A month ago, I updated the app with the confidence that T-Mobile was improving the app with even more advanced features, and the app update was the total opposite! I've been using this app for years, to be exact, the conception of the app. The updated version has taken away several features such as video calls, the contact sync, caller ID, etc. T-Mobile I'm a customer who's been with you for over 20 years now, and the disappointment is real! 😞 GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE 🙏🏾 FIX THE APP!!!!

Surprisingly, it started off better than it is now. Before, it at least showed which digit number was being called. Now it just says forwarded which doesn't help if you have multiple digits on the app. Sometimes app doesn't get the calls, contacts don't sync, and super slow when using on pc at times. Definitely needs work but kudos on making this app. Do yourself a favor, look for something else. Unless you are okay with something that is unreliable, buggy, but free.

Very Disappointed. I use for my business. When i make calls you can see it made connection but neither side can hear one another. Also, in past few months it was not recieving calls or text because it needed an update which they do not alert you of. I have lost business because of this. Might be moving on soon and have to re-structure all my business marketing and materials with new number. Very Costly. Everything worked perfect when SAMSUNG supported DIGITS.

I've used it for my business for a while, and it's been very mixed. It is much more affordable than having a totally separate line and phone, but you do pay for that with an inconsistent experience. I've had customer's texts and calls be permanently lost without getting a notification, which depending on what you're using digits for will likely be a deal breaker. The customer support fixes are the typical "turn it off and back on" that sometimes works but never fixes the core unreliability.

The idea of this app is extremely great. Having a second line for work right from your phone to lessen the amount of hardware you havr to carry is great. However, this app has proven to be extremely unfriendly in regards to operation. Every time i exit out of the app, i have to switch the settings between "data only" ans "data and minutes" JUST for a message or call to go through. Its very aggrevating trying to conduct business and having to do this step EVERYTIME.

I liked it better when it was built into the dialer app of my Galaxy Note9. It was way more reliable. Now, my conversation cut out in the middle of a call for at least 5 minutes, messages don't show up in the app but I see them on the phone that has the physical SIM, call volume is low when speaker phone is being used. I was an original beta tester. The app has seen some improvements since 2017, but it's at a very slow pace.

It's ok at best. It does what it's supposed to do as a second line. My biggest gripe and it's such an easy fix, is to let me choose the ring tone and messages tone. Like, let me pick a different ring tone so I know which line it is and let me choose the tone I want so I can turn off the default notification sound as well. So annoying! Also MMS and SMS don't ever work. Only regular text messages work.

The app has definitely been improving with each new update, which seems to be happening more frequently. It's even better now that Hangouts is being discontinued for consumers; it's my go-to solution for chatting or messaging in the PC. Only frustration: Calls made through the sites have poor quality. Also, the app often doesn't sync the phone with the PC. I can clear out my messages on the PC, but they all still show up on the phone. It's annoying.

Phenomenal app quite honestly, the ability to have multiple numbers all accessed through one device is game changing. I love it so much that all I will say are my two big criticisms: the app needs an option to input and add a line you already have through DIGITS. Right now I always have to call customer service to get them to do it. (They're all great btw). Secondly, the app is in dire need of customization options. I love TMobile but I don't want to see bright white and pink every time I text.

I have been a Digits user since being a beta tester (7+ years). The service has gone from 5 stars to 2 stars. Issues: on all of my phones the app just randomly disconnects and I have no warning. Nothing to alert me. I have unrestricted data and battery set in the settings and still disconnects, making it unreliable for calls. 2nd issue, doesn't work with RCS. You can't realistically tell everyone you know that owns an Android to shut RCS off so receiving texts is next to impossible now.

The latest ongoing problems. The app won't let me send any messages at all. Even if they are saved in the contacts. There isn't a specific error message, it just says "failed to send" & wants you to retry but the same thing happens over & over 1-16-24 The latest update screwed up how you copy and paste phone numbers into digits. Now, you have to delete any symbols like the parentheses and dashes. Otherwise, it will tell you the phone number in invalid. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!! 2023

Waste of money. Worst digital phone number app ever. Connection is spotty at best. Call quality is horrible - if a call connects at all. We struggled with using for 6 months and finally pulled the plug. Text Pics rarely come thru. Text messages fail on a regular basis. When creating texts, the app would freeze when typing, then bring back whatever was typed for the last message. Would rarely allow for edits once a text was typed out. Also, it would not allow deletion of draft texts at times.

It only works half the time and the other half it's slow. Doesn't make calls or texts out occasionally and when texting multiple photos, it only send what it wants and more than half of the photos don't send. When dialing out and you put it on speaker, good luck trying to take it off the speaker. I'm not sure who is watching over this app and who the developers are but you can definitely tell that even these people arent using the app because if they did, they would know how terrible this app is

Extremely buggy and unusable. It does not work with the Nord OnePlus. Called T-Mobile's tech support for this application and he could not get it working either. Can't get past the registration of numbers. This is a very poor performing software that's basically garbage. Whoever developed this needs to go back to the drawing board. It's trash.

I use this for my small business. Its convenient for me to have a second line on my phone however, this app does not list all incoming phone calls and it is inconvenient when you do not have a list of all your phone calls. Some would show but some doesnt. Update. I just got a new phone and if I could give this app a negative 100 I would. It does not save your past messages. So If you just use the app and get a new phone. Say goodbye to all your old messages. It doesn't load on the new device.

2.22.2024 There have been 2 updates to this app since my last review. The overall functionality is a lot better but when typing out a text message the enter key has been removed for the "Done" key. Can't type multiple lines it has to be one huge paragraph. I still use a S10e and got a new SIM card was told I needed a phone w/ 2 physical sim cards for this app to work correctly. Still customer complaints of static on line so have to always route calls thru primary cell service. Im done.

I love this app, the idea is pretty nice I don't have to carry around two different phones. Or utilize esim on my iPhone. I have noticed that in order for me to make a call on the cellular standby so I can use the actual phone app and not the T-Mobile digits app I have to make a phone call first within the past 5 to 10 minutes for a phone call to go back to the cellular standby. Could we get that fixed please cuz that's annoying that I have to call like 611 every single time just to call

Glitches terribly. I use digits to have my business number on my regular phone so I don't have to carry around 2 phones. It rarely works without issues. Really wish Tmobile would step it up with this app. Have had too many temptations to leave TMobile lately even after nearly 8 years as a customer. Having to uninstall, reinstall the app just to get it to send out a simple text message is absurd. Doesn't matter if I am on wifi or cellular. This app is an absolute JOKE.

super bugy app! Like everything from the T-Mobile. With all of their abilities they won't even try to fix the bugs. So my experience is exact same as on all others comments. All my customers complain that they can't reach me. Sometimes I can see them calling but I can't answer so I missed call but the p/n won't appear in missed call! So I can't call them back! If you save number in contacts it won't appear saved when that number calles.

Super glitchy. Fails to send messages, receive messages, calls get dropped or won't connect, sometimes you try to answer a phone call and it won't let you, but it'll keep ringing on your phone. The enter button is gone, so you can't start new paragraphs, and it logs you out unknowingly, so you miss incoming calls and texts. That's lost business and $$. A free app would do better than this. I'm super annoyed because we're using this as a business line and paying for something that doesn't work.
