i never downloaded this it just popped up on my phone. Then was storing my personal Information needless to say, I uninstalled it and deleted it ASAP! Please if you could explain why this happened. When i don't use this service, never authorized this downloading either ??????

I signed up and purchased a phone and have yet to receive it, I've been calling both of their numbers multiple times a day for 3 weeks along with emails . I've gotten one email from them a week ago but can't get anyone by phone. Why have contact numbers if no one is going to answer the phone?

I'm not sure about tag. They force you to buy gega bytes as text doesn't go through. And you can't buy anything because you can't buy any. Stick with the original Obama phone's. And my screen came cracked. A hairline fracture screen. But a crack all the same.

terrible service, maps never work, phones are garbage and they won't honor warranty on phone even tho there is clearly something wrong with hardware. freezes, battery gets hot ,slow and barely responsive

you will get a broken, used phone that's been used for 3 months, then sent to me unchecked! The phone system says you don't exist and hangs up on you or says you have a (new) number and everything is fine and hangs up on you! No contact through their online site after 20 messages asking for help NO attempts to transfer my phone # for 5 weeks I'm writing this using my old broken phone because their phone doesn't work AT ALL! YOU'LL NEVER GET ANY HELP OR INFO FROM ANYONE AT tag mobile RUN!!!

Couldn't activate the SIM after several troubleshooting attempts on my own. Tried calling customer service but I'm just on hold for an hour and get disconnected without ever speaking to a live agent. Highly disappointing!

they did not keep to their promise plus they're 5G is the slowest 5G I've ever experience so they give you the option to select your phone and if the cannot provide the phone you have selected they will give you one of equal or greater value that was malarkey because they sent me something that was way less value plus when you get their phones you need to have active service with them for 6 months or they will charge you the full rate of the phone I didn't even want this phone!!! swindlers Tag

if I could've given no stars I would have. this is the worst service ever! tried twice to contact their customer service department, was on hold for over an hour both times and nobody ever answered...wonder if such a department even exists In this place. will be switching carriers asap

ever since it appeared on my phone ., u am having a real hard time staying connected to my wi-fi. It has to be some kind of malware!! is there not some kind of law that prevents some app downloading without permission? I mean really google or whoever is responsible for it . give us heads up and the choice of download or not to download. Especially when we can't uninstall it! just takes space. Dumb app!! Who do I talk to to stop apps from appearing without my knowledge. Its invasion of property.

Love the phone. Love the service. Hate that the app won't open. I click sign in, it pulls up language preference, I click English and ok and it goes back to sign in....... That's it...

Worst experience with this company. No customer support requested a Port Out PIN a month ago. They sent me 3 separate emails to tell me they were going to send a Port out PIN instead of just sending it. Called customer support several times. and was placed on hold for over an hour all 3 times and no one ever answers. on hold now and it has been 20 min. Now I have lost access to a couple bank acct online. Also some other accts because of 2 factor authentication. There is no real customer support

se thing as another person stated i just got my phone 8t was workin amazing till the new month came in and it's not letting me make calls or says have no internet connection which really sucks cuz isn't it supposed to refresh every month w new service but I hope they can fix it cuz like I said I liked it at forst no problem please help and it's very hard get ahold of them

I am having to top-up data daily no matter how much data I purchase at a time. This service really isn't worth it because at the end of the day I've already paid my network rate with my last provider twice over and the month is only halfway done.

smh this is like one of the worse services ever I have been trying to get in touch with customer service and have been on hold for over a hour each time I called and still have got in contact with anybody my phone has been stolen and I'm trying to cancel the service and can't because I haven't gotten a answer from anybody even when I sent them an email three times still no response its ridiculous! Then after I sat on hold the recording came on and said all of our agents are busy and hung up the

Terrible service. I paid an extra $22.09 for an iPhone XR but still received a A67L. I tried contacting customer service to get this issue resolved and was on hold for hours at a time everytime I called. I then tried to delete the account to transfer to someone else and I can't even do that because I don't get any delete account confirmation that they say they will send. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nothing about this service is good.

When I applied for their Lifeline special offering, which included my choice of some great smartphones and an unlimited data plan, their customer service rep spelled my last name incorrectly. When I informed them about their error, it's been a nightmare ever since trying to correct their mistake...and get one of the phones of my choice and the unlimited data plan they offered me. They sent me a different phone with very limited data,as I learned after the SIM card was installed. Disappointing.
