Great game but slightly disappointed. We chose to subscribe for the extra perks... But everytime my daughter gets on the app, it doesn't register our membership. When I attempt to resubscribe, it says I'm already subscribed but says I need to subscribe for the STAR membership. We literally have to cancel the subscription and then subscribe again everytime she plays. Very upsetting... But we will continue because she loves this app!

My 2 year old loves this game so far. However all she can do is the same cake over and over with very few options. To buy the other cake options it is almost $20 CAD, not to mention the other toppings and tools. It's a well made app and easy for toddlers but not worth unlocking options.

Very poor customer service. Purchased the full app in nov 2019. App deleted all purchased upgrades. Was unable to restore purchases through the app. Contacted customer service, they started that we need to pay for the monthly membership now and log more hours of play to earn back the items we paid for. Daughter loved the game prior to the event and has now lost interest in the game. I am not going to pay for the membership to get upgrades I had already paid for. Was a good app.

Paid to unlock the whole game for my daughter several months ago (not cheap either). We had to reinstall it and now the game runs on subscription mode, everything is locked again, and we can't even restore previous purchases??? Wow. Very unethical. Otherwise it was actually a lovely game.

Was good until they added monthly subscription costs. I was ok paying one time costs to unlock more features (like buying expansion packs), but a $5 monthly subscription for a simple kids game is a little over the the top. It's not like you're playing with other players online or anything like that.

While we love many of the strawberry shortcake apps, this one requires a monthly subscription, which is insane for a children's baking game. Also, since I do pay for it, monthly, it's problematic that every so often the "extra" paid content just dissappears ave is unable to be restored.

Lets you work your way up, adding (sloooowly) to your larder, all the while paying for your subscription, then suddenly resets back to the unsubscribed version and won't let you access anything, causing you to lose all the progress you had made. Their best response via email when it happened for the 2nd time was "oh, probably best to cancel and restart your subscription [and lose everything I've worked to unlock TWICE] then"

because it's kind of nice to play this game and I like to play this game for my little black the white I watch the things that is life I love the thing and I know that loving is not and I love this story and I always watch the cartoon of it it's nice and a lot strawbe strawberry cake baking there's nothing I was watching of it oh my word I can even watch

I do like this game but every time I complete a desert an add pops up. You really need to fix this because adds can be really annoying and people don't install games so they can see ads. BUT other than the fact that there are lots of adds I like the game.

So 9yrs ago I paid £12.29 for all the additional packs, I've just gone to restore purchase and low and behold they are ko longer available because the greedy developers have moved over to subscription only. Well how about leave those additions on for those that have already purchased them or refund out damn money! I paid for something and expect to be able to use it all the while the game is available. You don't sell a car to someone and say actually you can't use that because we have upgraded.

When I was little I used to play this all the time from how fun it was, but just like with every Budge Studios apps, almost everything costs money and that frustrated me when I played the game. I came back for nostalgia and honestly it's still there, I'm just disappointed though that the app hasn't changed whatsoever despite the reviews saying that paying for almost everything is disappointing and just pathetic.

I love this game but all the recipes are locked and I only have chocolate and shortcake avaliable and I have that because I have to get that with real money!

super nostalgic. i played this game for hours upon end as a kid, and i just installed it again and I'll probably play it 24/7 just to feel the way i did as a kid. love this game!

In my opinion,Burge needs to be discontinued because all the games are vary boring.I mainly downloaded this for my little sister.I don't have the money in the moment to pay for the locked recipes because I've been sick and don't have a vacation pay.But even with the vacation pay, I don't get payed will.So Burge can you please make recipes free or at least free with ads?Also the reason why I don't play Burge Studios games. Or can someone sue Burge Studios,no offense.

fun, but only with pay pass, there's also this glitch where a customer asks for a topping that isint part of the food, (ex: asking for a strawberry shortcake princess figure IN THE RAINBOW SLUSHY) which makes it impossible, also if you bring a topping off screen it freezes the game.

I have been playing this game almost daily so I could get all of the toppings desserts frosting etc. and when I reached level 70 it doesn't give me the stars that I should get for doing the orders and when it starts it freezes my game. This is really annoying since Im trying to get all of the toppings.

Everything is so perfect but the only problem is you need to spend real money for more ingredients, recipes, etc. I would not delete this game if it doesn't cost you money for literally EVERYTHING. Not only this game but also the Strawberry Shortcake Very Berry Smoothie. Atleast make a recipe that you can unlock without PAYING. Or you play and make their cake orders and level up and the levels contains recipes, ingredients, tools, etc.

Wow! This app is awesome! My girls love it and ask to play it all the time. It has appealing designs and actually tries to teach key points of baking. However, I am super frustrated that to get more than two cakes, I have to purchase a monthly subscription. Monthly!! So my girls can't choose to spend their allowance on a set of new cakes and have those in their app. No they would only get the new items for a month before having to pay more. This is terrible!! My girls are super disappointed!
