It's very good, it's helped me ALOT and in the beginning it ask what you have in your kitchen it only took about 5mins to do that part and then you can chose what kind of meal or snack you want and you can take any item off at any time & you can add anything in your shopping cart, I love it so much and I don't think there's ANY adds, I definitely recommend!

Although it is heavily ad laden it's a great app for recipes. Well designed, it seems to choke on the massive advertising attempts. I was surprised to see the huge quantity of seemingly worthy recipes one could follow by just using only what is currently in my pantry. The ad thing is the only drawback. And I don't tyits the fault of the developers. I like it best as far as recipe apps go!

I searched for an app that would give me recipes based on ingredients, and that's exactly what I got. The ingredient lists are broken down into categories and you can very thoroughly select all of your ingredients, sauces, spices, meats, cheeses, vegetables, grains, etc. Very thorough. Then it gives you all of the recipes you can make with those ingredients. You can favorite the recipes with a very simple sign up process. This is going to make meal planning a breeze!

Nice selection of recipes from around the web, and good features for filtering and exploring recipes. My main note is that the provided ingredient list is not vegan friendly. There are many proteins available beyond tofu, the only choice offered. By contrast, the lists for meat, fish, and dairy are extensive. I ended up having to list many ingredients as the closest non-vegan alternative, and couldn't find anything to approximate tempeh.

Loving it so far! I've been using another app called Wisk for a while, but found myself wasting food (and money), so I use SuperCook every other week now. And there's some real interesting recipes that i can try without the anxiety of spending money on ingredients not knowing if anyone will even like it. If they don't like it atleast i didn't spend extra money on ingredients. Lol Could use some MINOR ui improvements (if you're picky about that sort of thing), but it doesn't bother me.

My two criticisms are (1) the app should have the ability to add items that aren't already in the program; and (2) it would be nice to have the option to search for a whole meal (i.e., main & sides together) instead of individual parts. Other than that, I love this! I've made several great meals using what I already had instead of going to the store to get just one or two things to make something I already know.

I am on an elimination diet in the phase where I am reintroducing foods. This app is a Godsend. I enter into my pantry only the foods I am currently eating and have in my kitchen. Links to hundreds of compliant recipes come up. Would like to be able to enter a wider range of ingredients and to be able to distinguish forms (like fresh, canned, frozen, or dried), but for a free app, this is great. Saves grocery trips. Highly recommend for people who get produce or food boxes.

Personally love using the "missing one ingredient" feature, running out to the grocery store for three things, and then being fully prepared for three meals for the whole family. Only thing I'd love to see in a future version is the power to import our own recipes, so that I can go through my own cookbooks with that same clarity of "just need one more thing for this dish." Easily recommend!

Love the app. Never need to stand staring into the fridge to figure out what to make for dinner. I update the ingredients when I bring home the shopping. Easy! Set up took a while the first time, hence the following... I want to change my email address for login without starting a new account and enter hundreds of ingredients over again. Can't figure out how to do it.

Almost perfection. The ultimate app for struggle meals, especially as a vegetarian. I've learned a lot already. It's just a shame that many of the pages are very old, even a decade or more, some broken links and some unhelpful duplicates of essentially the same recipes. A few pet peeve grammar mistakes here and there. It could use some cleaning up.

Great way to find a recipe! Set up is a little daunting, digging through the pantry to add ingredients, but if you take the time to do it right it saves me hours every month. It's also great for when I want to make something - I search the recipe I want & it tells me what I'm missing so I can just add it to the shopping list!

I've been using supercool since 2015 and I really like the app. The pantry list helps keep track of what's in your fridge and what recipes you can make with those ingredients. Game-changing for anyone trying to cook from home.I have some additions to consider. For caregivers or people cooking from different fridges an option for different profiles to easily select ingredients.Maybe refreshing or adding expiry dates would be helpful. Thank you, great app!

INCREDIBLE!!! I needed this to help me with recipes for the items I already have, we were wasting soo much food. I put in every food we had in our home plus foods we were out of but frequently get and it gave me 15k recipes!! We were averaging a whopping $200 in groceries WEEKLY and this app made our "weekly" shopping into a biweekly thing and we only spent $100...for TWO WEEKS!!! I will never use anything else ever again! Just try it!! Thank you so much for this incredible app!!

This app is a godsend. No more Spending $25 just to try a new meal at. It gave me thousands of new recipe ideas with the ingredients I have. I chose "5 ingredients or less" reciepe option for easy meals. You can even choose "missing one ingredient recipe". I ran my new meals thru a cost per meal app (recipe cost) and my grocery bill stayed the same!!!! Where has this app been for 15 years!!!!

For a free app it is very good. It would be nice to filter and exclude certain things, for instance I may have egg in my pantry and it ends up showing 1000 different ways to cook an egg, and I think the only option is to exclude egg from ingredients which removes potential meals that have egg in it. It would also be great if it had subsections for type of cookware, like pressure cooker specific recipes. Would also be nice if there was somewhere to manually write recipes and required ingredients.

Absolutely my FAVORITE app ever! I use it at my restaurant to come up with new and exciting recipes! My only critique is that it saves every item in your pantry where if you don't have something you have to go through your inventory and remove it. Which is only a hassle to me considering the restaurant has lots of ingredients

I always have a hard time making recipes unless I have overflowing cupboards, but groceries are so expensive and this has really helped me stretch out our staple ingredients more. The only thing preventing me from 5 stars is that I always seem to have to go edit my pantry because ingredients will appear and disappear at random between app closing and opening again. It's so frustrating adding all those ingredients again. If I'm doing something wrong, let me know! I would love to 5 star this

The interface is super clean and intuitive! I see myself using this app a ton as I've recently started trying to cook for myself more and keeping track of everything can get overwhelming. I mainly wanted to submit a suggestion, which is it would be really cool to make a roomate situation so we could both inventory what we have to keep things from going bad

3.5 that I'm rounding up to 4. This app is really useful and I love it. However, it's a bit frustrating that you when you search a recipe and tap on "Key Ingredient(s)," it won't let you search for a specific ingredient. You just have to hope it suggests one(s) you want. That said, I love that this app has a lot of recipes and that is relatively easy to navigate!

The app does everything it claims to and more. You make a list of your ingredients and it finds you meals that you can make with what you have. It also lets you exclude ingredients, or prioritize ingredients before they go bad. Allergy friendly. The only issues I have seen have to do with the website links. While the app has no ads, the websites do, and there is nothing that can be done about it. Also, I have seen one or two recipes where the website the recipe links to is wrong, or outdated.
