Three SyncUP trackers were provided as part of my phone plan. I have read the instructions. I have charged the devices. I have made multiple attempts and failed to get the trackers to connect using either the scan QR code or manually enter 15 digit IMEI code. I am going to put the gadgets back in the box, since I feel I've spent enough of my time on these things.

'Error starting syncup tracker' displayed when trying to open app. Restarted phone and reinstalled app. Same message displayed. It stopped working when you needed it the most. A POS at this moment. Spent an hour with tech support the next day. Still no help. Installed app on different phone with same result. Forced stop, clear data, clear cache and issue remained. T mobile replied on 6/6 with a fix. Didn't work first 2 attempts, but I 'allowed location when app in used' in setting. Success! Thx!

I've had a tracker for a year or so. They did an update a couple weeks ago and now when I try to open the app it flashes the map for a second, tells me, sorry there was an issue opening and try again later. I gave the app all permissions to see if that helped and also Uninstaller and reinstalled. No change. I am still getting notification the the tracker has left and returned home etc. The app just won't open.

I love being able to know where my vehicle is at. where I live two women were killed they couldn't find the vehicle until later so yeah I love this thing I know where it is at all times

This thing is worthless. Sensor doesn't pickup unless unobstructed view. Not in a hidden location inside of a vehicle. Better off looking elsewhere

Gives inaccurate location constantly. This tracks my young kids so they can ride bikes in the neighborhood. But when a tracker constantly shows some wonky location nearby, its frustrating. Needs alot of fixing since they don't appear to work correctly.

App dosnt load. I've tried restarting my phone re installing the app. It takes way too long to load when it dose open. It I needed to track it during an emergency it would probably not be very helpful. Gonna just return them and get a samsung smart tag.

this is a great way to keep track of small children and the trackers are very accurate too we think they are great for hiking trips and just keeping track of the children at the play ground and at home.

pretty interesting to see where your bag /pet/ or loved human is / vehicle lost in parking lot possible I'm not sure abt the last one but we will see it's a learning experience//

I use the syncUp tracker to keep location on my dog Rosie and her whereabouts. I am loving it. The device gives me so much peace of mind. It is 💯💯💯 the best thing ever.❤️❤️❤️

When I open the app, it forgets I already onboarded a tracker, so it asks me to scan it again. When I do, it says tracker already onboarded and gives me the option to take me to my tracker. That's just great if the tracker is nearby, but pretty useless if you tried to find it. Setting it up required a call to customer support and even they were struggling to get it to work. I really don't think T-Mobile put much thought into this device and app.

Works great most of the time. Maybe once a month or two it reports the device as offline or off resulting in wrestling with the non intuitive device button and status light for 5 to 10 minutes to get it back to tracking. Overall a super useful app/device! This latest update to the app significantly improved performance and phone battery life. but there is still room for improvement, 😀
