Regular stretching helps loosen tight muscles, release pain, improve flexibility and relieve stress.

⭐️ Why stretch?

Avoid injury
Increasing flexibility and range of motion in your joints is important for workout and running. Stretching before exercise is highly recommended because it can reduce muscle and joint tension, prevent cramps and avoid the risk of any injuries. It also helps fast recovery and reduces muscle soreness after exercise.

Relieve pain
Stretching is widely used in back pain treatment. Research shows stretching improves the blood circulation of muscles and joints, which can help healing and releasing pain. It's a natural but essential way to treat pain and decrease fatigue and stress.

Nice variety of timed exercises and stretching sequences. And it's free, unless of course you want to upgrade, which I'm sure programmers appreciate. There are ads but not overbearing. More than a year and this is still, by far my favorite stretching app. Basic stretches, voice guided instructions, can easily modify according to personal fitness and flexibility level.

This app has gone far beyond what I expected from a free, ad-supported app! Ads: I get an ad when firing it up (skippable at 5secs), and an ad before and after each routine which are immediately skippable. In other words, very tolerable! Content: There's plenty of exercises/routines available to keep things fresh. The routines are short and easy to complete. It's very satisfying to be able to complete a routine before getting bored/tired. The animation is cheesy, but 🤷. I love this app!

Overall this is a pretty good app with some shortcomings. There are quite a few routines t choose from and the countdown timer is really helpful. You can edit the routines but for some reason cannot delete stretches, only reorder or replace them. There need to be more stretches added for creating your own routine. I bought the paid version and the removal of ads was worth it

I like this app for a simple way to get some basic at home stretching and exercise. Until you get used to the app the ads can be a little misleading. I clicked on "discover" and ended up listening to an ad that was very long ...like 20 minutes... because it made it appear it was a part of the app. I won't make that mistake again. Anything that starts looking like an ad like that and I'm backtracking.

I'm not one for working out but ai find this app to help transition into a healthier lifestyle. It's so simple to just put in some Bluetooth headphones & go through your regular selection of exercises. My body feels tremendously better.. I've noticed tremendous progress & still am not as consistent as I sad during quarantine. I highly recommend to everyone. I love that i can listen to my own music & just be guided through the transitions. It's almost like a meditation. I feel great !

I really like this app for stretching, been using it for about a week. Really like the ability to make my own workout and set the time for each exercise. Ads can be a pain but hey, it's Free app! One downside for me personally is that when I create my workout it doesn't show which areas of muscles I forget to work out. But overall I've been really enjoying it!

The stretches offered are good, the programs let you swap some out or adjust time. Currently I use the free version so ads are inevitable and fine. My issue is some ads freeze the app for extended period of time so I can't do the exercises nor tracks them. And when I try to watch an ad to unlock a new program I've watched 3 in a row and it still refuses to unlock.

Way too many ads... There is literally a button in the top right labeled "Ad" that when you press it your shown an ad... Like, WHAT?! Never thought I'd see the day developers became so greedy that they actually put in an ad button! Ah, the world we live in... Other than the ads, the app is halfway decent, and seems to come with many great features. There's just no way I'm paying $5 a month to get rid of the ads. Still, I'll give it a shot and see if I can stand it.

HIGHLIGHTS It's a great app with a wide range of stretches, customizable lists, soothing (optional) background music, and helpful voice guides. WISH LIST I wish we could customize the duration between stretches. During an injury, it's not easy to switch from one stretch to another in 10 seconds. LOWLIGHT Ads are becoming more pervasive. The ones after a workout make sense, but displaying an ad when I open the app is offensive and will make me stop using it.

I usually don't mind ads but when there is NO WAY to exit out of them, I have an issue. The Lending Tree ads give you no option to escape...even if you wait 30 seconds to a minute for the ad to do its thing. It's very frustrating when you have limited time for a stretch or exercise. It can take almost 20-30 minutes to either wait for the ad to cycle through, after I have closed the ap, or have to uninstall and reinstall. I am enjoying the ap but...really!?!?

I love this app. The ads aren't intrusive, which is great, though I subscribed to the app after using it a few times, which removes ads and gives you access to more content. Things I love: the tiny animations showing how to do the exercises; the (only slightly robotic) voice talking you through each stretch; the configurable rest intervals; the configurable music; and the doableness of the stretch programs. It can be daunting to try to get into a fitness program, and it's encouraging to know that each stretch is only going to be 30 to 50 seconds.

don't usually bother with reviews. But this app is worth the mention. I spent a year after surgery looking for help to get going again. all the apps moved too fast or weren't helpful. this app has a slow steady pace, gives instructions to do the stretches properly and actually helps. even has music to help relax with the bedtime stretches. very helpful

I've been using this stretching app for almost 6 months now, and it's been really useful for stretching before a run or workout. Unfortunately though, over the past week the ads have gotten out of control. Used to be an ad before and after a session, but now they are in between every set. You can't even see what type of stretch is coming up, it's just an ad. I'm moving on to a different stretch app now. Was good while it lasted.

I've been using this app for 2 months, for 2 of their free routines. I really like it - the stretches feel good, and the animations, which I prefer to photos used in other apps, are useful. I even like the slightly corny music for helping me focus. The voice instructions took some getting used to. They describe the muscle to stretch rather than the direction to move, which was confusing. Minor gripe. Ads are a nuisance, but worth dealing with for all the positives.

I'm really enjoying this app. I like that the workouts are simple step-by-step animations where you can pause, skip, and customize, vs. a typical video format. The stretches they include are great choices. I like the available options for different workouts (trying to get my splits!) & look forward to what they add next. This app is great for busy people who need an easy way to incorporate stretching into their life. Of course I'd prefer no ads but I don't find the ads to be overly intrusive.

I've downloaded a few. This is the one I kept. I like being able to make my own routine. The preset ones seem kind of useless to me. Very short and I had to at least double the time for each stretch and exercise. I've been tinkering adding and removing exercises to my routine and now very happy with what I have set up. Makes me excited to wake up, stretch and kick the days butt :)

Don't fear the adds if you do not want premium. They do not impede on your workout. One plays when you open, one plays when you complete (both are only about 30sec), if you want to choose a new workout you can either pay, or watch an add to access it, again only about a 30sec add. You can also create your own routine I've been using this for about 2½ months and has really helped my overall flexibility, strength, and starts my day feeling ready to go.

This app is incredible! I really love the sections for stretching when you have neck, shoulder, back, or knee pain in addition to even trying to doing the splits, facial exercises(?),plus they have many other apps for weightlifting and other home gym ideas. To me, physical therapist/trainer in a series, whatever I need before, during, or after my shift.

I really appreciate the complete customization of my routines! This is exactly what I wanted; to be able to make a workout that flowed perfect for me but I don't have to do any of the time tracking, the app does it for me :). I can even adjust the routine as I go, which is great as I grow stronger. I just create what I need and follow along. I appreciate the head-ups and preps the app gives me between movements so I can flow more smoothly.

Very useful app. I hate taking time to stretc but need to. This hits all the areas quickly and I find I don't mind it so much. Each set is quite time limited which is a major help first thing in the morning. Something to count the seconds is a life saver for me. Not having to think about which to do next makes it much easier to get down and do it. I thought one could only download this through My Fitness Pal, but see I can share it directly from the play store. You can also edit the routines.
