Flavor is not desirable. Red sauce in Italian shells is unappealing. It's easy to remedy, though. Salmon and Pork Tenderloin is good. Box arrives soggy, wet, misshapen, and badly taped closed. If you had classicly trained chefs consult and improve flavors, Suvie could hit it out of the park. Chocolate lava cake is dry with no gooey lava. Difficult to reach company and to change order choices.

Suvie overall. It has been almost 2 months and I haven't even had my unit shipped to me. I was told 3 to 4 weeks. That passed then I was told 6 weeks. That has passed then I was told week of 1/1. That has passed. My freezer has filled with your food cause you shipped me plenty of food. This has caused me to not have room for freezer groceries which is in turn, costing me more money to go out and eat. You're costing me more money than this is worth. I will update when you fix this.

I really enjoy the app and the fact I can move from the robot status, to ordering meals, to starting my cook at a different time than originally set. I think it compliments the robot.

Have signed into my account but the app is still not able to find my device which defeats the whole entire purpose of me getting this thing , so I could prepare and leave food items refrigerated and cooked by the time I get home every night.

This app makes using my Suvie even easier. It tells me when my meal is done cooking; I can look up recipes; and ordering meals are convenient with lifetime rewards to purchase meals or accessories!

Easy to use! I love that I can make changes to when the meal is going to be done. Also the ability to see what's still in my freezer for meals is amazing.

I love the convenience of the app! I can check cook times, order my meals and even make adjustments to my meals that are cooking. It's so nice having everything available at my finger tips!

Love my Suvie and the convenience of the app! My partner and I both work full time and don't have time to cook. Suvie is cheaper than takeout and healthier. And with the app, ordering meals and managing my plan is a breeze! (And I kind of love it that my phone notifies me when dinner is done, even if I'm still on my drive home from work, so I know there will be a hot meal ready for me!)

Confirmed, App is useless trash. When oven is cooking app cannot access oven to see how much time is remaining. Other than that app does not connect to oven 50% of the time. Not sure what the point is of the app aside from than. I don't need the buggy app to order meals. The website is better. They have not put any further effort into fixing the app. The "customer support" team guides you the generic "restart oven, uninstall reinstall app" fixes nothing.Months later,zero changes in app. Useless

Your app sucks. I physically couldn't adjust anything in my plan because the app won't load no matter how many times I restart it. I stopped my plan altogether because of how frustrating the app is to use.

I love my suvie.. prep dinner in under 5 minutes for up to 24 hours.. my favorite feature is the scan to cook!

Many sections in the app menu do not actually load the page. This makes it impossible to maintain your account via this app. The oven "robot" hardware generally works fine. But this app, supposedly a valuable and necessary accessory, degrades the overall experience with the company.

The app works well. I like how they added a beta function to let you know what you have ordered and cooked recently. Now I can check what is in my freezer without going to the garage where I keep my extra Suvie Meals.

Meals aren't marked as premium at first glance. Also, there is an option to order the same thing for your next meal delivery as you ordered for your previous meal delivery, but I always have to go in and fix something because they've snuck some premium meal into my delivery. To top all of that off, I ordered my starchie in November, and not only has it not arrived they can't even give me an ETA for it. I was offered a refund for the unit but I already have the pots for it!

This app does what I need. I order my meals and use it to cook. My son and I are picky about food so we only get a small selection. I also use my Suvie on regular meals. I put the items in and look up how to cook them with the guides. When it's ready I get a notification. So far I love this thing! I wish there was a way to select done without having to get up and go in the kitchen to do it. Sometimes I roast and then finish with a 3 min broil. if done isn't selected it says the suvie is busy.

Some issues still. Suvie is great. App could be better. My Freezer section - resolved. Having trouble keeping wifi connection while cooking. Default selections keep getting added to my, next order no matter how many times I remove them. Annoying. A simple search function for meals to order would be nice.
