It's everything I need in a hurry to show my latest in health or past medical history instead being in doubt or not sure when and what date and time I was given treatment or a medical procedure. Very accessible as it keeps improving in response readiness 24/7 especially in late night sudden emergencies when you're in agony, panicked, tired or disoriented from lack of sleep. Feel very secure getting all my medical data under this umbrella of personal information as needed. Totally love it!

App has improved significantly. It is still hard to navigate with a lot of rabbit holes, the billing payment screen is quite rudimentary and needs work, and option to provide feedback or get help on the the app has been removed. There are also still places where the app gives up and presents a hard to read web page.

Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. PIN works for awhile then fails. Reverted to web site on phone, Awkward. (Should look at Stanford Healthcare App. Fingerprint reader works every time. It is similar but more stable.) Update: once you listen through MANY LONG phone announcements, you get an annoying phone robot on the telephone for another long wait. Once you get a live person, they are very helpful. Sutter should fire their tech and hire more live operators, they are excellent!

EXCELLENT way to track appointments, diagnostics, medications, procedures, aftercare, and visit summaries, which include details about further action. If one has all medical interactions through Sutter facilities, your medical history is all right there. It is incredibly convenient to be able to communicate with your medical providers right from the app; no more calling and leaving messages.

My app will NOT WORK anymore unless I have the newest update installed (June 12/2021 to your info). The info screen shots for the update are NOT updated itself and show the old version. Worst are the requested permissions. Besides the mic and camera that I understand, why you need to have access to the media files and need permission to change them.? Why you need access to storage files and need permission to change them? There are lots of other implied app permissions (check permissions details). I do not agree with the requested permissions. As app will not work anymore without the new update, its useless to me and was deleted..

Love this app! UI has everything at my fingertips, menu is well thought out, for ease of use. Being able to see test results easily and making sense of them, gives this app top marks. Scheduling visits, whether in-person or video, could not get easier. If you're with Sutter, this app is a must have.

I cannot pay my bill using this app. It's stuck in some Loop where it wants a payment method, but never allows a payment to be made. It also tells me that I have notifications on the appointments screen but does not show those notifications on the actual appointment screen. That's dumb. There is also a doctor I see regularly. But I cannot send her a message yeah she does not show up in the message to list

Terrible app. The web app sends messages that are more like click bait than info from my medical providers. Not in sync with my Dr. Goes down a confusing set of pages. It does not even have a navigation banner at top to get back to home page. Getting out dated messages and can't get rid of them. No longer has computer version. Can't log in there. But on cell phone test results pages are very difficult to see enough history. Password entry has no option to show password, I need this sometimes.

Why they update apps just to update them is beyond me. There was nothing wrong with the app until the latest "update." Now when you scroll the home page, it is completely jittery. Pleas fix. I lowered rating from two to one star. They seem to refuse to fix the fact that the scrolling on the home page is atrocious. (Response to developers) I will update my review AFTER the problem is fixed.

It's pretty simple. Gives you the information you need, gives you access to communicate with your doctors when necessary, is able to set up appointments, and requests refills. View after visit summaries, get reminders for appointments, annual visits, and shots. Easy to use, easy to navigate once you set it up, but it's really nothing fancy or with special features. What you see is what you get.

The login in the app is painful. At the time app was downloaded, they could ask for preferance to use pw or biometric each time app is opened. Too many things on the home page. Just the layout makes it look really crowded and untidy. There is no need to give explore menu at the bottom. User Intial is highlighted in big circle. A waste of space! User knows it is their account. No need to highlight it.

For the most part this app is good. Love that you can see all your results and communicate with your health professionals. However every time I try to make a payment it starts glitching and all the numbers I enter for card information go crazy. It really bugs me, and I'd love to be able to make payments through my phone. Please fix this issue.

Nice interface. Clunky backend implementation. I used the app's express check-in feature to update my insurance. But person still had to manually finish the job of updating my insurance. Clearly the handoff between the app and office staff failed. I'm sure the developers will blame someone else. I won't bother using this feature in the future.

It's a great app. Needs a way to change/edit more information. The messaging is very responsive, getting answers within 24 hrs instead of waiting until your next visit is a stress saver. I like having access to test results, really helps with seeing the overall picture of health and the graphs make it easy to have a general idea even though I don't necessarily know what they all mean.

The app would be okay if I could log in regularly when I need to. However, half the time the app tells me my username or password is wrong even after I try it two or three times. Then I just go over to the website and log in with no problem. I can just save time, skip the app, and go directly to the website. The app has always been glitchy like this with me.

The following improvements would make this 5 stars ... 1) not all options available on the browser are available on the app. 2) video visits never seem to go smoothly. Video always ends up freezing and a phone call happens instead. So much time is used on technology that I forget what additional questions I had for the doctor. IT says to reboot phone prior to each video appointment to prevent problems. That's quite a dependancy.

Some parts work. But it constantly raises notifications which lead to no information. 'New message' and then there are no new messages. This is intolerable in a health management app. So-called support has nothing but weasel words. Update: phone call with that 866 number did not resolve issue. They are apparently aware but don't much care about ghost notifications. phone person was also able to see at least one unread msg in my mailbox which simply didn't exist in app.

I've been using the app for years, lately more docs are onboard with using it to communicate. I have multiple chronic conditions and I appreciate some of my specialists texting in real time through the messages function. I also love seeing my lab results come in so quickly! Since I have the same labs multiple times a year, I can see/interpret my results without waiting for an appointment. Billing is easy, I just wish they had a print or history option so you could go back and see what you paid

I love the options available to me that this app offers. It makes things easier for me as a patient, to get information about my care. I can ask questions without sitting on hold. I can pay my bill, schedule appointments and even check in for an appointment when I arrive. It even has the option of Google Maps to locate an office that I've never been to, built right in. Whoever thought of this app is, in my opinion, brilliant! Thank you!

The app is great for reviewing your personal information (test results, appointments and such) , but there is no "back" option. For example, when you click on an appointment to view the details, there is no way to go back to the home page, the only choices are "app preferences" and "exit", so you can only do one task at a time and have to exit out and then sign back in again which is very cumbersome and annoying! I sure hope this gets fixed!!!
