I rate this application instead of polish version because THE POLSIH VERSION is the only version that IS INCOMPATIBLE with all my devices. Somehow other region versions are compatible. Please fix this crazy problem.

There is no point of a food tracker if you can't track anything. No way to reach out to courier. Was waiting for 2 hours for my order and through the app when you try to get support it says "hold on your order is on the way". Deleted and uninstalled and moved to Glovo.

App is fine...but what use when their customer service doesnt respond to complaints raised on this app. Ordered food through it and didnt receive the orderbinspite of paying money. Registered complaint on takeaway app twice and no action taken until now. Not even a message saying we will look into your complaint came. So basically my money is gone...

Ordered sushi at 2012. App stated 'order being prepared with delivery at 2143. Waited patiently. App did not update or show driver location. Received email stating delivery was attempted. No phone call, no ring at door bell. At 2133, App updated to say delivery was coming. It never arrived and I haven't been refunded. Scam App do not use

Filters are needed, and scoring (even if only private) for the delivery (maybe I like the pizza but not the burger, but it's only a personal decision). otherwise, awesome app that works in foreign countries!!!!

Great concept but it's really buggy. It does not show my past orders and doesnt show the time since i placed my order. i oftenhave to refer to my email to get updated instead of the app.

Terrible experience, ordered a pickup at the restaurant and when I get there the restaurant hadn't received my order, now I am supposed to wait up to 10 days to maybe get my money back when clearly it was either the app or the restaurants fault.

Worse service ever! Whenever I order something the delivery arrives in minimum 45minutes and COLD! When I track the order the restaurant seems already gave to the delivery guy... but they look like at an irrelevant zone of the city!

Waited 2h before giving up and writing a complain. Only then did the restaurant returned my missed calls . Neither prepararion nor delivery ever happened even though i received a message from the app saying "restaurant has confirmed that your order will be delivered soon", which turns out is an automatic message based on estimation. After apologies and promise of money return, my bad review and complain was deleted (!) Which makes me untrust all reviews. I'm not sure I'll use again this app.

Worst app in the world!!! I never wrote a review in my life, but this app is probably the worst there is on the store, every single time I order something there is a problem, there are bugs probably in every section of this app. If there was an alternative in sofia I would never go near this app. WORST APP EVER! 0 stars!

Useless platform. If you have a problem with your order, they let you deal with the restaurant directly. Why then order via Takeaway if you have to do everything directly with the restaurant. Competitors are much more responsive

Horrible. Once it took two hours to deliver. Their algorithm is quite bad, they optimise for max deliveries per rider and the food reaches late. I only use this for very late night, pizza deliveries now when it's not busy. Also, there is no realtime tracking. You just have to wait and hope the riders are moving.

I used it for the first time today. I paid while ordering. It shows my order delivered. But I didn't get anything at all. Now I lost money and we would have to cook on our own. Worst thing is that it doesn't show from which location the food is getting delivered so we can't directly contact them. I ordered from dominos. I checked at two dominos they didn't get have any order from us. I can't call at every dominos. No contact number for customer care. Send them mail and wait.

I've given this app so many chances and it has disappointed me every time. Bad app UI, as everything is based on your location. You can't search for restaurant name - if function is there it's badly located because it's impossible to find. I've had my order take longer than 1 hour even though I live 5 mins away - for one of those times the driver messaged me that he was going to take his break and asked me to wait even longer! I hope things change. For now I'd use Deliveroo or uber eats.

App works fine, it's just not a good app. The tracker doesnt work on an evening after 10pm - It's also unclear if an order has gone through, and I've waited for food after 10pm and nothing has arrived. Orders always take way longer than stated time - I dont mind how long it takes, just dont like expecting something in 1hr and it taking an additional 30+ minutes. Deliveroo can get this right so it is doable? Some restaurants show on one phone but not another.

Fantastic app. Their customer service is so on point. I recently moved to a smaller town and the options are still somewhat limited but I am waiting for them to add more restaurants. Also, I'd rather use Takeaway with lower delivery fees and actual employees rather than the mess that's Deliveroo.

It's barely even an app. There's no in-app messaging or calling and I couldn't see where the delivery person was on the map. Also they don't allow credit card payments at night. At least I didn't lose money since I chose cash payment and the food never arrived. Annoying if you don't have a local number and they fail to contact you.

Retarded, to say at least. Pay with google pay - doesn't work. Loading until timeout. Obiously integration is not done right. Pay with credit card - doesn't work. I put in the card number, always get an error that input is not ok. Well done frontend. Pay with cash - option removed recently. Congrats.

Ordered food. Received a confirmation code and email. Could see order in the app. Waiting 1h20 (thought it was busy because we're all self-isolating). Called the restaurant and they had never received the order. Charge still went through on my card. Update: received an email saying there had been a problem that night and all orders would be refunded within the week. It's 10 days later - no refund and no response, even though I've contacted them a couple of times.

Overall clunky experience. first it said my credit card 3D TAN is not activated. I lost time confirming that it IS activated, and then still had to use a different credit card. Delivery person did not receive the delivery instructions (or did not read them). Unable to edit item extras once the item is in the shopping cart, must rather delete it and re-add a new item. Unable to rate the restaurant from the app - have to wait until a separate email is received which requests a rating.
