I tried to open this app on a Samsung S23. Kept getting 504 error message despite good wifi and cellular connection. Useless.

Bank card number is always invalid for several different cards. You cannot pass this step, so the app is useless(((

Absolutely horrendous. Just bought an esim but could not be activated, had to go to t mobile to sign up, but they need a number to activate the account. It's a dead loop. So they just took my money without activating the number

Had to call customer service to switch to an eSIM on my Pixel 8 Pro fortunately without any problems, but this app is telling me that my device is either not supported or it's locked. I'm okay with calling customer service, but this app needs to work since you put it here.

Attempted to get an esim for travelling to Nevada. Could not proceed once landed and continued to get a 504 error. Tried calling the 1-800 number for tech help, but pre recorded message said there was a new number to call and that call would cost me $4.99! Do not rely on this as your esim when traveling.

T mobile prepaid plan customer service is the worst service I have ever faced in my lifetime. Believe me, I have seen bad customer service but this is the just the worst - can't find words to describe. You can barely understand what they say and then have to ask couple of times to repeat. I had a refund case with them, one of their agents processes refund and then it tooks days I found out they did not. I call them back and then they say I am not eligible for refund based on the case I submitted

Worst app for ordering an eSIM. If you made a mistake on the first screen, but noticed that on the summary page - be ready to enter everything again. The app doesn't confirm your email, so if you make a mistake - someone else will get all SIM details. Another UX "feature" is that you can't paste your bank card number, only manually enter it. And the "best" part: once you're done, you better not leave the final screen. Otherwise, the app will reset and you won't get to these details.
