Had a list of 5 strategies that disappeared after an app update & now I cannot find them again so, I have to start from scratch. Horrible app & horrible experience. Do not recommend it.

Terrible experience with this app(company.) Unpack go, so I was playing with the ten dollars they give to new users for a few weeks, having fun with it and getting familiar with the movements of stocks. So I deposited twenty dollars to invest in their provided service of guided investing. They didn't put a hold on the twenty dollars, I didn't notice and spent it. They put my account at negative twenty instead of removing the monies from said account and deleted my account. Wtheck!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Streetbeat requires setting up Plaid to access your bank account to transfer money into Streetbeat. The process to use Plaid is broken and StreetBeat can't or won't fix it. What good is an investment account if you can't contribute funds? If they don't care enough to fix that, I sure don't trust them with my money.

This app basically stole $100 from me. I took my card off so they wouldn't continue to pull $100 for nothing. Somehow my banking info ended up back on the app like I never deleted it just to pull another $100. I unsubcribed but now I can't even sign in to pull out my own money. As soon as I sign in it crashes every single time

UPDATE NOW THEY CHARGE A MONTHLY FEE AND SEEMS NEW OWERSHIP. For AI investing it's the best, I've seen all around. Just invest money in one of their pre-made strategies or say a few words and make your strategy. It's 4/12/23 I'll update in another 3to6 months. On 8/10/23, Starting to lose money for the first time, with one of my AI strategies, withdrew money fine. I'll update again, but still gets 5 stars so far.

Worst customer service. Zero transparency. App experiences errors at the worst times. When I opted to pull all my funds from earnings call investments, only half of my funds became available for withdrawal after a few days. It's been more than 2 business weeks, and customer service is giving me conflicting answers while they charge me maintenance fees. I sent them the bank statements they demanded and they still won't release my funds. DO NOT USE THIS APP. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Do not use this app.. they are very crooked... I lost access to my google account I used to log into streetbeat, so I can no longer log in..I reached out to support for help and they said there is nothing to be done. Told me to open another account. Their fix was for me to forget about the money I had in my account, and to just open a new one....

App crashes instantly after full registration. I was not able to start it afterwards. UPDATE: I have contacted support and I was promptly informed that the issue is known and being worked on. After couple of days, the update was out and all looks good know. 5 stars for the support and assistance.

They've had problems with my cost basis since I opened the account in May. They've been promising repeatedly me they would fix it within a few weeks since June. It is now December. I've traded over 160 emails with Streetbeat representatives and wasted days of my life dealing with this issue, and that is not hyperbole. I regret coming to Streetbeat, it was not worth all the wasted time, stress, and headache. This is basic stuff for a brokerage which has tax complication, and they can't do it.

Would be great if I could even use the app to begin with, just instantly crashes on my Pixel 6 which is one of the few phones I felt would have some of the best compatibility with all android apps, I literally can't do anything as there is no website is can access my funds from, I also can't cancel by the time they put the new fees due to this

Streetbeat App would be better with these features: * You need to add Light mode option in the App. * The App should should have baskets like mutual funds (Small Cap, Mid Cap & Large Cap) where we can invest via DCA or Lumpsum. * The deposit fee is around 12.5 USD. This amount may be very small for americans but for non-americans it is a big amount. So there shouldnt be any deposit/withdrawal fee. * You should create a investment strategy that should give atleast 5% returns per month.

0 Stars! Worst experience with an investment app ever. Super choppy, gives no details how to do anything in the app. Initiated several withdrawals WITH bank statement uploaded per request. Withdrawal keeps being cancelled with the reason the withdrawal was cancelled. It's $20 bucks good grief. I could only imagine how people feel with a large amount. Y'all probably get cussed out regularly. Stay far away if you want access to your funds!

easy cash. you put in, and it does all the trade for you. (Edit) Now i did a trial run, and with how positively volitile the markets have been this year 2023/24 The program should have done much much better. With only a small return, i feel the subscription is WAY TO LARGE compared to the rate of return. I am in the negative with my initial investment including my subscription. Simply a rip off in my eyes.

Awesome App, Provides great tools and welcoming feautures, Absolutely loved this App right from it's initial days of introduction. But I don't get it why currently it's lagging and working damned slown on my device. Perhaps it's due to added algorithms and feautures. It's simply weighing down on most phone. Perhaps, the programming language you used to program does automatic garbage collection. Which isn't really a good idea for trading apps. Also, my app restarts on every instance of recents.

they made an error when i deposited money. thry never actually took the money from my account and then charged me a fee for insufficient funds. then closed my account. when i contacted support they were absolutely no help. basically said its not there problem. but even tho the account is closed i still get spammed with portfolio updates. all in all i dont recommend.

Very disappointing customer service. I lost access to my Google account and ended up subscribed to this service somehow. I contacted them to let them know I hadn't signed up for this, but they wouldn't cancel the subscription and just told me to go through the process to cancel through the app - which I don't have and can't access. I tried to respond to that but never got a reply, only got a new billing notice today!

Looks good on suface but autotrading is a joke. Their results on autotrading is based on an inflated market. Do not trust it to make the right choices. They get lucky once in a while. But more often it's cost me hundreds of dollars as it makes choices that are clearly wrong! I've tried multiple investment strategies with their service and ended up losing me hundreds of dollars (-25% on $15k). I've been using Auto trading since June last year. Since October '22 it keeps losing every month.

I like that purchases go through basically immediately while the market is open, which helps ensure that stocks are bought at the best price. They recently increased the monthly fee to $12.50/month or $120 annually, which is way overpriced when you're not investing a ton to get that amount at least back in a month/year. Also, their customer service is not very responsive. I will be deleting my account and going with a different investment app.

Constantly lost money, went from being free to fee based, charges $5 per withdrawal and doesn't let you withdraw all at once, they tell you only so much is available to withdraw but suddenly right after you start the withdrawal the rest becomes available. Bit of a scam. Ended up being like 3 transactions, paid an extra $15 to get my money out and can't get the last $5 because the withdrawal fee is the amount left. Disappointing app. Get a good high yield savings account and you'll do much better

Con artists. They tell you it's billed monthly but infact is billed annually. Luckily I dodged a bullet, whew! Edit - Yes, I picked the option, which stated billed monthly, and you still tried to charge annually. There was only one option when I signed up in terms of billing intervals, and the rest of the options were for subscription tier. Nonetheless, it is very misleading. It should say billed yearly under the yearly subscription yet it says monthly.
