I would have contacted steipe directly, but saw no way to through the app... I only use stripe because I have to by default due to me using schedulista. Firstly it takes a ridiculous amount of time to receive our payments for services that have been long provided. I will have to hassle myself and clients by making them pay another way. Lastly, the app basically does nothing and you cant update anything through what is supposed to be the settings. Schedulista needs 2 find another pay venue.

Started getting glitchy a few weeks ago. Same issue as noted below. No verification code to log in. Once I figured out a work around to get a code using my laptop I was able to log in. Next issue no data provided other that money coming In. No there Data. I sent in a support ticket yesterday. To my surprise I received an update to the app just 12 hours later. Problem is, it didn't fix anything.

Downloaded to review. I despise having to use this through gigpro. This is the absolutely worst kind of payment platform. I lost my card, didn't know the entire card number and could put my new one on. Had to get support to bypass, had a digital card but that didn't work. Have the physical and everytime I hit the button to add it on gigpro, there is no way to add it on stripe... I clicked every thing and did everything and nothing worked... I'm over it. Y'all are garbage.

I loved stripe. until they changed it with these "incomplete" transactions shown when someone goes to the check out but doesn't pay. it's coming up every time they visit the check out and they don't go away once it's complete. my transaction history is full of incompletes and I can't get rid of them. if this is how it's going to be I am changing processing services.

It's kind of...useless? All you can use it for is see payments that have been made and your balance. You can't send invoices, make a payout, create a customer, nothing. "Settings" doesn't even have a setting you can change besides notifications. What's in this app looks nice, sure, but I was hoping for a slimmed down version of the website, not a print-out of my dashboard.

This app is advertised as being mobile friendly and even has its own mobile app! The problem is, it isn't at all mobile friendly and the app is worthless for anything besides reviewing your "stats". I got this app to be able to create invoices not only on my PC, but on the go. On top of that, payments are handled through a third party vendor and it takes over a week to get my payments and they couldn't give me any info on where my payment was! I'll be looking for something better.

Stripe is great, but this app is useless for managing Payments. Cons: It doesn't show Payment transaction ID, or Receipt #, or Receipt email address. No way to differentiate 1 payment from the next. It would at least be helpful if it showed the custom meta field for each Payment. Doesn't let me search payments by any of these fields. Pros: easy, clean interface. Speedy fast, not slow. Unfortunately, I have no use for this app without at least 1 of the Payment fields to differentiate Payments.

Thanks for not getting back to me with no solution or results! They don't like bad reviews so they say they want to take a closer look, BS!!! Found PayPal to be just as good if not better, cheaper and more features. Stripe is Horrible! 0 Stars, account denied, I have money in the bank and excellent credit, turned down with no complete explanation. Several other services available, avoid avoid avoid Stripe!!!!!!

It's a good looking app and it works well but there is no way to view advanced payment details in the app. No way of seeing radar (fraud) analysis nor is there a way to view any other billing information. The app is very basic and simply shows you your payments received and balance. Everything else, I find myself having to get to my computer to check. It's a bit of an inconvenience and apps are supposed to eliminate that. So, this is just average.

kinda useless. I can see history of customers but can't do anything about it. can't create invoices, can't charge cards, can't edit customer information, can't create a subscription. Can't see a list of pending invoices easily, etc. I have a shortcut to stripe on the web in desktop mode so I can actually do useful things on the go. +1 star for dark mode.

This service would be 10 stars if they would add the ability to pass the fees (automatically) to the customer. I use this service extensively in my business and with charges upwards of $10,000 the fees are very costly. As a business owner, having the ability to split, eat, or pass on the fees would be so much faster than having to add it to the transaction as they suggest. Especially if the customer is paying by invoice. You have to have two invoices, one for charge and one for check or cash.

How many different apps do I need just to have stripe function/process remote card payments, show transaction history and save client profiles? Not sure because I have yet to achieve it. Had 2 customer service calls, a few weeks of business attempts, have yet to find a good app combo. Very difficult to have an intuitive payment processor for phone that works well AND is secure. Never using square again because it's so insecure and easy to defraud; however, it was an intuitive platform

This app is pretty meh. It's nice to see when payments come in, but it is impossible to do much else. I don't exactly need my payment history graphs when I'm out, but I do need more information on where the payment is coming from. When working with clients and I have no idea when their payments come in, it's not good. This has no details, customer names, nothing like that. Not sure why it is so simple to render it nearly useless. Would it be so hard to put last name and individual transactions

It's ok, but the problem I hate is when I'm use my password on the internet, it doesn't work only with the app. It sucks I got to wait for money instead of tranfering it right away. Other than those issues it's ok I guess. I use 3 different apps for work and all linked to stripe. There is no way for me to add them all together. Guess cause I used 2 different emails.

Doesn't let you connect a terminal. What's the point of having the software then? Just to see how much I've sold? Well I could log into the website for that. You think after selling me a $59 terminal that it would connect to the software. And their phone support is worthless they had no idea why the app didn't have any ability to connect to it.

Just a warning to potential contractors. Their verification links never work so if you ever need to update your bank info you won't be able to. Whatever money in your account they will keep it if you ever have to update legal names or documents. I've tried on my android and my laptop so it's a stripe issue not a browser issue. I highly recommend using square instead if you can. Or PayPal. Both have more transparency with regards to payouts and editing your own info.

Withholding funds for a month should be a crime. Been using this system for several years and in only the last 2 months my instant payout has been disabled. They keep gaslighting me telling me its user error, when the option isnt there. I have tried reaching out to customer service 5 different times now and each time is a worse response than the last. If I didnt have to use this payments services for some clients I would delete immediately.

Eventually it works. But you never know if it's set up correctly. I can't update my phone number even with access to the codes sent to my old number. Imagine if I didn't still have access to that number. I got to the dashboard through a link sent to me because of my questions. I changed my phone number and got that squared away. The money has been deposited into my bank, even though unlike last time it didn't show up on stripe. As long as it works.

I was thrilled to find Stripe and the useful features it offers, but that is as far as my good experience reached. My small amount transaction for testing went well. I then made my first real transaction over 2 weeks ago and still to date have not received the payout to my linked bank accounts.It's apparently stuck in pending with a mile long email string from Customer Service basically saying we are working on it on every single response. I can't find a direct number to call. It's a nightmare!

The verification process is way to complex VS SQUARE. With Square I put my business info and in a matter of minutes I was able to do business. With Stripe it's the whole opposite. If it's not one thing it's another. I created a passcode for the web access, because of that I can't log in on the app over the phone. If I delete the passcode, I get kicked out and can't access my dashboard. It is so frustrating. Chat is all AI. So good luck fixing your issue. What many stated here it's a useless app.
