Bad bad bad, my sister send me money since yesterday and they have debited her and hold the money without sending it to me...and she message them and they ask so many questions and needed her I'd which she send already and they send her email that money have be released and approved. But have not got money in my account, too bad don't use this site very poor Network and transferring system.

Totally trusted. But although the first 2 transactions were completed instantly the next 2 were pending for 5 days before being completed. Kinda annoying that they never told me why but at least I got the money after all :)

Hello talkremit team, I have been using this App since I found and I was happy with this online service I invited friends and I haven't received any bonus . This App sometimes is not available or working I struggle to use it I can see that there is increased amount of fee which is too much more than double with out any notice and I think you will double again so I'm not happy with these things. Thanks

The customer support are very great, they do not delay in replying customers email or messages when issues arises. Their exchange rate is great but i will still encourage them to make it greater and also allow Papal as one of the payment option by the customers. TalkRemit should try as much as possible to always send alert to any beneficiary at the same minutes they paid into their account because my own beneficiary received an alert 30 to 50 minutes after TalkRemit paid into their account.

Really frustrated with this - input phone and email to register but it came up with "unknown error". Then when I try to register again it says the user already exists. If I try to log in with the same details it says user does not exist! Stupid bug please fix

Using Talkremit few weeks ago, difficult to transfer and they just block me with no concrete reason and their staffs cannot give any reason for blocking me. They hold my money for 3 to 4 days without successful transaction. I have to send email to them, to return my money back to my account. Not Really Reliable

Is a good app. I like it. Only the exchange rate is little bit down. The only problem I have seen is the reviewing process takes many hours to finish. I would be very glad if it can be cut down to 30 minutes provider if the person have already provided the necessary documentation.

TFP Terribly Flawed Processes!! They would hold onto your money with out passing it to beneficiary. Then they will send you an email saying hey do you mind sending us some ID, when they should have done that in the registration process. Oh if email goes to your junk mail good luck. I uploaded ID, money was not sent. Contacted by phone & chat. Requested send or cancellation. Conclusion both on set of staff confirmed ID. Not able to cancel or send. TFP Terribly Flawed Processes!!

After you sent one transaction this app become frozen and you need to wait for hours sometimes one day, i complained but nothing sorted out, also I having problem now to use it because I am abroad and i am not using registered telefone number and I can't verify my logging. The app should have two options to verify your account email and telefone for that reason they blocked my account. Very bad service.

They hold your money and keep asking for the same documents 10times. Very terrible experience. I haven't received my money yet nither to the account I sent from nor to the account I sent to. I came for my vacation in my home country and they have been holding my money even though I am sending it for myself. No reply of emails. I don't have a number to call. They keep asking for my bank statements all the time. I sent them already many times through app and through email.

If there were zero stars, I would give them! After holding my transfer for hours, I contacted the online cs but all they did was ask me for verifications which they had already done at the get go! Not convenient for someone with a job. Or you need to just walk around with all your IDs n gas bills etc to do a simple transaction. Not seamless or convenient at all pfft

Spent Ages trying to set up/register account due to issues capturing photo ID via their system...It should never be this hard to register with any company!!! Customer service Team are very slow to reply back to emails. Thankfully, there are other services more efficient that don't require you to jump through as many hoops when signing up. Talk Remit - Thanks but No Thanks.

There are important data that you cant change when you first clicked somewhere. Support will pretend to get it fixed and urge you to use the service. They will promise you an update when it's done but you'll never hear about it again. They will also not let you delete your account so you can create a new account with the correct data (that they pass on to authorities).

Customer service is excellent 👍! Easy to get in touch and communicate to customer services! The App has been a bit oddly recently. In the last stage of the process of sending the App freezes and says processing but the money is sent in the background and later you get the a text message confirming the transaction has been processed. The other day I had to start the process again and ended up sending money twice. That's why I rated the App 4 stars

Very difficult to work with them , have businesses and have to provide every time and transaction same documents to show my business registration, despite of it they are not able to see that I just send to myself , sender and receiver same name. They're holding money for days, very slow to work in, no way to cancel transactions. Asking every transactions for same documents Business registration, bank statements 3 month and so. Even small under 100€ is a problem to send. Not even 1 star worth
