I had my syncup drive 2 months shy of a year. I exchanged it (under warranty) because the wifi kept disconnecting but the app was working well. When i installed the exchanged device , i could not get pass the setting of my vehicle color scheme. I kept clicking on done but nothing. Tried manually inputting my device's IMEI because the device was not reading it during the app setup. Called support and they couldn't find a resolution. Was told to go to the store for help. Will go tomorrow morning.

I have to use two different apps because I have one new mojio device and two older devices. I like the new app design and layout better but it's missing a LOT of the features in the old app! So I thought I would just bring everything to Motion mojio app; I can't bring any of the devices to Motion so I can use ONE app. And this app keeps saying I need to update but it is! It also won't keep my edits. I have ideas, where can I send them? They are NEEDED!

This device is awful. It lags when loading anything. I get better service when I disconnect from it. Half the time it doesn't connect. I used to have the sprint drive and I loved it!! It was fast and reliable and it would show the exact location of car and the speed. This device doesn't. Not a fan at all.

I was forced to get this since I had Sprint Drive. The app won't even connect to the device. I've had for a week or more now, I drive for a while every day and the app still hasn't connected to the device. And conveniently my check engine light just turned on so I guess I'll have to go to someone else to see what's going on. Just a useless paper weight.

Nothing but problems, I can't delete a vehicle, error http 400.refresh rate is slow. Can't turn off wifi anymore. Most devices add features, this one removes them. Stop letting the bean counters call the shots and help move technology in the right direction. After car is registered most items in profile can't be edited. Live tracking is worse than legacy app, car locate button doesn't locate car, just a previous travel path. 👎 To almost a $200billlion company. Get it together !

Forced to switch from Sprint Drive to this, due to merger and T-Mobile phasing out Sprint products. We have teens driving our vehicles hence the reason why we have a car tracking/monitoring device. Unfortunately, this product is a huge downgrade and costs more monthly than the Sprint Drive that we loved. This device is nothing more than a wifi hot spot (we don't use it for that) and a route history device. Will not revise this review until it has at least the functionality of the Sprint Drive.

Was forced to switch from the Sprint Drive. The SyncUP Drive won't connect. On screen say 15mins, but could take up to 30mins. After 1 hour. Still nothing. Update so I got the device to final recognize my Jeep, I turned off the notification for the speed and seat belts. I constantly get notifications on my phone for both plus start trip, end trip and every time I start my vehicle it said its a new car and the settings need to be reset. I'm going to cancel my service if its not resolved.

This app is very laggy and has really bad delay. If you're expecting something in real time you're not getting it here. On average the delay is between 5 to 40 minutes. There is a reason why T-Mobile constantly has specials giving this away for free. If you're coming from Sprint Drive hold on to it until they shut it off. You're going to be extremely disappointed.

The app is unresponsive and there is a substantial lag with both the app and device. Device never wants to connect with the app. I don't recommend that you purchase a syncup drive cause the quality of the device and service is poor at best. Go to gpsandtrack for a device that works and does what it is suppose to do and has live tracking with no lag or delays.

Terrible, inaccurate, glitchy, constantly has bugs. Sometimes, it just tells me it's not available. Sometimes, it kicks me out. If T-mobile would stop spending their money naming baseball fields and false advertising about how good their service is, (it's garbage service)they might have a reliable phone service or reliable GPS for our work vehicles. The only reason the app got one star is because zero is not an option.

Tried on 2 different devices, android and ios. Both give a perpetual login screen. Cannot get past login screen on either device. Update- Seems they implemented an update and I was able to log in. So far, the app is decent. One suggestion would be to set up a notification for when the vehicle sits idle running. When I review, if my crew stops at a gas station and sits for 45 minutes I have no way of knowing as long as they leave the vehicle running.

I had my old sync up drive for years. Had to get new one because old says it was not in car. When it actually was. The new sync up drive does not work in the app. I had to get rid of it. Disappointed in tmobile after 18 years. All they could tell me was take it off. Device is yours since you paid for it. Need something else like sync up? Anybody?

This is very very bad. To much wrong to list. Your telling me to give it some time. I don't have a choice, it's the only app for my devices that I pay for every month. Sprint drive was great.i am so disappointed. I have a moto g 5g and it tells me every time I open app that an update is available but it won't update or doesn't need to. I've uninstalled and still the same. Maps are all over the place jumps around does not show speed. Only thing that works like it should is the wifi.

I've turned every notification switch on, in the app, & in my phone settings. The app will not send any sound notifications at all. If I can't get the notifications to work, I'll probably have to discontinue the service. Because what's the point without real-time notifications.

I've been using Verizon HumX for over 6 years, and I had no issues, plus a 100 Drive Score, i.e., no harsh braking, cornering, etc.. I'm not sure what is happening with Tmobile's SyncUP device/app but none of the events that have occurred since starting this device 2 days ago have been correct (not even the seatbelt buckled/unbuckled events timing is even accurate). Not to mention, the other issues I've already encountered, i.e., fuel pricing, fuel gage, inaccurate map location of vehicle, etc..

Delayed in everything but when car starts and when or nit you buckle your seatbelt.. that it has down. Also I recall reading at one point this app had a feature to correct back driving patterns such as slowing and acceleratimg too quickly. Maybe I just haven't triggered that feature but I would like to personally constantly have access to the SAME info that you guys collect off of it. And I've read the policies... uncluding data collection. Please provide options to see all driving stats.

I had a legacy device that went belly up on me. Before it did, it gave me notifications seconds after each event. This current version is often late, today it's 40+ minutes in tracking. If my vehicle gets broken into I don't want to know about it 40 minutes after the fact. If my vehicle has a service code I don't eqntti know about it 40 minutes later. This is unacceptable

It notifies the car is moving hours late. It wakes me up in the middle of the night with those notifications and it freaks me out. It does not register all my trips. It does not show the current location in real time. If they steal my car I wont be able to figure out where it is. Wifi cuts up very often. This app/device is completely useless.

Would be nice if one SyncUp Drive app worked with all SyncUp Drive devices. When will we be able to use it, with full functionality, with the first, second, and third generation SyncUp Drives. Just paid $$$ to upgrade our SD-7000T units to SD-7000T1. Except in cases where it fixes a very annoying bug, the legacy product is clearly superior to the new version. Were it not for that bug, we would go back to the legacy version in a heartbeat. Where do we send more detailed feedback??

If you have experienced the previous version of this app then you will understand when I say "HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT." I actually have to keep both versions active on my phone because the newer devices won't work with the older app. I don't know the the older device will work with the new app but I don't care because the new app is terrible. The only thing you can specify in car profile is color. Then it still only shows a black sedan for my white van.
