This app doesn't work well with phone that has a hole punch display. Other than that, it's okay.

Couldn't use it. App defaulted to Japan with no way to change to the US. Googled and apparently this is a known bug.

they still allow bots on their page. its slow. u cant get nothing no matter how fast u are. no customer service. broke site. get ya money up and upgrade ya site. 1994 called they want this version back.

New launches sold out in 2 seconds. Impossible! App is full of bots. Supreme are fully aware of bots taking items out your basket at the checkout.

Harder to get products than it is on snkrs. Has you confirm you're not a robot like 100 times before letting me check out, and by then everything is sold out.

App on droid is sluggish / items do sell fast ! But if i have item in my cart for purchase and its removed before i can checkout that's the b/s problem! thats about it ..

Horrible app I've tried to order some items and it wouldn't load after I put my card info in. I tried 4 times now and I bet if I go back more of the items I want will be gone. 😤

I been ordering from supreme for a couple years now the first thing that's major is YOU CANT GET A HOLD OF NOBODY and the reason why I'm saying this is because I have gotten tshirts and clothes that had stains on them I have pics and guess what THERES NOBODY TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS TOO SO if you buy from this company be prepared to not get a refund if your stuff is messed up just saying raising my stars when they fix it but I don't think they CARE!!!! SAD IF YOU ASK ME

Since this year the supreme app is not working every Thursday I have been trying to buy some items but it won't show the new release until day after!! Very disappointed!!!

Leggy and very slow, Its not even drop day and the app is super slow and I can barely put anything in my ny cart. After I press something it takes likes 10 second to take me there.

Horrible app. Constantly crashes , adds too many of the same item to cart so then you can't checkout, horrible horrible response time when selecting item.

While Supreme has always been at the top as far as designs and collabs, they certainly have consistently fell way short in regards to app usability, reliability and memory issues. Very buggy, especially recent update, but several of the issues carry over from mobile to desktop, mainly regarding checkout and connection timeouts, so while it is not all necessarily the app, the issues are still present and considered in the app review. If it were any other company, likely would be 2 stars.

Scammers and preditors of its customers. Would give zero if I could. When on the site for Burberry drop. Instead of getting the hoodie I had placed in cart I got a harness. When reaching out to the company's customer service all you get is canned responses. May not even be a actual person. I have reported them to the BBB. They need to step up and do better by thier customers. Especially when they make an error.

Waited for the drop. As soon as I opened when it released. The app glitched hard. Check out button disappeared so I had to reinstall to fix it. Then the orders kept freezing and I couldn't edit my cart since the items I wanted sold out. Could've gotten the items I wanted if they fixed all the bugs on this app

Trash, for a 1b+ dollar company this app is still as unreliable and painfull to use as it was 3 years ago when it all began. A fun example is the time-out off the app when you got your wanted piece in your cart at the checkout or in the payment proces, well good bye to the dope products you wanted. I would advise to just get it off a reseller instead of wasting your usefull time fighting an army of bots while still having te chance of getting absolutely nothing except disappointments.

Great just make sure extra sure what your ordering is what you want and correct size and color. The reason I say this is all orders are processed by computer so you really don't have a chance to speak to a customer service rep if you have problems. Other than that I have actually had no problems everything seems legit.

Like this matters but I like how they change the process but bots still win. I had an item added but the app never showed the checkout. When to another item to add and never shown. Then went back to the shirt said only 1 per. Still can't checkout. Then all of a sudden it pops up and go process to get an error sold-out. Go back added another shirt. Go to process and guess what. Garbage. Yall really need to fix the system. All I can get now are caps n socks.
