Really fresh tasting juicy chicken and salads. Love their rosemary pepper fries. Excellent flavorful sauces. If you haven't been yet it's a must try!

While the food is delicious, the last 2 times I have ordered thru the app, when i got home, I was missing the extra grilled filet that I ordered and paid for. I know, I should've checked my order before I left, but should I really have to?

Normally very good! My whole order of rosemary fries were hard. I found one I could eat. That is ridiculous. Also got an order or reg. salt fries for my grandkids. Better but has to sift through and pick out the normal fries and not the brick hard ones.

Wow! The number of fries you get when you order the regular size could feed three people. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich. It was huge and very tasty. I will definitely be back to try other chicken sandwiches.

App works fine but the food isn't that great, in my opinion. Breading is too sweet. No crunch at all on pickup order after sitting in sealed containers (essentially steamed it). Also, we didn't get any of the 8 sauces on our order. We didn't get napkins either. Sadly, we won't be back.

Super Chix in Lacey is always my go to place to get a great meal and great experience whenever I am near there. The staff is always very friendly and quite good at their jobs. The last 2 times I was there MJ was working the order counter, she is very good at getting the order correct and brings a friendly personality to her job as well. The chicken sandwiches and hand cut fries are the best I have ever found. This location is a great find.

I wanted to wait to write a review after I visit a couple of times because sometimes a new restaurant is good when they open and after it just go down for whatever reason. But Super Chix is not the case. I visited when they opened. Went back the next day. And I have visited a couple of other times. Let me start by saying it has become my new favorite chicken place. The chicken has flavor and is very juicy. I really recommend this place if you love chicken. You just have to go.

it's pretty good. had Cajun chik would order again. good music rotation. only complaint by me and other tables....too cold. wear a jacket if dining in.

We went for lunch today and it was great! I have to give a special shout-out to Adelyn at Alcoa. She was very kind and helpful to us, but it was how sweet and great she was with an older group of ladies that caught my attention. She treated them like gold, was very kind and patient with them. Great job, Adelyn!

This app is awful! I tried to use it in-store, and it said it read, but i never got credit. You can't add points off a receipt. I hit leave feed back, and it didn't do anything. I love the food. I hate the app. I would leave zero stars if possible.

Good app, could be better. I know the company is young and in it's infancy, however the app does not deliver the same quality as the food! Would love to see a loyalty program as well as a better UI experience as the app grows along with the locations available. Keep up the great job, do us all proud! If any career opportunities open within the SC mobile marketing department, let me know!
