They have very quick customer service responses. No ads. I would have given 5 stars. But sometimes there surveys pushes me out and either it starts me over, or it completely disappears. I do wish to say that they're very prompt when you redeem your money it's just not so much when you've completed the survey and they say it will be there the next day and it doesn't. I've always redeemed through PayPal but for unknown reasons it's not and I want to know if that option been cancelled

Update: Still enjoying this app. Wish it went back to .10 for not qualifying, I am glad to get something either way. I have been getting more surveys, but still don't qualify often. Overall, this is my favorite survey app. Customer service is easy to work with. Takes awhile, but cashed out a couple times with some decent money, just wish there were more surveys and better qualifying rate.

Great app my favorite for surveys, wish I never missed a limited time or location survey, sometimes I miss them even when I click on them the moment they pop up. Unfortunately now you guys cancelled both mine and my girlfriends accounts, this was a steady app that helped me get meals at periods of time and other wants and needs, I would like an explanation, refund, or reimbursement of my account.

It took awhile but I didn't really check it all that much. Lol and realized I had $15.00 to cash out. It went right into my pay pal account. $15 IS still $15!!! . Edit: I'm still using this app 2 months later and cashed out multiple times. I love that it goes by $ amount and not by point system. Highly recommend Additional edit: almost a full year and I've cashed out well more than $300. Gave full stars because it's been constantly beneficial for me. :) customer service is helpful too

These surveys can be frustrating but if you hang in they are great. I've done a few product reviews and ALOT of surveys and used gift cards for buying Christmas presents. I love it . I get somewhat mad after I've spent over 10 minutes on a survey and it freezes and I can't continue. Or when you get almost done and it says oops you don't qualify. They could do better at the technical stuff. But hang in there it will pay off.

This is a good survey app that pays when it actually credits you for the survey. There's been 2 times I wasn't credited. Customer service promptly responded and helped me the 1st time. Last week, I completed a 15-20 minute survey and wasn't credited. Customer service hasn't been any help and not responding despite me sending them the info and SS they asked for. To get pay day, you need to let them have full access (read, view, control screen) to your phone, which I'm uncomfortable with.

High paying surveys, cool "payday" program, easy to sign up-no lengthy profile required, you can cash out at $10+ (for whatever amount you've earned) in the form of PayPal, Venmo, and I believe Amazon gift card and visa card. Instant payouts. I just wish when you successfully completed a survey, it wouldn't have to be "pending" and the survey reward would be added to your balance immediately.

I've been a member for years now. They have been consistent over the past year with providing surveys, even though I only end up qualifying for about 25% of them, it's still a higher acceptance rate than other apps and sites. I like that the payout is instant, they have a good selection of cash out options, and they even give you an extra percentage of your cash out amount as an incentive to choose certain ootions over others. You do have to wait until you hit a $10 threshold to cash out though.

Good app with a lot of survey options and even sometimes they send you free products to test. However, lately I have been completing an entire survey and then when submitting the last question, I am always "not qualified". The user experience has gotten very tedious and frustrating lately. Quality has gone down.

Took a while to earn the $10 needed for a cashout, but still a great app. I don't always get notified when there's a survey so it's a good idea to check periodically. The surveys are typically short and worth the little amount of time you need to put into them. So far if I haven't qualified for one, they still credited me with 5 cents (though it used to be 10).

This app is definitely not bad but could be improved. To start off with, the app it's self is very user friendly, simple design and everything we're you need it to be. But my biggest issue is the surveys! So far every single survey, I got disqualified from. It's literally seems like I can't even do a survey or they don't want me too. Know matter how I answer, I'm disqualified :(

I'm giving a 3 star for now. Positive: I've had this 3 months and I've earned some cash, I opted it go on on Amazon gift card. It adds up slowly to get to the $10, but helps with some medical items. Negative: I've reported many times that I've been 3/4 done with survey, & it freezes up & can't finish it. Also , every survey that wsnts photo of Internet or cell phone bill won't accept a page, I only have hard copy. Lost s lot of $$ and time for no reward, but they can't fix that.

I just cashed out $196!! I have been working off and on since August (9 months) and I've done a few in store surveys. They take more effort, pictures, and videos but they pay pretty well. One was $40 and only took about 35 minutes in store. When I have had issues with connections, support was very helpful and quick to respond. Patience is key! Most of my money came from the disqualified surveys because they still give you $0.05 for trying!

Not a scam! Lots of interesting surveys that pay out well. Payment goes through multiple different platforms, including Amazon and PayPal. Some things can be a little buggy (for the past two weeks or so I've had a survey opportunity that just says I've already completed it even though I haven't) but I haven't had any major issues. Overall, it works! And most places have your data anyway, so may as well get paid for it

Of the multiple survey sites I do, SotG is by far the best customer service by far! They are super responsive, and give actual explanations to your messages, and always make things right when an error does occur. While the surveys can occasionally be slow coming in, they pay great, especially for the time allotted. Thanks for the app, and keep up the good work! You're helping rebuild my savings, one survey at a time!

It actually works! I got paid a little over $17 after a few months The surveys are pretty easy and 10-20 minutes usually, you do get. There's Alot of surveys. However, it doesn't mean you'll qualify for all of them. The best thing I did was enroll in payday, which wa the easiest way to make money on this app this app pays you in gift cards and sends to to your email.

Update- I previously gave a 4 star rating. The app has changed the last several months. Suddenly I'm getting disqualified for every survey (when I never used to) or ill get an error page mid survey like the page lost connection. Only resolution is to quit the survey. And disqualified surveys will stay on the home page even though I cant join anymore so it's a guessing game on what surveys I've completed vs not. This used to be the best survey app.now it's like all the rest. Bummer.

So, over the past year, half or so. I've been using and doing the surveys. Most times, i don't get any to do, but other times, i do, and then i just save up until i have more to cash out with. The surveys are easy when i do get them to do! I would recommend it! Updated 2024 April 29th. I am still doing surveys with them, I love the new app updated and newlook. It's been great. I've actually gotten a few in store person surveys too now! This has been an awesome new learning experience, too. 😊

I do enjoy the surveys when I get them. One of them took me 28x to actually finish! It's show up 4x but not one would work! Also the store ones never work. I don't seem to qualify for many after a month which was strange. Also I hate getting half way through then they kickw out. I enjoy the surveys I am able to do! Really wish there was more!

Overall I like this app. One thing that could be greatly improved is it's inconsistent. My most frustrating complaint is how frequently I complete a survey & then on the very last page it tells me there was an error, & despite my contacting them almost every time, I've never received a response let alone any credit. I have received responses from them regarding other issues though.
