Need to add options for multiple pictures being able to be moved to a gallery at once, need to be able to unfavorite a picture so it can be deleted on the app, need to be able to access the pic+video setting from the app, fix the double notifications. The camera is great, 5 bar reception with the Verizon unit in IL and PA. Pictures come through instantly, wish they were higher megapixels. FIX THE APP ASAP PLEASE IT'S HUNTING SEASON!!!

App shouldn't make you refresh to see photos each time when you get alert. Regardless the app was closed and reopened, it should show latest photos when I load. Also it is not great UI. Trying to request an HD photo for example. You can't do it if you clicked the photo. You can only do it from the main thumbnail. Not at all intuitive and there is room. Get a focus group or read reviews. I see it asked all the time in FB group.

Camera is super easy and fast to set up. The biggest con so far is the app. It's not terrible, but has lots of room for improvement. Its hard to go back in the app to a previous section. Have to hit the back button multiple times or close the app and restart it completely. A test photo function on the app would be nice to test the camera position. This camera is better than any Stealth Cam cam, especially when Stealth Cam sends you 3 bad brand new units ....replacement after replacement!

Decent cam. Setup a little confusing. Need to jump back and forth a bit. Instant app, set up account w/ subscription, attach camera to account. Physical cam installation was easy, but it took effort to get the AT&T Sim properly seated. Lastly, the full size SD card type (32G, C10, U3) isn't really available at local electronics stores. Need a bit more simple guidance on cam configuring. Pics are high quality.

Like the other reviews, Pictures that come through are bad quality. You are also unable to rotate your phone to have the pictures rotate. Unable to use your phone's back button, only the one in the app. When taking the SD card out there is a lot of activity that was never sent to the app so I'm not sure what the problem is there since clearly the camera captured it. It would be nice if there was a webpage to login to for better quality pics. Try Moultrie also if you are thinking about this one

When you combine the Tactacam Reveal app along with the Tactacam Reveal camera, you get an unbelievable experience unlike any other on the market. Much like the other reviews, the quality of the pictures is sufficient however the delivery of the pictures to the app needs improvement. I have the unlimited plan and the camera is placed in an area with great cell phone coverage. The camera takes multiple pictures per day but I am lucky if I get a picture sent to my phone every other day. The whole point of purchasing a cellular trail camera was to limit the amount of trips to check the camera and the current notifications offset that benefit

I love basically everything about the product. 1) It is disappointing that the system was designed to allow sharing access to cameras and viewing of images, but they intentionally block those delegated access to cameras the ability to download the videos (even on the highest paid plan). 2) It is a huge waste of resources (plan bandwidth and SD storage) that we are unable to define image areas to ignore movement. Adding these options to the existing platform would truly set it apart.

Its super nice to get the pictures almost instant. the app is easy to navigate as well. However,.the app will throw us out many times and we have to sign back in. The password doesn't always work and we have to change it. Then, the new password will not work and have to use the old password which previously did not work. Its very strange.

Love the cameras. I didn't have any problem setting them up. And the pictures you get on the memory card are great. However the ones it sends to you on app are so so. I guess to get the extra money off the hd phot request. The app is not very good. Very slow and when you go to save pictures or delete them it is painfully slow. Tacticam please fix the app.

Works great. Picture quality is pretty decent through the app. Unfortunate you have to pay for HD photos. But as a way to see what's going on with put going out and looking through the SD in person is a win. Initially I wasn't getting notifications for new photos/videos. I fixed this by setting the "settings check" setting to daily and the "send type" to timely.

I bought two and put the first one out yesterday evening. Within 30 minutes of leaving the field I had pictures coming in. That audible sound every time photos arrived was music to my ears. The wife turned my phone off at some point during the night. The pictures are clear and practically came in as they were taken. I'm impressed, can't wait to put the second one out today. I will be buying a couple more.

Cameras are great, app is geeat. One suggestion would be to allow you to make your own "tag" label and add it to the pre determined choices so it would be easier to get statistics on a particular deer. I know you can make a new album and add the pictures but this process is a little more drawn out. Being able to tag a picture and maybe add the photos tagged the same to a folder automatically would be great.

First off I am using my spypoint app as a base after the update I only get 1 pic at a time when 3p is selected. I also have to manually clear alerts from my que. It does not take long, just annoying. Like other apps, if you want HD you will have to pay more. I love the set-up live feed option; super helpful in the field. More camera settings than my spypoint, and less expensive plans too. I also like the camera better. Overall, I give the app a 3.7. The user interface is not as smooth.

so far, so good. I have 4 SP cameras, and the difference in clarity is phenomenal!! Well, I have been using it for wildlife removal trap monitoring. I get activity but nothing in the pictures. I think the one thing I like in my Stealth-Cams is that they send me a picture daily at a specified time of day. The Tactacam Reveal app doesn't have that option. That would be a great addition to improving the app. I have another camera to activate, I am holding off for now.

THE GOOD: Great photos and love that I can see what is going on at the farm 125 miles and 2.5 hours away. Great detection range and good night visibility. Great videos. THE BAD: The solar panel does not recharge the rechargeable battery pack. Very disappointing. Also bad that the APP cannot be loaded onto my laptop at home, which I am on most of the day.

I see my revised review matches many others. Frequently when I try and open the app it just comes up to a black screen. I will close the app and wait a few hours (usually works) and try again. Recently it has been getting worse. My XB camera no longer sends the video option to the app. I am becoming really disappointed with this service as it is unreliable. Also the HD photos that cost extra don't seem to be any more detailed than the originals.
