Stress free yet there's ads....does anyone else find the irony in that? The fact I have to keep restarting my Spotify yea I went in tryin to relieve stress I'm more pissed then when I started thanks 👍

It's good is you have a history of yoga. But if you don't the variation on downward dog may be too much, in addition to a pillow pose where not many new yogis have that level of confidence in their individual bodies too do it. It might put some off yoga all together
