The rates snaptravel advertises are consistently false. Example, I was notified of a $104 rate yesterday on a room at a popular resort. I clicked to reserve, and the rate was actually $130 plus tax and resort fee, totalling $167. I call that false advertising. When I click on other offers in the list for a particular destination, I get a message saying that offer has expired. Again, false advertising.

I have used this app/website a total of 4 time. 3 times at one location in Orlando, and 1 location in Chicago. I didn't have any issues each time. This app continues to be the cheapest place to book our favorite hotels and each time I have called the hotel to make sure our reservation went through and each time it has. We've never had a problem checking in either. The next cheapest app is T-Mobile travel, but this one is still cheaper by over a $100 usually. 10/10 would recommend!

They don't send receipts with payment amounts on them. If you are traveling for business and need an itemized receipt, don't bother using this app. They send you not one, but two identical emails confirming your booking, but no price is listed. You have to remember what you booked the room for and then verify it later with your c. card. Very frustrating! They have a link to click in the email to get an invoice, but that doesn't have any dollar amounts either. I will be deleting, it's useless.

Sometimes they provide cheaper deals by a few dollars, but they are a lot of Issues with their deals. Last time I booked and paid the amount in full in advance, but when I went for check in they claim they couldn't access my booking info any longer and requested me to contact snaptravel to modify the booking as I did. It has been more than two and half hours so far and no luck. Contacted them five times and each time they say they are on top of it and will call me back. !!!!!????

Scam! Downloaded the app for the cash advance option, but they only allow the money to be sent to their own card. Despite not using the money, they charged my bank account for the advancement! Now I can't cancel without having to call them but there's no one available to answer or I'm placed on an extremely long hold! When I choose the option to cancel, it disconnects almost immediately! For a $30 advance, they have charged $48 in total ($30, $3 transfer fee, & $15 subscription). Refund me!

They have a hidden booking fee using the phrase "taxes & fees" during the reservation process. This fee can be almost as much as the supposed savings. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip after they do not disclose their fee (not the hotels) separate from taxes before the payment section. It is the only hotel booking app in existence that does not have a "free cancellation" filter in the search filters. I had too much of my time wasted with search results that show non-refundable rates.

I have the Super debit card, which is supposed to help you build your credit. You can not check your balance online or over the phone. The website says to download the app. The app has basically nothing about the debit card or any personal info pertaining to me after signing in. Still dont know my account balance. The app seems mostly about booking hotel rooms. The card is a waste of time and money. I just want to cancel the card and unlink it from my bank account. Very deceptive. 👎🏼

Do not use this service! Better to call the lodging service directly. I made a reservation and paid a Refund Upgrade fee of $99 on a hotel reservation. I click thru the Terms (not reading closely but seeing a list of 8 reasons and "and many more..." I found out its doesn't work if you enter an incorrect date in a booking because you travel arrangements cross the date because you transiting time zones.

The Super travel experience is similar to using a vending machine in a stadium during a sports event, if everything works the way it should it's the cheapest quickest option but if anything goes wrong don't expect any kind of customer service and be ready to contact your bank or credit card company for any type of resolution. 2nd update: i ended up having to dispute the transaction through my credit card, this business has ZERO customer service. buyer beware

Great app until it wasn't. I only used the banking part. It stopped giving me rewards that I completed. Wouldn't stay linked with my bank. And today, I can't log in. I have rewards and "had" money on my card. I'm done! I do Not recommend this app!! App still sucks. Got the money that was mine. Now someone is trying to fraudulent use my card. I have no idea how. Theres nowhere on the app to cancel anything. I'd give negative stars if I could! And their customer service is TERRIBLE!!

The worst customer support I've ever had. There were fraudulent charges on the super pay app and I closed the card and was issued a new one. The old card however still remained active.. My account reached a negative balance. I was told I could verify my identity. Suddenly super cancelled my account, never sent a verification email, and have given me no options to open my account again. Terrible terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! They are criminals.

This app started off great, but as of late I am literally unable to book a room through this app or online. It's loading forever until the error message pops up then I have to refresh try again, literally same thing over and over again. I've never experienced so much difficulty using any app in my entire life. It's beyond ridiculous. I've cleared the cache, re-download the app, and force stopped and restarted it to no avail. I'm extremely disappointed.

The app asks over and over if you want to add a tip for saving you money. The problem with that is you can accidentally hit that when the splash screen comes up without realizing what you did and now you're paying extra for your room. Tipping is done for individuals that provide you service, not for an app. You're not tipping anyone, you're just giving the company extra money. If you accidentally hit the button to tip them there's no going back, it goes through immediately. This is almost fraud.

The best part of this app is some times you get good prices on rooms the games are made to be super hard to get money I played a game finished in the required time frame was never paid unless you buy something or treat the games as a full time job the only reward you get is cents. Then you got to pay money to redeem a couple dollars!!

This is a scam, beware and do not sign up! I was signing up to play games and do surveys for a little extra cash and a $20 "sign up bonus." I use other apps for this and believed it to be legit because it came up saying I qualified for this bonus inside the Uber Eats app after I placed an order. What I got was charged $5 and set up for auto payments of $15/month for a travel booking membership that I never agreed to. I want a full refund and for my "membership" and account info to be deleted!

I'm a Super + member and haven't been able to book a hotel on the app OR website in nearly four months due to what appears to be a technical issue. I've reported this multiple times to customer support through the app and through email but amazingly, it's still not fixed months later. Posting this negative review in hopes of getting SOMEONE'S attention to this ridiculous problem.

So far, so good. I've already redeemed $42. I connected my virtual card to Google Pay and used it with no issue. The surveys don't pay much, but that's to be expected. Very high payout for lots of games. I made $16 just for running an app for an hour. Highly recommend. There are lots of games that pay 63 cents for a playing it once or twice and NONE OF THEM have paid out.

I acquired quite a bit in discounts. Then, when I had to change my debit card on the account, they assured me that everything would be there after the change. Well, it wasn't. Everything was gone lost. All my discounts all the money. Vehicle broke down. Had to get room for 3 nights Got a call emergency at home The first night. I left contacted super about refunding the last 2 nights. Sorry No refunds. $478 for 1 night! Never again

I earned $20 thru a promotion. I wasn't able to receive my $20 for a whole month. And now I still can't redeem my $20 because each time I've tried to add it to my super card, I get the run around with it telling me that "Super pay user already has an approved account". I can't get any further than that. I have called support numerous times and they told me there's nothing they can do and that I can only redeem it to my super travel. I don't travel! I paid $15 subscription to get scammed!

The best app ever at the "Most Useless Apps Ever Awards"! Why have an app if it's never gonna work? Stays on home page and that's it. No tabs work, no links, scroll up and it takes u right back to start of page. Can't make an account, I updated it, I deleted and reinstalled it and it's still a POS. Run barefoot into corner of the bed, it's funner than dealing with this app.
