Was never able to download remote key for Subaru Connect. Trial expired and I'm definitely not paying $8 a month for a service that doesn't work.

Doesn't even open now. Remote key never worked. I'm shocked they expect you to pay for the services it offers when it's barely functional when it decides to almost work.

Honestly Terrible. I can't connect to the car at all, I've tried calling support and waited for updates to the app, It just plain doesn't work for me at all.

Nice layout. Status does not refresh automatically on login. The odometer is no longer displayed in v1.0.12. It redundantly prompts on login to accept/decline verified links permission.

This app doesn't work. It crashes most of the time, asks for permissions it was already granted, and even removed my car from my account for seemingly no reason. Please fix this!

Asks for the same granted permissions EVERY TIME the app is opened. Once you are logged in the app only works to let you know how charged the vehicle is, no other function works reliably. The digital key broke my default seat settings. Why do vehicle connection apps always suck so very very much?

I wish I could close my windows from the app that's a big one for me. The other reason I'm only giving 3 stars,it doesn't show the battery % on the vehicle status (2nd) screen on the watch app. It just says "charge level" pretty good app other than that

The app is nice for basic uses of the car, but the digital key is awful. It keeps removing the digital key from the account and then I can't download it again. I'm getting tired of this and am definitely not going to pay for a feature that doesn't even work.

Extremely slow, you could walk across the parking lot to start your car before this app can. Won't start the car because it's not locked...then lock it! If you have to do both just give up and walk to the car. Also doesn't keep you signed in and has other odd behaviors.

This app feels like someone said, "We need an app for this" and Toyota just threw out a piece of junk to satisfy the requirement, without any consideration for the user. It does the basics but leaves so much room to improve. Charge status should update automatically, it needs to sleep when not in use (it's a resource and electricity pig), and most of all, the user needs to be able to customize what notifications are sent. I don't need to be told that I exceeded the speed limit.

If there is a 0 star option I would give it. Poor user experience all around. -connecitivity is poor -lack of maintenance scheduling options -digital key dangerously unreliable -battery status does not update -remote start sometimes disrupts car play/android auto connection (could be car software instead of app) -remote start lacks options -when it does connect it is slow, whether on 5g or WiFi, close to the car if far. Doesn't matter. Just slow.

I love my car, but this app is worthless. It doesn't keep me signed in, and once I do sign in it asks for permissions every single time. Once you're actually in, the app barely functions. Locking, starting the car, even checking the battery fails more often than they work. If you have a solterra or are considering one, you're better off pretending this app doesn't exist.

Really poor user experience. App only works about half the time, and when it does work, some functions within the app still don't. It took 3 months to get the remote key to work, and I have to refresh the app 2-3 times to get an accurate battery level. As the weather gets colder, I want to remotely start my car. The app failing to start prevents me from using a key feature of my car.

Signs me out even when "Keep me signed in" is checked. Shows the car History as car Status. You have to update Status to see if your car is really locked. It seems like this app was designed by commiittee by 3 different companies on two different continents. I love my car but damn, Group think killed this application. The adverts for app subscription come through fine. Go Figure.

For how expensive the vehicle is, and the promise of competing with other EV platforms, this app is a fantastic disappointment. Digital key doesn't allow me to download, remote start works maybe 25% of the time, logs me out every time I leave the app, it asks for the same permissions every time, even when they are already granted, and it takes forever to refresh. Even after being on the phone with support, it's obvious they don't know how to troubleshoot and rely on the app working as promised.

The latest update has so many bugs and issues. First, the "keep me signed in" option doesn't work, and the estimated time to charge completion is no longer shown. The option to manually refresh charging status is also missing, and the Vehicle Status update stopped working (it just hangs). So now there is absolutely no way to know the status of the vehicle aside from push updates from the car itself, rendering this app almost useless. The Dev team for this app is beyond incompetent. Sigh.

Garbage! Absolute garbage! Doesn't work, won't open, just white screen with Subaru emblem. Have called them 10 times. Same runaround. Tell me to clear cache, uninstall, reinstall. Nothing works. Out of the 100 times I've tried it it has actually allowed me to see my account/vehicle twice. I am not alone in this everyone is reporting the same issues. If this was a payment app, like you could make your payment, I bet they would have fixed it same day!

The app is show but ok, although every time I try to verify my device for the digital key feature I get 'internal server error'. While there seem to be a lot of problems with digital key according to user reports, I didn't see anything about my error, depriving me of failing to set it up for some other reason.

The app asks for two permissions I have already granted it each and every time I open the app. The remote key function does not work at all even after hours on the phone with support (seems to work for the iOS app, not Android). And once your free subscription expires, the app is completely useless. You cannot even see the battery status without paying a monthly fee. Also, there is no way to "share" with your family/partner which seems like a big miss.

This really deserves 0 stars, this app somewhat worked for the first 3 months for me but was slow, failed to connect to the car at times, and you get bombarded with notifications about windows and doors unlocked etc. it also consumes a tremendous amount battery from the phone. now for the last few weeks the app is unable to sign in at all, just a blue circle at the sign in page. over 4 hours on the phone getting transferred to Subaru and Toyota from the connect support people with no solution
