We paid $3.99 for the robot suits and it doesn't work. Would like a refund. We upgrade for it tell us to do the jigsaw puzzle to unlock the character, we go to do the jigsaw to then be told to pay $.99... how much is it actually to unlock the actual characters we paid to unlock? UPDATE: Its been a week since I emailed the developer and they said they can't give me my money back but will reissue something and to send proof of purchase which I did. How long should it take to get this resolved?

Ads are placed in a way that it translate to literal blackmail to pay to remove ads because it becomes impossible for kids to play with out adults besides them to skip ads. If parents have not set purchase security, it will cost them a lot of money...

I paid for NO ADS and paid for Robot Suits and got nothing. This is NOT kid friendly, constantly bombarded with ads, every time my son gets to play it I have to constantly exit out of all the ads for him. Son made accidental $1.05 purchase. I want refund for $4.24, $1.05, and the $2.19 I was charged for NOTHING. Dev Emailed on 01/18. Dev responded on 01/20 and told me to email them, as stated I already did on 01/18. Check out Devs response. Edit: 01/21 Dev emailed and refused refund. Scam.

This game is awful and a scam. It's designed for kids but is overwhelming with ads. Makes the whole experience completely unenjoyable for children. The no ads purchase feature is a scam as well. The app will take your money and leave ads enabled. Stay away and don't waste your time.

I paid to get rid of ads and still theres ads. my son cant even play the game because theres still (even after I paid to get them removed) so many ads. he loves super wings and loves this game but with all the adds it's not worth it. definite scam unless they can fix this.

My daughter really love this game... But I kinda disapointed for the advertisement.. there is one ad that really disturb me.. this is playable add, but teach kid to "hang" the character, froze the character, kill the character.... You should think to accept this kind of advertisement!! This is game for kid, please choose the suitable ad!!!! The name of ad is : Kick The Buddy

You have to pay $4.99 a month for no ads. Also for every button press an ad is played. It is despicable that the creator is just trying to monetize a kids love of a show. Having ads is understandable if they are age appropriate, which the ones in the game are not. But picking the pocket of the parent every single month to have no ads is ridiculous.

It is frustrating and seemingly predatory having so many ads and "offers" in a game that's clearly for children. My boy spent more time waiting for me to skip ads for slot games, than actually getting to play the game. Developers need to pull their heads in when it comes to kids games. (Side note; my partner said she had paid to remove ads on her phone and they were not removed at all)

Full of intrusive adverts. My boy gave up. I paid for the add free version and still getting constant adds. Don't waste your money folks it's nearly I possible for a child to play and figure out how to stop the constant adverts. It's a shame because the actual gameplay is good and character graphics etc are just like the TV program but ruined by the excessive adverts

There is a ridiculous number of ads in this game. My kids get about a minute of game play before another ad pops up. The home screen is confusing with a lot of different buttons. My toddler was very excited about it but we both ended up getting so frustrated by it that I uninstalled it.

My preschooler loves Super Wings, and wants to love this game,, but the adware is awful. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Issues 1. Way too many ads. Every button push starts an ad. Every single button push. Fed strait to your 3=5 year old. 2. Inappropriate ads. Super Wings targets a 3-7 age group and most the ads aren't appropriate. Violent and even adult game ads. 3. App runs poorly on lower end tablets. 4. More ads.

I bought my son the subscription to be dizzy and it won't let him be dizzy. It keeps saying purchase and when I click it, it says you've already purchased. Very frustrated

I would like to write a suggestion. You guys should add a supercharge feature in the game. Because that feature was at introduced in season 4 in the show.
