Horrendous app, don't know what it did, loaded on two phones to do transfer of texts/mms from one to other and it somehow removed/overrode newer phones texts instead of adding to them in certain chats, not others, then spliced numerous assorted texts into one new chat under my phone number instead of the individual texts belong and had 2-3 duplicates of every text and picture in others. Unbelievable

I've only been using this app for a short time but I have tried every feature. I am LOVING this app. I am especially impressed with the call recording. I can play back imortant calls so I dont need to scramble for a pen when someone calls anymore. The recording is loud and clear on both ends. Ive tried other call recording apps and I've always had a problem hearing the other person in the recording. That has NOT been an issue at all while using this app!!! Great App all around!!

For a long time, I saw that my calls were being recorded (as I desired), but couldn't find the recordings. Finally I gave permissions for use of the microphone, etc. and then it often ends my calls immediately saying that another app is using my mic and won't share, but this doesn't always happen. Also, it doesn't record the other end of the conversation if I use my headset, which I frequently do. It records the other end perfectly if I use speaker phone.

Probably the most complete backup app of the store without root. Edit: Changed to 1 star because this app is dangerous. When restoring the calendar to a new phone, it re-sent all the past calendar meeting events from the last years. It spammed the entire company, e-mail groups and customers with hundreds of meeting invitations during the few minutes I had the phone turned on!

I love this app! It's saved me a few times with situations needing proof of what, where, and when I have called someone or businesses! My messages are saved, I can forward them to my email to save and they are clear to hear... This app works best if used when speakerphone is in off mode however, if on speaker, make sure to have it half volume as it can distort a little bit at full volume, but you can still hear the messages. I love it... it's a life saver!!

App is minimally useful. It was able to carry over a few things, like SMS messages, but it is difficult to use and does not provide the broad range of features it advertises. Even the Premium upgrade works more like cripple-ware than a well thought out app. Perhaps it requires a rooted phone? If so, the description should mention that. I'd really like either a fully functional app or a refund. The user interface should be re-thought as it is difficult to navigate or understand.

Schedule to regularly save my contacts, text messages, call logs, calendar, and apks to my SD Card for safekeeping and in case I ever need to transfer to another phone. Don't use the feature to save to Google Drive or cloud for personal security reasons. It also stopped saving Chrome bookmarks ages ago, but mentions that fact. Works behind the scenes without my having to do anything.

Like the app and it appears to do as advertised (hence the 3*) but I'm not a fan of the promise of backing up everything and then having to download another app to backup pictures. My feedback is that if you're going to force someone to download a separate app, why bother asking if they want to encrypt and what have you? I don't want to do that...I just want to back up my pictures but when I cancel (say "no"), nothing happens. I'll probably uninstall and try something different. Thanks, tho

I was able to backup my messages quite easily to my Google drive before resetting my Pixel 2. However, the app will not restore from the Google Drive. While it allows me to "see" the file and appear to select it. I can do nothing with the selected file. No actions appear. No buttons. When I go back to the previous screen, I have to start the process over. I finally stumbled into the answer no thanks to the instructions.

With the developer would answer emails. I've emailed on more than one occasion over the years and could benefit from the courtesy of a reply. My current gripe: I wish the call backup was consistent and would work. Why do some calls automatically record and not others? Why would the app say its recording the call and then when the call is over, it's gone? As if there was no phone conversation ever? Let's work out the bugs please.

It really works. I had backed up a bunch of my texts to Google Drive using this app some time ago and thought no more of it. When the time came that I needed a new phone, I lost my entire text history thanks to Google. I remembered the file I'd made, downloaded this app, and all the texts I had saved were loaded perfectly onto the new phone's messages app like it was the same device. I only wish I had had the sense to keep updating my backup! The app works great.

I love the app for backing up texts/calls but because of its other features, it intercepts the apps that I use for those. For example call recorder... It is very important, and I have been using the same one for years. Not that I haven't had ANY problems, but now it barely works. There is no "off button" for the other features or I'd keep the app. I have to uninstall.

This app is just amazing. One of the first things to make sure you have on a new phone. It's incredible but it's almost like there's nothing it won't do that you need when it comes to making sure you lose nothing on your phone: Log your calls, texts, contacts, even your apps and photos with no mistakes no glitches and with Incredible speed. Seriously if you have ever lost a phone and lamented the loss of contents, you owe it to yourself to get this app. There's just nothing comparable on the market.

Giving it 3 stars out of 5 because it appeared to work ~60% of the time. I was never able to figure out how to get it to back up text messages, which was my primary reason for installing it. I also tried using the call recording function. It seemed quite random as to whether or not it recorded any calls. Today: Two outgoing calls, one incoming call. The incoming and one outgoing call had been recorded. The second outgoing call had not. I had not changed any settings between calls. Uninstalled.

FIXED) (Original:) After a year and a half of heavy android use, this is the best mix of a clutter-free, intuitive interface, backup features, and automation, all of which make for an easy and pleasant backup/restore experience. It also backs up your protected apps, and the Android-protected data (if you have root), which is very nice. I bought the Ad-free version, and highly recommend it.

I have the premium version and really glad that I do. However, the call recorder stopped working after there were 54 recordings and didn't give me any notification. I was on an important call and failed to record any of it. Very frustrating when this happens. They also don't bother to reply to these reviews.

Been using this app for years with great success. Unsure WHAT I might have changed, but app now denies ability to send backed up material to cloud or others -- a key function. Can't figure out WHY getting a message saying SENDING is blocked/ uninstalled! App SUPERB in converting texts to pdf, BUT doesn't incl pics & ORDER of texts is newest 1st, which hinders easy reading - have to begin on last pg. to read text flow well (wish could alter this!)
