Bad integration with grab and ovo. Ticket closed less than an hour everytime support replied your inquiry. The reply itself never solved my problem, which prevent me to use superbank as my payment method with grab. It was working fine before and suddenly it goes haywire. Bad app integration.

The UI are user friendly and this app is highly focused in Saving and Banking which is a good side but also a bad side (because there are no other feature and there are also no debit card) and as an additional suggestion, please do not add the decimal number behind the balance amount, other than that this app is recommended

it is so smooth to process . it dont require many things, it easy to do the sign in. it has 50% interest in OVO and no minimum balance required. can transaction in everywhere and have a lot of promo. just upgrade it no need to download the new one.

Would crash out out of nowhere. I'd stuck on login page without being able to enter my PIN. For today only, I haven't been able to access the account because of the same issue. Ridiculous considering the app keeps on updating and you'd think it would go smoother instead of going downhill smh.
