The App is not immediately intuitive, but the program is amazing. I have had it for over 2 years now and I really enjoy the workout program. I have introduced it to a handful of people and the ones who installed the app all had troubles and confusion when starting. An introductory walkthrough would probably be helpful. I did not struggle with the app because I had the program back when it was a downloadable pdf file so I knew what I was looking for.

I like the workouts, especially as they offered a post partum program. But I used Google pay to create my account and after about 1 week the app lost the ability to sign in. I cancelled because of billing/tech support, then came back because of the program. They did fix the account, but I lost a week of service and was still charged full price for the month. Billing is problematic. There is no self service for cancelling or changing your subscription. You cannot view your renewal date either.

Love this app! Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because I wish there was a few updates that could maybe possibly come in the future. Would like if a google chromecast can be added not sure what you have to do to get it but would really help specially since I don't have any smart TV compatible with the app. If possible to be able to link the apps schedule with our calendar. I tend to forget if it doesn't link thru. Other than those minor things this app is amazing!

I love this app for workouts, I am in the best shape of my life because of this app. I gave it four out of five stars because communication of the app could be improved greatly. I have been trying to switch to the yearly subscription and change my payment method for weeks and no one from the support team will email me back, which is the only way you can do it. The only other option I can think of is to delete my subscription and do a new one but that would be very frustrating!!

Easy to use and navigate. The workouts are amazing and you can truly find a level and style for everyone! I love the on demand feature that breaks up a program to keep things fresh. 10/10 would recommend! Edit: wanted to add that I love the new addition of sampling the challenges before choosing one to commit too! Such a smart, needed feature!

I really love the workout options however I wish I could more easily manually schedule my weeks out instead of it automatically assigning days to workouts. Ideally I'd love to pick and choose and be able to move things around easier because every week is different for me. I also wish I could connect it to my Samsung watch! But the workouts are great, I like that they vary even within each program.

I've been using the original bbg guides for years, but wanted an easier way to access them using my phone. this app is great because you can do the workouts on your own schedule (you're not tied to the original MWF format) and you can switch up the plans to try them out. Kayla's plan has consistently been the only one I've ever been able to stick to and see results, because they're short but also kick your butt!

I appreciate the workout program for what it is - a good way to build the core and lose weight on arms and legs, and it would have suited my goals perfectly just a few years ago. My workout goals since then have changed completely and I want to build strength. I'm keeping this app for a month because it has good plyometric exercises and I feel it's very good if you are looking for core strength but it won't suit my long-term needs unfortunately.

Great app bad customer service. Okay, love the app. I have been using it for at least 2 years. My beef is with their customer service. There is no direct number to call to speak to a rep about managing your account subscription. I have tried many, many, many times to email them about cancelling my subscription form apple pay to Google pay to no avail because I no longer have an Apple account/phone. I'm so sick of trying to explain why i can't do it and still they refuse to listen to my problem.

I have really loved this app and have been using it for 6 months. There are some things I would like to see change but overall it is functional, great workouts and helps keep me motivated. They recently added 2 new people (I joined in June) which I think is pretty cool. They are investing and trying to improve everyday. Totally worth it. I have loved it.

This app is amazing. When you purchase a subscription you gain access to a half dozen different training and a number of different workout programs and styles. There are also multiple home workout options. Buying the yearly subscription is excellent value, given all the options. I also love that there are rigorous programs, which tell you exactly what to do depending on your goals. All you have to do is open the app and do what it says.

I've been using this app for the past 3 years and I love it! I appreciate the amount of user feedback they incorporate into regular updates. I still find that the app crashes fairly regularly (about 1/5 uses) but it's not a huge deal. One thing I would love to see.. with the new weight tracking for each exercise is that the weights would automatically populate the next time you do that specific exercise so you could know where to start with pyramids etc. I refer to a notes doc to check this.

Hi, Love the app! I use it all the time and it makes things a lot easier by just giving me set work outs. I like that there are videos to follow as you go along the work outs in real time. I am a visual learner, so it's nice not having to pause the workout to figure it out in a slow video tutorial like other apps. I also like not having to constantly obsess over what I'm going to work out and what exercises to do that day, it takes a lot of stress and anxiety off of your shoulders.

I've used the app for a month so far and I love it. The only thing I would change would being able to track the amount of weight used & to be able to skip around in the workouts. Once you start, you have to do the workout in order and sometimes the equipment isnt available to do so. I'm currently doing PWR and I love it. I do wish there were modification options to some of the exercises (leg press?!). Also the new update has made it difficult to hear the trainer cues. Overall it's worth the $$!

Great app, good workouts that are tough, varied and the perfect length, like the programs that help keep you accountable throughout the week, like the Spotify integration. -1 star because the only step count tracker is Google Fit. I wish it integrated with others, I use Samsung Health. -1 star because I don't think it's a customer first practice to give you a better price if you buy the app before doing a free trial, not cool.

I've been using this app consistently for over a month now, and I've not had any of the issues anyone mentioned in reviews. Maybe all the bugs have been fixed, but I did notice that several complaints were easily mitigated by simply looking around on the app. Changing your program and your week within the program is incredibly simple, as is using the app to actually do your workouts. If you simply take a few minutes to click around on the app and get a feel for where things are, you'll be fine.

I've worked with a personal trainer on and off for 4 yrs now and I usually do my own thing during the off moments. Thought i'd give this a try even though i've been skeptical of apps... the PWR is great! It's just like having her right there. The timers, the workouts, keeping track of your progress and what's left. I just use it for workouts but the recipes look really good, too

This app and the workouts within are great. First program to get me on a habit of being active. I enjoy the explanations of moves and ability to follow along. I wish you could log past workouts, especially rest days. Often forget to log rest days and the only option is to log them on the wrong day/week which makes the tracking history less accurate. Otherwise all around great app and programs.

I've really enjoyed using this app. Shows you all the moves and has meal ideas and shopping lists. I'm used to it now but I will say it wasn't the most user friendly and I had to learn how to navigate. I also dont think it's the most cuatimizable, like changing days of the week. I wish they had a beginner orientation or tutorial. But overall this had been a great workout tool especially when I'm going out of town. if you're consistent and actually do it, this is so worth it.

I just downlaoded this app, and im already a bit disappointed in the meal planning. The only dietary preferences are huge categories: standard, vegan, and so forth. But what if i dont like a specific meal that is chosen for me? Or what if the prep required for that meal isnt feasible for me at that time of day. The 8fit app gives suggestions, but if you dont like the suggested meal, you can access the recipe catalog and simply swap it for another one. i can hardly see myself using this feature.
