Don't know how they did it, but the app is actually worse after the pandemic. You think with all that time on their hands they could have actually made it easier to use. Tried to manually enter the barcode number, it kept telling me that doesn't seem correct even though I entered it correctly. Then I tried to scan the barcode. nope, that doesn't work either. What a piece of junk and unfortunately because of monopolies I'm forced to struggle through. U suck StubHub.

Horrible service fees charged to both buyer and seller. I enjoy the insurance but at this point I've only paid for two bunk tickets over the years outside of insured services (total losses of maybe $100-$200) but have paid close to a 1-2k in service fees for stubhub. The app works well (although it has some difficulty with navigation at times and the notifications are quite annoying).

Horrific user experience with the latest upgrade. My internet provider's access point is 3 states away, STOP defaulting my location to there! I'm traveling in 2 weeks and looking for tickets in that city.... Every single time I open the app I have to retype that city. The prior version just left that until I changed it which was a far better experience. Please undo your misguided UX 'improvements'. Ugh.

Used to be a good app for quickly looking up prices for shows. You used to be able to see all the prices on the main screen. Now, you have to dive into every listing to see the prices. Frustrating and slow. They've forgotten that people peruse listings to find last minute shows and good deals. I'll buy tickets elsewhere until they fix this.

The app doesn't load. It just stays on the StubHub screen and never opens. It doesn't matter if I clean uninstall/reinstall or access from other devices. Looking at other reviews, this has gone on for many months at this point and clearly hasn't been a top priority to get fixed in a matter of hours. With this awful experience and the fact that tickets aren't any cheaper here than on SeatGeek, VividSeats, or just going directly through AXS, I'll never go through StubHub again.

The latest "upgrade" is a complete DISASTER as far as functionality and usability are concerned. For reasons that are impossible to fathom, StubHub decided to roll back the technology 10 years - and in doing so, they took an app that was working great and easy to use and stripped out all of the useful UI features, leaving a clumsy, poorly executed, web-based cluster cuss in its place. Absolutely INSANE! I'm uninstalling the app and switching to a different ticket provider.

The latest version they put out is so bad. Everything is slow and selecting anything to filter just takes so much time between each click. The search doesn't start to populate like it did before. They removed the number of tickets available when searching. It should be more user friendly and not worse. Switch back until you work out the kinks.

The newest version of the app has a lot of bugs and a very poor user interface. In some use cases, I am unable to enter data into text fields, or the appropriate field is missing. In other cases, I am unable to click the CTAs. The keyboard popup also covers up certain data fields which makes entering text extremely frustrating. StubHub also has very poor customer support, so if you run into issues you cannot count on any help. When I called for support, they told me to sell somewhere else.

The June 2022 update that apparently changed the app to a web based experience is not good. It is slower, and the interface is not as usable or intuitive. You can't see the info as easily nor can you sort as you want. I also no longer get notifications when I sell tickets. It is also very buggy and appears not much testing was done before the update. Really wish you would make it more like the previous experience.

Horrible recent update. It doesn't show ticket values like it used to. I mostly search for baseball tickets and as you scroll it highlights on the map... or it used to... not anymore! So. Much. Slower. It takes forever to scroll because things are constantly buffering. Ridiculous changes that ruined the user experience. Ice used stubhub for every concert, game, and show I've been to in the past 7 or so years. Seriously may not anymore with how horrible the changes to the app are.

one of the worst apps I've ever installed. it asks for a 6 digit confirmation code sent with my confirmation email to download my tickets. There is no 6 digit code. When trying to pay with my PayPal account, I can't use my PayPal balance, I have to use my credit card. When saving the tickets to my phone, I can only save it to Dropbox, which i don't have a Dropbox account. Very user unfriendly, unless you jump through their hoops and not ones you already have. I'll be uninstalling this app.

I can't believe how much they ruined this app. It was just fine before the update. Now it's so much more difficult to search by sections and compare multiple sections. You only know what row tickets are in, not the actual seats. Things you've previously searched for aren't saved or suggested. And it's very slow and cumbersome. Will find a new place to buy tix until they fix these problems.

(A) Horrible: It won't save the filter settings I used on my last search, even for the same tickets. Every time I change the pricing display to include fees; and that's the issue, I have to change it each time, because it defaults to show without fees!!! This is even though the "Recommended tickets" is defaulted on, after I turn it off each time. (B) Very slow. (C) Not easy to find favorites; even under "Recommended for You" they're not shown 1st. (D) Explore says NO sports in MI. More...

This app shows a beautiful purple background with vivid white lettering "StubHub" perfectly centered on the screen, not just vertically but horizontally too. As a bonus, you can stare at this vivid graphical masterpiece for as long as you want to because it never changes. If this is what you're looking for, this app is great. If you are trying to buy tickets for an event, try another app because this one doesn't work.

I downloaded this app last night to get tickets for a baseball game. Every time my phone screen locked after inactivity, or if I went to use another app, when I went back to StubHub it gave me a "critical failure" error message, which caused me to restart the app each time. Very frustrating. As long as I kept my screen active and on the tickets within the app, I was okay.

1. Terrible interface and UI 2. Logs me out constantly for no reason. 3. App only tells you headliners. Doesn't show the bands that will be playing with the headliners, which is ridiculous. It should tell you the entire lineup. It's even worse when the band you want to see isn't the headliner, basically makes it impossible to find their shows. 4. App simply won't open anymore. Had to uninstall and reinstall because it straight up would not open anymore. Terrible app.

Overall experience has been not great. Customer service is really not helpful. Listings constantly no shows and it makes reselling very very difficult. Almost like a gambling based numbers system. Which isn't what I want, if I cant go I want to be able to resell in ANY capacity but if you dont get promoted you are out of luck. The UI is also really bad, filters dont work, and sign in can be a real hassle. Only redeeming quality is finding tickets is FINE. I have had worse but I am moving on

Never got my tickets. I drove 4 hours away for this event. I checked my email and it said tickets were ready, not realizing later (30 mins before event started), those were just the parking tickets. I was on the phone with them for 45 mins trying to figure it out, for them to just tell me, there's nothing they can do. They gave me a refund and a $10 voucher AND did not give me a refund for parking. No tickets for another event, just a $10 voucher to try to keep you using their service. Unreal.

I've used this app for years. Recently I moved. When I did, I switched my city in the app to make sure I was getting listing near me. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm continually getting listings over 8 hours from me, to shows I wanna go to but are completely unfeasible. Please fix this. I'm not going to be disappointed on shows I can't see because the app isn't working correctly.

Complete Ripoff I went into app to check on tickets and find out total price. I had to keep tapping through each confirmation screen; even a payment method before finding out the full price. With each tap, I was worried that I might actually purchase before finding out the full price. So a $42 ticket on the initial screen became $64 total price! Over 50%more in fees! There was a time, when Stubhub charged somewhat reasonable fees, but those days are long gone. Buyers and sellers lose.
