Was doing just fine until it asked me to add my Google account. I did and once I did it kicked me from all my progress and had me start completely over. Had too much time invested to restart and for them to claim to save my progress through Google play and have to restart. Plus I went through the story line again (cause I enjoyed it) and now they want me to join Google again. I'm already receiving less than half the rewards that I was, why would I want to go back and receive no rewards. Nty

It won't open since yesterday! Already cleared the cache but still won't open. I'll probably delete this game.

I loved this game and was able to progress until I couldn't. The last update is causing the game to freeze and is now super glitchy. It's sad because I thought I could finally stick with a game. Other than that... I love the game. I just wish it was playable.

I took away 3 stars because my game started over on me and I lost all my progress I will give stars back if I keep this one longer.

Wow! It is a cut above the rest when it comes to merge games. Graphics are stunning, with beautifully designed fairy tale characters and a vibrant environment. But what I love most about this game is story so far, best mobile game story plot ever! Gameplay is fun and excited to unlock more characters, hope it doesn't get boring after a while. A must play in a sea of merge 3 games!

As of today, the game logs me in and loads to 99% then just stays on the loading screen and never opens.

Update I tried this game and found it is a complete scam. This game constantly erases progress, and inventory disappears. It would be just as useful to flush your money as it would be to give it to these thieves.

I enjoy the game, however you should be given an option to merge 3. Sometimes it merges automatically when I'm trying to put 5 together to merge

I loved this game and would've given it 5 * until these past few days...it hasn't been loading correctly and crashing so I uninstalled and reinstalled it to find I now have to start right from the beginning and have lost months of progress!

Have loved this game. Play it multiple times daily up until today. Unfortunately, today when I tried to open the game it got stuck at 99% and will not open. I'm frustrated 😠. Not sure what is wrong but I wish it would clear up so that I can change this review to 5 stars and also so I can play my game.

I'm really enjoying the game. But... I now can't even get it to open. The last time I did open it yesterday I had to say no to 9 offers before I could even start to play. If I accidentally click on an ad to get a reward, the entire game has to be restarted & I don't get the rewards. It's very frustrating.

So for the third time your game won't load. I've had to contact twice already with the same problem. So please don't say, we're sorry and email us, because that just seems to be a quick fix. Rather than actually sorting out this major issue with your game. That myself and others experience. I would delete it but my ,7 year old likes playing and has worked hard. Personally I think your game is a joke, and a very bad one

This game was fun but now, I am unable to get into the game. I'm stuck on the loading screen at 97%. It does not need to updated. It's been about 3 or 4 days now that I haven't been able to get in and play. What's going on?

I was enjoying it until it pushed me to connect my Google account and back up. At which point I lost all progress. Uninstall about to happen.

I gave 2 stars because I really like the game. But I've had to delete and restore it 3 times now. Twice in one day. I would like to continue playing but at this rate I'm not sure I'll be able to if I have to consistently and constantly keep downloading it then it just becomes not worth it to play.

Only played a little so far. I am looking the story and graphics in general (most of the other merge three games like this one have limited story) but what bugs me is the typos. There have already been several areas where they said one word when they should have said another form of that word. Removing a star because of bad pacing. Some parts of the story are told based on unlocked items even if the character in that part of the story isn't unlocked yet.

I love this game one of my favorite of all the merge games, but I can't watch any videos or get the video rewards because it always crashes and takes me to my home screen on my phone! It's very fusterating to find a game that you enjoy but it's crash all the time! And I can't get any of the rewards because it will make me watch the whole ad and then crash and I don't get the rewards!! Please help or fix!! This is a great game!! Thank you Michelle

Very fun! I like that energy is easy to accrue so spending money is optional not a necessity in order to play the game longer. That matters to ppl who struggle with income but need an escape from the mundane. Graphics are cool and dragons are cute! I find it very easy to play for long periods of time and thats important. Most I uninstall because its too hard to sustain without buying things and harder to achieve levels also.
