Now I can't get my internet to work again.

I don't know why apps bug you to rate them the moment you open them from the very 1st time!!!!! You don't even know if it's good or what you're even looking for, it makes ratings seem like a lot of bull shlt if you ask me. Why not wait till the user opens the app (x) amount of times or something then ask that way you can get actual honest feedback not people rating just to stop the annoying pop up every time! -JUST A THOUGHT

I honestly don't know which star rating to give but I would like to know if I, for all of these videos and photos alike as well as documents and contacts, have selected to be stored in the ST Cloud, why do I not see any of my videos and why do I not see any of my documents?? I am so confused right now.

I'm starting to believe that straight talk is just all a scheme, they had on their website for a certain Galaxy phone that was free as long as you had a gold ot platium plan so I'm thinking on the way it's worded for the details that I can get this phone for fre, only to be informed that I had to pay for another gold plan which is another $55, so they're telling me I have to pay $110 for a phone that she's supposed to be $99, get the hell out of here Straight Talk

Installed, as part of my plan and app didn't open after submitting verification code. Force quit app , cleared cache, and finally got it to load in. I've ran backup 3 times now and it isn't actually backing anything up from what I can see. Only shows calculating message on the home screen for files, even after it displays backup completed. Is there just not any functionality to this app on a Pixel 6a phone?

Keeps popping up and telling me that it can't backup because crucial permissions are needed, but they are all checked and when I click on NEXT, the app just minimizes and nothing changes. Nothing but a waste of time and it runs my battery down with the constant notifications.

I have 100GB of cloud storage with my plan and absolutely no way to access it. Even my Straight Talk app sucks big time, I can always depend on it screwing up and I can never, ( I mean never) get any usefulness from this app or get into this storage. My reception or coverage where I am also sucks. Get your act together Straight Talk. In fairness I should say, after 20 attempts I finally redeemed the reward points for 1 mo. of talk. $45=4500 pts.?? Really needed it now.

Straight talk cloud, in general, is pretty much an extension of what the company offers (a screaming deal unless you're doesn't work & there are issues) but it's cheap, cheap enough that it wouldn't matter if the cloud worked just to use the service (paid for itself already) except that Verizon just purchased it so now it's fundamentally f'd- time to switch again. Esp since I'm one whos never worked proper to begin but there's just not the tech support system...

Garbage app. Not worth the set up. Turns around and logs me out constantly and never sends the verification code to the phone I set it up on. Just use your Google backup or Apple back up. Not, worth the time and hassle. I will be dropping the 65 and going back to the 45 plan. I don't need the Hotspot or the cloud storage, since there are so many other options that actually work.

What a disappointment 😞 This is just another app to take up space that I don't have to spare & I already have more than one app that's factory installed so I'm going to use them. They're easier to navigate than the 1 provided by Straight Talk. I'm going to change my service for the 1st time in years. Y'alls service used to be the best & now I can't be indoors & have a signal to use my phone. I shouldn't need to go outside to use my phone. Convenience is 1 reason to even have a cell phone.

it's so simple anyone can do it. I just wish it was available with any service. Times are harder these days, seems like evererything is so expensive and to need this app, means i have to spend extra money on the refill

I give it 3 stars because it is good for backing up stuff like music, messages, contacts and documents for when you change phones, but it doesn't allow you to store all files which I feel like should be a thing. It's only good for the bare minimum basic files.

I got a new phone on the ST. I saw that this app took all your pictures and saved files, kept them in ST cloud, & when you change devices, it would bring everything to the new one. So, I decided to download it to see if it worked. Would it make it less hassle? I got my new phone, set it up. As soon as I downloaded the cloud, it had a button that said Resore Content. Contacts, files, pics, EVERYTHING from my old phone, was put it on the new. Effortless, I couldn't believe it. def recommend.
