I love this platform. It is very easy to use. The only thing that I hope they add in a future update is a way to reply to a specific message in the private chat section.

I can't access the app, tried downloading a couple of times but I can't and yes I already have an account, so what could be the problem?

App works fine, but there are so many scammers on here it's not worth sending any gifts to anyone. For instance, people will set a price for Premium Live, and then once you enter, they'll close out and you lose your coins. What's the point? They let you get your coins back if it's a really expensive Premium Live and you leave in the first 15 seconds, but they should do that for every live and ESPECIALLY if they host drops within the first 30 seconds.

The app gives you the option to use your credit/debit card, But you are unable to use it. I've contacted customer support, and they've told me that usually the bank will block the transaction. So I contacted my bank and they told me that no transaction even took place. I messaged customer service about the issue. I have yet to hear back from them. Update 1/7/24 Finally got my card to start working until the most recent update. Now we're back at square, where the support team is blaming my card

If I could give it zero stars I would. Almost as bad as Bigo live with the amount of rude, hateful people here. As of recently the app won't even open for me, only flashing the SuperLive start up screen with its blue background, and never loading past that. When I can get it to work, the app is so slow, that I can't even get past the select your interest page, even though I've selected my interests about nine times now. And no SuperLive I'm not sending you a complaint email, read the feedback.

This is a fun streaming site. I have made lots of friends. When you contact them with questions they respond fast and I've never really even had a problem on this site. Great app!

My version of the app has no option to exchange my earnings for coins. I also can't cash out because no matter how many times and ways I've tried it won't accept my ID. I also can't get a hold of the support team. I'd give it -5 ⭐s if I could.

Most of the woman are scams. They charge you for premium and wait 15 seconds and they shut it off. Done waisting money with these scams!! Deleting this app!

I give one star for this app!! For the 2nd time, I can't open my account I didn't receive any verification code😡😡😡 it's so very hard to get diamonds and now I can't open! Please fix this!

This app needs alot of improvements! Its slow, jerky, and knocks you out of live streams that you are watching. Too much aggressive control!!!!

They charge your card without you authorizing it I got charged three times on my card without me authorizing it and when you contact support they don't even contact you back. Don't trust this app there's always going to do is steal your money. You barely find people in the USA. All the people on this app is mostly from out of country

Update is horrible now. It refresh everytime you do something. Can't chat with people then go back out without it refreshing and losing track of people you talk to . Edit.. came back after a year. Same glitch still happen. It refresh after you talk to one person. Making it finding other people annoying.

App stuck in logo flashing on and off. Opened the app today and got a pop-up for an update. Clicked yes to install, it took me to the play store of SL. I clicked open and it just sits there on a blue screen with the word Superlive blinking on and off. This is happening on both devices. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. When I opened it I received the update message again.

The app was cool until I did the update. I can't use any kind of headphones or earbuds. The sound either disappears or people hear a distortion. I've deleted and re-download the app and troubleshooting for my ear buds. I'm finding out I'm not the only one going through this. I'm going to delete this if it doesn't get fixed. It's no point in keeping an app that doesn't fully work.

The video experience in the app is great. But the audio is absolutely awful if wearing wireless headphones. I simply can't use any wireless headphones at all. The sound is muffled at best or just inexistent in most cases. I really hope you can fix this issue. I've reached out to customer support, and they completely failed to acknowledge the issue and just told me to check my batteries 😒.

App doesn't upload pictures for me on OnePlus7 Pro. I've granted the application complete access. I've wiped data and cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the application. The developer replied saying the issue was fixed. NO IT'S NOT. I've contacted the developer by email but no reply. I guess it's just easier to come on here and reply that " it's fixed" than it is to fix the actual problem. Android 11 operating system. This is about the fifth time I've complained about the issue.
