Customer Service Issues. They can't answer a simple question. If a direct deposit is sent missing the last four digits of the account number, will that ACH be auto rejected? If not, where does the deposit go?

I'm having trouble opening the app, it won't even go to the login page. I've deleted it then re installed it and still isn't working.

Works as it should. Simple to use. Edit. Worked great for a few years and now its junk for Pixel 7 pro. Update your app please.

App does not work. Period. Can't open the app at all. Switching to a new bank since they obviously don't care to maintain their "new and improved" product.

Freezes constantly. Doesnt have alot of options other than checking your balance and the tranfer options dont work at all.

I wish I would give this app NO stars. I've dl this three times to connect my cash app card to another card and followed the prompts and each time the screen didn't respond. Suffice to say, I'm unhappy with this app.

Customer service was straight trash. The woman got on the phone and was very nonchalant. What they do not tell you is that if you already have a cash app card you can not enroll in the sutton bank application. It wont work if you have cash app card.

Zelle bank is a bunch of BS, they suck, they run you around for days on the app AND support! They are not helpful, and appear very unconcerned with my ability to access my own money despite my heating all my info! They treated me like a scammer! If never recommend zelle, horrible experience.

It's sucks. I have a provider's card thru Sutton bank. And no you can't use everywhere. This app will not let me login. Even though it's thru this. Won't let you do anything.. says I don't have a account. I call BS on this.

App constantly unable to log in. Always down on the weekends when you need to pay bills and shop. 08/21/22 Yet another weekend the system is down So if you plan to go out to eat or shop forget it your staying home. I would be firing the company that handles these updates. I'm beginning to think this is being done on purpose.

Please update this app. Worked fine for several years now it must need to be updated. After the latest Samsung update the app opens then closes before I can enter my log in info. Uninstalled restarted etc etc still will not run. Last update of this app was 4/7/2023. Really? And this is a banking app?

Terrible app. Constantly will not let you log in. Still terrible even after all these years. Might be able to do your banking. Might not. Never know. Mobile deposits forget about it. Branch is lucky its the only bank in town.

took off one star because it was very hard to get started and i still can't deposit checks online. other than that it stays updated and transfers are fast. it would also be a great addition if it monitored your credit.

You might want to put in the description of the app that if your not a resident of a certain state that you can't open an account....and if you have a cash app account, which is also a division of the Sutton Bank...you can't even use the app and can't link your cash app card to it...WoW!! You would think since it is the same Bank you wouldn't have any problem doing that....makes me wonder what's really going on here??

I apparently close the screen faster than it can log me out so Im constantly having to have my account unlocked so I can use the app or online service. That being said they do have a wonderful security.

Fixed but after months of trying to communicate and hearing they don't care. Old rvw-Still is broken. Oh c'mon this is ridiculous. I've attempted to contact support and they've not even attempted to contact me to figure out what is going one. I'll be moving to a new bank. Just saddens me because I was loyal since I got my first account as a child.Well I defended the app and I should not have. Crashes upon launch. I do not live near a branch and if the app can't function I can't use this bank.

Update 2: Well hot damn, I have a working app after approx 5 months from the time I first started reporting it crashing. Amazing. I'll give it 4 stars as it does what I expect of it (i.e. actually opening), and deduct one for it taking nearly half a year to have a working banking app. Update: Well it has been nearly two months with no updates and I'm still unable to use the app. Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, verified the permissions were all allowed, but still no launch. I never have had it even open once to the point of seeing the app screen itself. Downgrading my score from 3/5 to 1/5 as it's every broken as is. Worked fine with Android Oreo, but breaks with Android Pie. App will not open at all.
