Terrible. It doesn't work 80% of the time. You click something and it goes to a blank screen. Im not even sure if the people who work for the insurance company even get my emails because no one has responded back and I don't have time to sit on a phone all day waiting for them to answer my calls. Trash app. I also can't change my pcp from the app. Always an error. Update: 3/29 update, your app has my email cause I receive emails from you, no one responds back though. Its still crashing.

I like it most of the time. I do have two issues. One: It doesn't keep at least the user name saved, don't have a problem with putting in the password. Two: When I have to do the recovery it doesn't permit me to type in my birthday, I have to go through the months for many years before I can enter my dob. That is my largest issue. I would give more stars if the above were fixed.

Most features work albeit very slowly (practically dial up speeds). However one feature that seems to be totally broken is the fingerprint login. I had it enabled for months and it worked just fine. Then after an update it was turned off and since then any attempt to turn it back on in the profile page crashes the app. If the feature has been discontinued it should be removed not advised and but nonfunctional otherwise the bug should be corrected in a timely manner.

1/8/22 Just installed. This is worse than 1990 dial up. Extremely slow. I could get more information, quicker, with a phone book. Developer response: If you noticed any areas that particularly were slow for you we would like to investigate this further. Thank you. ~ Sydney ~ 1/17/22 my original review has disappeared so I attached it. The entire app, from opening to every page you click on,, to closing is excessively slow. Slower than dial up slow.

Horrible App! Very difficult to use. When searching for care, I have to select multiple options just to find the page I am looking for. It should be immediate to find care. Also, I click on maps to see pins to view the provider and no information pops up, I have to go to the drop down list. Difficult to see which one I am choosing. This app needs overall revamp.

Bugs everywhere but no fixes seem to be happening. Fingerprint scanner doesn't work, doesn't let you get past the password. Contact us button doesn't work. Pulls up a text box you can't copy paste the number, though, for support. Care team doesn't work. Most of this app doesn't work for me, to be honest. At least I can chat with a bot...I'm using a current up to date android, too.

The text chat is very buggy when trying to interact with a real person (works fine for the automated chat bot). After a few minutes the reactivity slows down so much it is unusable. Each letter takes longer and longer to show up and the delay makes it impossible to use. I am using a pixel 6 on a fast connection with no other apps having trouble, so it is definitely a problem with the app not my phone. Unacceptable for a health care app.

By far the worst app I have used. The user interface is unintuitive and clunky to navigate. Any time I need to find something I have to dig through several layers of information. I tried registering for the rewards program and was stuck in a loop sending me back to the page I started. The spending accounts page is difficult to understand and going to a previous page requires going all the way back to the home screen. Linking services requires leaving the app then logging back in each time.

The app is inconsistent, sometimes it's great, but most of the time it's a mess. I use it for my prescriptions. I have everything on auto renew and auto refill, but sometimes they don't come anyway or I find they aren't set to auto refill anymore for some reason. At times I can use the fingerprint login, but not always. It's hard to navigate.....just poorly designed and supported overall.

Uses the same password as my insurance so was ready to use. The app itself is straightforward and easy to navigate. But the app is very sluggish, when scrolling it will have a tendency to tap on something even when gently scrolling. App has a tendency to freeze for several seconds while scrolling. When finding a provider and using current location, the circle will just spin and spin and spin and you have to go back and start over. Please fix your app since it does have potential.

This app isn't easier to use and provides no functionality the website doesn't already have. In fact the website, both mobile and desktop, does more and often easier than this app. Until a lot more capacity and easier interface is put into this app it is a waste of time and heathcare premium dollars - typical of heath insurance cost bloat and cluelessness. On the other hand, it's cute. But that has nothing to do with that I want from it, and why I downloaded it.

Absolute Garbage. Half of the app doesn't work. The biggest thing is that "Find care and cost" always just pops up "an error has occurred", and when I reached out to customer support about it their answer was to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. I tried it. Still doesn't work. One more example of health insurance making it as difficult and frustrating as possible to use their services.

The user interface is extremely poor considering how expensive the insurance is. The app lags and the search engine doesn't seem to be working properly. I was trying to find an obgyn, but the list would only show other types of medical professions (even after the filters were cleared and the search was restarted.) There's too much unimportant information on a single screen making the search results difficult to see. Continue to improve the app and design skills.

While I appreciate the intent of the app, texting doctors when the keyboard does not pop-up or crashes every 6 minutes render it useless. The video call worked fine. The check in process indicates that notifications would be send, and despite being allowed they never arrived. Further, the feedback function is with an infinite loop to open; I suppose negative feedback might not be welcome. Finally, the "wait period" ranges from 3minutes to 44 in a matter of seconds - making it rather unreliable.

Clean interface and easy to use. Very happy with the app, and customer support is VERY fast to respond to issues. I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from, I haven't had any issues with it. BTW - if you're trying to connect it to Google Fit and can't find the option like me, it's under Menu -> My Health Dashboard, scroll down till you find the Activity Tracking section.

Really buggy. As I'm trying to navigate through different pages, they just won't load and will pull up a white screen, then when I try to hit the back button it will take me back to the home screen of the app rather than the previous page. I've been trying to do things on the app to get rewards and it is not registering that I have done the required steps to receive the rewards. Hoping for some updates to make the app experience smoother.

Things never load and often state "Try Again Later" I don't think this is a very useful app for searching for any type of medical help whatsoever. It makes it feel as though you probabaly don't even matter considering the buggy mess that often occurs. Though at the same time I'm not sure if it's just the app that's failing or the website as well. I often get both of those come up with errors...

Usually I don't bother with reviews. But this one is a special case. Virtual care is super helpful! When the app decides to work. Scheduling anything on this app has straight up caused me to break down. Don't even get me started on trying to connect with the actual provider via video chat (to no fault of the provider). 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work and takes 20 minutes to get it to function at all. Luckily all the health providers I have encountered are understanding and don't just leave.

I seriously hate this app. It's slow, buggy and every time I use it it freezes up. The chat function just sends me back to the same buggy pages. I see the spinning blue circle and then it all crashes. I'm pretty sure at this point insurance companies want to take our money while we die quietly and not ever bother them with our issues. This app will accelerate my demise with stress and hopelessness.

I'm surprised this app has such a high rating. The only pro about this app is that you can access a digital ID card and add it to a wallet, which is great because that means less time spent in this horrible app. Everything else is a con. For starters, if you leave the app for any reason or if your screen timeouts it logs you out. It does not save search history or progress of any kind and if you have to leave the app for any reason everything is lost and you have to start over again.
