This app used to be good. Although it is more expensive than other services. And now they are restricting different purchaces like counterfeit clothing. Shoutout to r/fashionreps download CSSBuy instead.

App not working correctly - app is not registering that I have a taobao link on my clipboard and gives no way to enter manually. Broken since android 10 update!

links i have copied to my clipboard at most work once or twice per day, and 90% of that time it's when i dont need it to. it doesnt let me just start it up and ask me if i want to search the link in the app.

Absolutely terrible company, was refused a refund on a order I cancelled and then refused a refund for an order they cancelled - Terrible customer service, please read reviews before trying companies like this to buy from overseas it's very risky. Thank god PayPal exists

Product filters don't work; listings seem to never update, and the translation still sucks ass despite being a foreign shopping agent. Your app is supposed to be better than the website. Currently this app is an unintuitive mess.

This is an excellent app with people working for you, like if they are buying for themselves. They also have people taking pictures of your items before they are shipped. They will tell you if things don't look right. When shipping, they are also out for your safety. This company deserves a hundred 💯 stars 🌟.

App doesn't work. Won't let me log in despite having so many correct and working verification codes, as well as being able to connect my account through WeChat. It just doesn't work. Useless app.

Great app for shopping and easy toggling but the shipping cost is insane. Used this app to buy items that I can't on Taobao but the shipping cost is at least x2 or more than the items I bought.

Excellent....! This company's customer service is excellent, your buyer's are excellent, logistics is excellent, the photographer is excellent, and the people who inspect your items to make sure everything is 100% without issues is excellent.

Awful. Open app. Pop up to update. Pressed to update. In Google. Downloaded updates. Open. App open with 6 18 ad. Pop up of updates again. Pressed update went to Google. Pressed Open. Back to App. As pop up then updates pop up. Closed App. Turn off phone. Start again. Same. Have to Unstall App!!!

This isn't about the app. But the workers. They promise our orders will be scanned into system at the warehouse within 24 hours, and if you pay priority, it will be stocked in within 3 hours. It has been almost 48 hours my order is just sitting in the warehouse not getting scanned or anything. I should have went with wegobuy.

Pretty gnarly agent. Easy to use app, easy to pay for anything. Love the QC feature, and how I can accurately measure items. Don't like rape shipping tho. Only problem with the app is there's a limit to your favorites, which doesn't make sense. Otherwise a great agent for copping your 1:1 goods and a dose of hydroxyfufu.

Convoluted interface and dodgy sellers abound. Otherwise a great tool to start a search you'll end on a computer or to keep track of product availability and pricing for wholesale. My one complaint is so far I've not received a single ordered sample so I do not use the app the way I'd like to.

It is a away to get certain chinese made products that is hard to get if you live in overseas. They are very responsible and my shopping experience is overall good. The shipping is a little bit expensive. But if you need certain things that you can't get on Amazon, this is a way to go.

Great service, up to the point when something isn't working. I had to fight with them for months and had to turn multiple times to PayPal to get a full refund for wrong products and products, which I haven't received. Additionally, they massively overcharge for shipping. There's still over 150Y locked in my account. I guess I have to turn to PayPal again to see my money. My recommendation, choose another agent.

I'm having a terrible experience with this company. It's really a nightmare and I'm not exaggerating. I just want to get my package delivered doesn't matter how much it cost, I think its better to forget about so it's cheaper to me. I can't get a refund, I write messages to diferent "expert agents", one saying something, the the next day. A different "expert agent" say something different. Terrible communication, super expensive shipping costs. I just want all this end.

I love this app but suddenly lately it doesn't allow me to upload photos or access my camera, which are both really important since I need to show agents or circle in a photo what products I want. Access to photos isn't even shown internally as a permissible option to turn on or off, I'm not sure how to fix it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times
