I've been playing this game for a few days, now. It's a decently fun game... however... there are ALOT of glitches. Customers walk in place, objects get stuck in your hand (especially the broom. Pick it up you're not putting it down without relogging). Literally EVERYTHING costs real money. A stocker is $20! That's insane! A cashier is $5! Then, you have to pay to get your tips, too. Then, you wait FOREVER for deliveries... want to speed it up? That's more real money.

Stay away from in app purchases. not worth it. I bought no ads for $4.99 and I still get ads! tons or them. they need to be more upfront. I emailed them 2 days ago and no response. their customer service is bad. so I'm writing to warn others. the games graphics are whatever. the fact that you can't tap the item to grab but need to rely on a button is annoying. ok to download but DONT BUY IN APP PURCHASES (big mistake I made)

Love this game, but it has been acting up. First starting to play it was absolutely fun and yes, there are ads which I was perfectly fine with until recently. The occasional ad would pop up, no big deal, but lately there is a "Let's take an ad break" every minute now, literally!! I will unbox three boxes and there is an ad break. I get that I can purchase no more ads but really, an ad every minute? And, often, every time an ad pops up, it freezes my character. Makes me want to stop playing.

It's a fun game to play, a little glitchy. I had just contacted support, if they can fix the common glitches of the game. Ex.Objects getting stuck and having to restart the game, Customers walking in place in front of shelves, Service options missing from the store menu.) EDIT: Whatever you do, don't uninstall the app, if you've made purchases in this game, you'll lose it all and start over. I learned the hard way. $15 gone. There's no profile save to restore purchases properly and prevent this.

Overall, it's a great game. I am hooked. I've been playing it for almost a week now and already level 42! I would like to see improvements on how glitchy it is, though. I try to pick up or put down boxes, and they glitch or disappear only to randomly appear later. And it will not let you end the day until all customers are helped. I look around only to find a customer either standing or walking in one spot. I have tried moving furniture but end up having to restart the game.

I would love to give the app 5 stars. however there are a few things it will not let me do. I try to purchase the stocker and it automatically says failed each and every time. now it is saying that when I try and purchase money in the game. I wished there were a way to redesign the look of the store such as walls, floors, registers, etc. If I can get the stocker somehow and now more money in the game I'd give it 5 stars.

I've played a good couple mobile super market games like this and just about all of them had poor art, they were very laggy, or they had adds every minute. But with your game the art is good, it runs smoothly, and there is a lot of bonus content like the Fishing and house stuff that I like as well, the ads are a bit much but not enough to get angry about, so good job and thank you for making a good mobile game among all the other cash grab mobile games out there.

I would give this app a higher score but the ads are horrible! At first, it was tolerable. An ad here, an ad there. Now it's literally every minute of game play and it ruins the fun of the game! I sincerely hope that it is not a ploy to get people to buy the ad blockers. However, the game is fun, you just have to get past the ads all the time. Please fix it!

I've enjoyed this game once getting around the learning curve of the controls. I have no complaints - but this game gave me a legitimate nightmare after playing it because it's got kind of a liminal creepy aesthetic, sort of like you're in a place in a town you've never been to and everyone looks like you can't talk to them 😂 Overall, the app works very well and it's fun...and a little unsettling to me for some reason. I'm into it.

Overall a very fun game to pass time. I prefer this game when looking for more relaxed play over strategy and competition. Id love to give it more stars but it's very hard to position furniture. There's a slider in settings that lets you adjust the sensitivity of walking but it does not let you adjust the positioning. I don't even mind spending money. If we can get that positioning feature fixed this is easily a 5 star game. UPDATE BOB THE STOCK GUY IS AN IDIOT AND I WISH WE COULD DEACTIVATE HIM

I loved this game until I got a new phone. lost everything. I spent a good amount of money on full-time staff, cash and coins. emailed & messaged company, in hopes of getting help. If game is Uninstalled, or you get a new device. Data, perks, bonus items like ft staff and your level. (i was level 90) Do not transfer or save. Don't waste your time or money!

I really enjoy playing this game. This has been my go to for the last few days. It's engaging, but not so easy that you get bored. It does satisfy some ASMR variables. My greivance is the ad at the bottom of the screen does get in the way of the right handed options close to that ad, sometimes it gets tapped by mistake. I do like that it makes you work, by making the price to ask for help rediculously high.

The warehouse guy moves too slow, he can't keep up with the customers buying things. We need to be able have more than one stockman. Also with the latest update, it will no longer let you put cases of product on the warehouse shelves. I have tried again and again and it just will not go on the shelf. You can stock the store with items but warehouse shelves won't accept items from the player.

would be a good game if the developers weren't so money hungry. you have to pay real money for just about everything and don't get me started on the ads that you can PAY to remove and they almost try to force you to pay with the insane amount of ads that pop up every 5 seconds. can't even play the game without an ad. it will drive you insane. I just want to play the game. supermarket simulator? more like ad simulator.

I really enjoy the gameplay itself—it's fun and engaging. However, the more I play, the more frequent the ads become. Lately, it feels like I can barely get through 30 seconds of gameplay before another ad interrupts. I understand that ads help support free games, and there's an option to pay to remove them, but the frequency here feels excessive—almost like it’s designed to push players into paying. It takes away from the overall experience.

My only complaint is Bob the Stocker. He does his job well for the most part, but he's SO SLOW. I wish I could just upgrade him, or hire more than one. Plus, almost every night when my supermarket closes, he will walk to the trash can empty-handed and then stand there, frozen, unless I reset the app. Other than that, I absolutely LOVE the app. I know one star might seem a bit harsh, but considering I paid $20 for the npc, he should at the very least be perfect.

I love this game, I really do. however, the constant nonstop ads every minute is beyond annoying. There have been too many times where the ad was playing or ending and it would freeze the whole game and then restart. This is seriously annoying. like I know that you want to make money, but please cut down on the ads. They make my phone overheat and then the constant restarting of the app is the worst part.

Edit: I just noticed this is still in beta. I am sure these issues will be addressed. - Great game. I'd give 5 stars but there are some issues that need fixing. I purchased a middle large refrigerator, stocked it full and bo one buys from it. it never goes empty and if I don't restock my other shelves the people buying leave as if the store is empty. also, other shelves will have a fee items left that no one buys. most of the stock will go empty, but a few items remain and no one buys them.

thss game is so cute and I like it, BUT the amount of ads is insane. I saw reviews saying so and thought it's fine I can deal with ads. NO. it's every twenty seconds it seems. sooooo many ads. more than any other game I've played. it asked for a review in the game and I had two sentences saying I like it but the ads make it unplayable. I had to start over four times because it kept erasing it because ads would interrupt. I can't play it anymore, it's just making me mad and I dont even enjoy it.

I do like that game and I got to 14 almost 15. The game would be fun to play. Except that you have to buy items twice one of them using money or coins ingame then having to use your real money to use some of them and it can be expensive, so that doesn't make playing the gameplay fun. Not to mention the ads! There are too many ads in order to remove the ads for good you have to pay $4.99. I'm uninstalling the game sorry too many ads.
