Android App has a few rough edges. Standard Android behavior: Tapping on a conversation notification should close that, open the app, and begin a refresh, if the data hasn't already arrived. It doesn't. I have to manually refresh it. And yes, i tapped "register push notifications" recently. Conversely, being in the Conversations screen and doing a refresh should close any open conversation notifications, since their only purpose is to bring me to that screen. Text editor is 1 line tall!

After having to live with this for over a year, this app is a solid two stars. When it works, it does a decent job of alerting that a message was sent and it is nice to see when someone reads it. What is horrible is their update process that makes the application unusable until they get around to fixing it; their Android notification is still messed up - you have to manually refresh the app to see the message it is telling you to look at. My original review had three stars.

Pretty terrible app. Right now it tells me my version is not supported, but it won't let me update in the play store, it tells me I need to "open a web browser instead" but there is no link to upgrade, even on the web version of taking parents. Separately, the video calls are very glitchy, drop frequently. The text message function is also poor. Simple things like capitalizing the first word of a new sentence, the app doesn't do. Definitely not worth the $24.95 per month.

Billing issues, connection issues, missing messages. Good features not worth time time. We have constant issues with attachments. Double billing even though we can even use the service. They cancelled my subscription and raised the price without warning so i had no option except to resubscribe higher. Issues with calling connections. Issues with messages not being received even though they are sent on my end. Cool features but it's not cheap and we are required to use it..... Seems shady.

This app requires that I frequently refresh the page to see new messages. Also, the calendar doesn't allow you to set up recurring events. I also don't care for the fact that you can't revise Journal entries once they're saved. Finally, the calendar in the app won't sync with my phone calendar so I have to go into the TP app to see upcoming events. Seems like there are a lot of things with this app that could be improved.

The app works well for messaging, phone quality has even gotten better. I updated to 1 star, because of how many times the app crashed when I was trying to reply to one message, and the fact that the phone call membership price is now $25 when I thought it was $15 before? Maybe I'm wrong, either way, this app sucks, don't use it if you can avoid it. You'd be paying $25 for a Gen 2 iPhone simulator, except this one you have to login into everytime you want to use it, and it crashes even more.

Pretty much useless. Not sure what the charges are for since its a basic messaging bored. Not all settings work properly. It doesn't cooperate with any keyboard functions for multiple language purposes and uploading photos seems outdated but doesn't offer any updates or suggestions on how to best select media files. It also has a glitch where it makes me re-log into it.

So far, this app has a SUBSTANTIAL amount of room for growth! I pay for the premium service and still, the app refuses to load correctly, I constantly have to go onto the internet to check messages, and don't get me started on the sluggish response time (when the app does work). This is disappointing, especially since I'm certainly not getting what I paid for. Maybe it's a glitch but probably not, since there appears to be a theme amongst the issues listed in the reviews.

This app is garbage! I have the basic paid plan, but it keeps prompting me to upgrade my account. The app freezes up a lot. It won't let me choose the "Menu" selection at the bottom right of the screen, no matter how many times I try pressing it. It barely registers when I click on other selections. It makes me never want to use this app again!

EDIT: ORIGINAL RATING WAS 3 "It's great for proving receipt of message and keeping the conversation. It sometimes has trouble loading and there's issues with attachments." NEW 1 - Initially premium was $4.99. They added features I'll never use & $5.99. Now, more stuff that doesn't fit for me and $9.99. Being able to get a certified record for court is nice but expensive. And by page. Full record only. I don't need 3 years ago, just current. No choice court order. If picking, pick another app.

This app is awful. Besides the fact you have to pay to use a basic function all apps already do. On my 2022 phone, I have to leave the app, and re-enter it in order to refresh for a new message. The refresh function does not work. Almost every perceiveable function can be done by a standard messaging app. The courts would be wise to learn to adapt. On top of that, you 3 notifications for every single event. 1 for email, 1 actual text, and a separate text message telling you that you have a text

There is a serious problem with this service. In the web version, messages are (permanently) sent without my clicking the "send" button. I can't use the web version to compose a message because it will send my unfinished message which may contain inaccurate info or a harsher wording than I ultimately want to use. This is not OK and is a recent bug with their system, but they don't provide an obvious way to report issues so it's going here.

Great ideas for an app, I love the concept of recording all messages and phone calls. However, the app is so glitchy that it becomes very frustrating to use. There is already a lot of tension in communication on this app, the last thing we need is something that ups the ante, like calls that won't go through but still eat the limited minutes.

This app is terrible. It's buggy. messages most don't load when you view a message thread. You have to repeatedly coax the messages into the viewer to see the whole thread. It requires a ton of bandwidth for basic functionality, so forget using it with a weak cell connection. There's no way to write a draft message. If you leave the app and come back without sending, the entire message is deleted. There's no way to print or save a single message thread for sending to a third party. I could go on

This app is great, i pay for premium Always getting updates, developers respond in a short time. App Does what I need it to and then some. I wish they had a free version and a paid version with more features or something. I am having trouble accessing attachments. Says you can get those with paid app, so would one star less for that alone but new features gave another star. update: had an issue getting older attachments, update was not able to fix it. they have Expired, anything before August 2016. The rest are perfect. though still can't retrieve attachments over a certain time period in my case.

Great app, but it has issues with calling features. It never calls me from the same number so I can't save a contact for it. And it never shows up as a call through talking parents, it shows as a phone call from some 833 number that I don't recognize and it causes me to not answer previous video calls from my baby boy. Very frustrating. When the calls do go through it records it very well and you can even rewatch the video with a transcript of the dialogue.

The app is only functional if you pay for the subscription. And with paying for the subscription it still doesn't load new messages properly. I often have to back out of the messaging screen and then re-open it to get the new message. For what they charge you'd think they could make this work better. That said, it does essentially do the job it's required to.

It doesn't work half the time, it's way over priced you have to pay a monthly fee plus buy minutes. For example I can have 100 mins but if I haven't paid the monthly fee I CANT USE THEM It's near impossible to send money to the other person and they make everything difficult. I don't recommend this app to anyone but we really have no choice. I really really really HATE this app! WORST APP EVER!!!!!!!!

APP glitches a lot but keeps an accurate record. The messages layout has been changed but I don't like it. It's not easier now. The old way highlighted the title of the messages that were unread in all a red color. My narcissistic ex sends me so many messages that I choose not to read them so seeing the highlighted red titles made it easier to see how many messages were unread. I don't care for this new layout at all.

This app contains a bug that, after signing in, takes the user to the account information screen. The only option from there is to sign out. Once I sign back in, it loads some page for less than a second, then immediately takes me back to the account information page. Being my first experience with the application, I read the reviews only after installation, and everyone seems to be having this and other issues. Other websites also confirm that this app has many bugs.
