I have found the app sensational. I got a small pain on the hip when I try to kick high sideways. it wasn't there before but this exercises have given me ideas to try out and be 100% again.

Absolutely love this app!!! I stumbled across it a couple of years ago and, after being in the fitness induatry for 7years i have to say that I havnt learnt more, from any other form of formal training, than I have from this app. It's clear and easy to follow, whilst being very informative. Its provided me with the education I've always wanted from my certificates and degrees. I'm a much better and safer trainer and group fitness instructor, because of this app and the content provided.

It used to be a great app, clear and mandatory. But recently has been "improved" for worse. Before i could cancel my renewal in the app. Now is no more this option. Reason is always one. By doing this you make more people unconsciously pay for subscription even if they don't want. Or in my case I have paid during black Friday week for 3 years (this option wasn't shown in my app, only one year choice!) , but even after paying for 3 years, I was still charged automatically for on year! I

This app has completely changed my understanding of working out and how to achieve proper form to target specific muscles. It's really helpful to be able to map out what part of my body I'm establishing a mind muscle connection with to really KNOW that I'm doing the right movement.

Great app! I am a personal trainer. I use this app every day. I learn new exercises, theory, and correct form. I use it to reinforce the information I learned during the PT certification process as well as new information. This app is great for anyone interested in exercise, whether a beginner or experienced athlete!!

I've only recently started using this App and only wish I had found it sooner. It's amazing! The detailed explanations and animated diagrams, along with real-life examples, showing both correct and incorrect form are excellent. As a former Paramedic and Personal Trainer, I would have loved to have had this app as reference. The free app is great, but I'll probably purchase the professional version, which can be shared with clients since I occasionally work part-time as a trainer.

This app kept hanging up or not playing the videos. It'd get stuck and I would need to close the app and then come back in. I also tried writing up one workout but couldn't figure out how to insert the weight I wanted to use. Overall I think for $25/month this is not worth the inconvenience or having an unfinished workout. I only subscribed today and played around with it a few hours trying to get it to work. I hope my money is refunded quickly.

Informative and detailed information. Graphics are amazing. Explanations are thorough. It's a great tool for learning about anatomy and new movements. It's a well thought out app that allows you to search for exercises based on target muscle groups. I use the app a couple of times a week for my own training and to train others in both a group and personal training setting.

So far, I love this app. I can beam it to my TV from my ipad and android phone. It will change aspect ratio and I love that it gives you very detailed video examples of the most common ways the exercise can be done incorrectly. It's brilliant since doing exercises for the first time, it's crucial to know the little tweaks in form. Free version is great but it's worth purchasing the paid version if you use this app diligently.

The anatomy apps from this developer are wonderful. I have the yoga, anatomy and strength training apps. I can't tell you how much they've helped me. The free ones are fantastic. The paid is even better but the paid price per month is a bit steep. I wish there were a way to access all 3 apps for 15 or each monthly for 5. I've definitely paid for the premium version and its worth it if you work in the fitness or yoga worlds or just want to set your own training.

In the beginning, I was ecstatic with the app. Loved all the exercises and the ability to create folders for future reference. U fortunately, the app now continuously crashes, and my folders no longer exist. Will not be renewing subscription, which is a shame. As a trainer, its potential value is amazing. Fix the glitch and I will renew.

I'm a personal trainer, and retired biology teacher so I not only want to keep learning, but want my clients ("students") to learn, too. I can show my clients exactly what we're trying to achieve using smart phone or tablet. If they can visualize it, it's easier for both of us. Excellent graphics, app identifies synergistic and stabilizing muscle groups, and theory. Wish it was more functional on my PC/Mac. I typically stay on longer, investigating other routines. Thanks for an amazing app!

I've used this app for a little over a year, and the recent update took the app down a few notches. I miss having the muscular diagram to choose exercises. Plus, the app itself is buggy now, unlike before. Even though I have a membership, for some reason, I'm unable to add additional clients. And last week, I was denied access to other membership-exclusive exercises despite having a membership. I think that the app can be excellent again but he developers need to go back through and clean up

there is some good, educational content on here. but there were lots of glitching, and I had a nightmare with customer service and payment. I was supposed to get a discount and it didn't work and I couldn't figure out what went wrong and when I reached out, apparently the creator personally responded but he was very rude and told me I made all these mistakes. then I didn't even get access for the full year that I paid for. I don't recommend it sadly.

great tips on how to cue certain exercises, very helpful Update: bought the paid version and I LOVE IT! very detailed info about specific muscles and the matching exercises to help strengthen. Really helps me as a CPT... Latest Update 2025 I can't believe I have been using/paying for this app since 2019. It is that good. The new updates took a little getting used to but it's still the same great platform. I'm now going to school to be a physical therapist asst. and this app has been helpful.
