Online check in is absolutely worthless. On multiple occasions, I will check in and the go to the Supercuts and there will be over an hour wait. I don't understand the point, especially if the app says a zero min wait time. I fully understand a few minutes for the stylist to finish up another haircut but over an hour on multiple occasions? Don't understand the purpose of the app.

Terrible app, refuses to allow booking ahead of time. Will not allow to select my preferred location, simply says none available despite there being 1 within 2 miles and 3 within 3 miles. When I search a location specifically, there is literally no option to book an appointment of any kind, it only provides the number for me to call myself, which defeats the purpose of the app. The designer should be fired, and the app discontinued.

It's a good idea to have an app for this type of service. However, it would be much more useful if there were more options available, such as: interactive notifications that let clients know what time they should arrive, based on the time they book an appointment and stylist availability; and stylist profiles, which could provide information about stylists' professional experience, allowing the client to choose which stylist provides services to them.

This app is pointless. The app doesn't differentiate between mens and woman's haircuts. I checked I for my haircut and as I walked in I found out there were several woman ahead of me. I sat there for an additional 40 minutes past my check in time only to walk out and go somewhere else. Look, woman's haircuts take longer than mens. It's not rocket science. There are a lot of women that go to this Supercuts. If you are going to have a check in service it needs to accommodate that that fact.

no matter what i do, i am always brought back to the sign in page. I'll sign in and select my account, goes right back to register/log in. Same with anything else. select an option, login/register. Keep repeating. whatever you want, expect to sign in again workout getting anywhere close to what you wanted to accomplish through the app. What's the point if it doesn't work?

This appointment setting of this app is extremely flawed. Book 2 hours in advance to go in and still have to wait for multiple people ahead of you. Lacks the ability to differentiate between services. A haircut for a someone with short hair wanting a trim is much different than someone with long hair wanting color and a cut. Yet the app treats them both as 15 minutes. Don't waste your time with the app because it'll waste yours.

It's a pretty basic app to use. The only reason i rated it 3 Stars & not 5 is because of how basic it is. I would be nice in the Check-In section you give the option to choose a stylist but for most of us, we're unfamiliar with the stylist's work. To help with this you might want to consider letting the stylist's have the opportunity to upload a few photos of there work. That would help ppl like myself, to choose which stylist to request. Adding this feature would be AWESOME in book!🤗

I tried using the app and it did not register at the salon. Because of the screw up, I waited way past my estimated time. Once I caught on, then I addressed the clerk. However at that time, time was wasted and frustration for the system set in. Be aware that this glitch is possible and to check-in when you arrive. This technical glitch could be outside of supercuts, but call-in is a safer bet and always confirm when you arrive.

It will not let me make an appointment. The Stylist at this location are fabulous that's why I only want this location! My whole family will only come to this location because of what great stylist they have. So if I can't schedule an appointment I will not be able to be seen. So the rating is only because the app is not working properly. I can and will edit my review once the app is up and working properly.

I like the Supercuts in my area and try to coordinate with errands. I have had a difficult time insuring the app books the appointment with the chosen salon. I will begin the booking and it will switch the location even though it is marked as favorite. So frustrating to show up at the wrong salon and unlike precovid - they send you packing.😡 Triple check at the end of the booking process or better yet - just call them. That's what I'm going to do.

This app doesn't sync with the actual booking of the location. Several times I have booked appointments on the app, walked in at the desired time, and have been told there wasn't time or I would have to wait. I have 2 kids and I'd rather not wait half an hour or more for a hair cut. It would be great if those who book online/via the app would be first and walk-ins could be fit in.

The input fields at the bottom of the check-in screen were hidden by the keyboard, forcing me to hit the back button after entering text into each field so I could select the next field. Other than that, the app was easy to use. I would have liked the ability to pop-up a description of the service I was selecting though, perhaps also showing a price.

Edit: the last 4 or so months the app will not let me reserve a time. It keep saying that the time is no longer available or something like that for any time I pick. It has basically made the app worthless. Original with 4 stars: it could be better, but is a over all a good app. it lets you check in on the wait list. it would be cool if you could attach coupons you got from them some where on the app.

The feedback option in app doesn't have an option for the app feedback. In most views finding a salon the wait time isn't shown. You should be able to click the map or the map button to view at the map. Check-in is only 30 minutes out even though the wait is 0 minutes. The New button adding my info should just be labeled clear Adding a guest said they were going to be 45 minutes later than the first person.. if I walked in that wouldn't be the case. Yes there was more than one stylist working.

Decent interface, but needs a tweak for checking in. If I select a time other than the default and then proceed to select a person other than me for services, the time automatically resets to the default. There is also a seemingly endless "thinking" time once I select check-in. If I back out at any time, it immediately indicates that the check-in is confirmed.

The key purpose for this app was to make a haircut appointment now that they say they have reopened. I have searched the app for a "make appointment" button. If there is one, it is well hidden. I don't think it exists. I have selected my preferred location and it seems that the only option is to call the salon. That's sort of obviates the need for the app. The app designers really need to rethink this, that button should be front and center.

Good for seeing which salon has a time slot and making a reservation, and seems well integrated with the salon system when I get there. But I get a notification when I restart the phone, "Smartsytle app running in background', which I'm concerned is eating my battery. I can't prove that's coming from this app, but Google seems to think so, so I'm leaving the ding here. In any case, I don't think this app needs a background task, it can tell me everything I want to know when I open it.

Highly recommend this app if you have too much storage space on your phone and would like to get rid of some. This app doesn't DO anything... You can't book an appointment; it just gives you a phone number for various locations. You get more information by searching for Supercuts on Google Maps. That gives you locations and phone numbers like the app, but actually does more by showing you reviews, busiest times, etc.

I am puzzled by the high reviews for this app because I haven't seen it work for a good two years. I've installed all the updates, tried multiple devices, etc, but all the Supercuts in my area just say every single appointment time is unavailable. At first I thought maybe it was just one of the stores doing something wrong online, but all the ones in my city are like this, so it must be the app.

I used to use this app and it was very helpful. I liked the ability to scheduled with a stylist of my choice and a time that fit my schedule. I frequented one location and a stylist who gave me consistent cuts. Then the app started to not remember my preferred Supercuts location. Lately it's just terrible. It won't even provide any locations even after a reinstall of the app. Too much time and effort. I've uninstalled this app.
