Best app I've found for my needs so far. There's some improvements that could be made though. 1. Show sub-tasks in notification. It would be very helpful to be able to check off sub tasks from the notification rather than having to open the entire app. 2. Proper alarms, rather than basic notifications. I'd like to be able to use the notification as my alarm to wake me up in the morning, with a list of things to do as my morning routine. Presently have to use a separate alarm app.

It has every function you could want and nothing extra taking up space. Really basic but very functional. The only reason it won't work for me is I'm looking for a checklist feature that resets every day with nothing being marked late or missed or whatever if it's not checked off. It would also be a bonus to have graphs/stats or badges etc to see your tasks build up over time and track your activity etc. Thanks!

Well well...It's finally time for a review. I've been using Taskiyo since January 2021 and brought the pro version in February. This is one app that I never uninstall since day one. Gotta say that UI is best and it looks so clean. and project bords?? man you saved my university life. It's very easy to keep track on things and getting things done. I used so many todo apps and I can say this is the best for me so far. I wish there is a desktop version or at least a chrome extension in future.

I adore this app! I have ADHD and this improved my life immediately. My favorite thing is the ability to seamlessly integrate routines with multiple tasks (such as an evening routine) into the same list as my "one off" tasks. I love the timeline and the "unplanned" section to dump things from my brain to sort through later. I have tried so hard to find a SIMPLE app that does all these things, and I can't tell you how happy I am. Thank you! Wish List For Updates: 1. I wish that today's tasks with no time attached would be displayed NOW in the timeline. i.e. if a task is scheduled for today but with no time, it comes after any tasks with a time that is earlier than now, but before any tasks with a time that is later than now. 2. A widget to quickly see and add unplanned tasks. 3. A web interface, but this is less important to me than the other two.

Perfect. Lines the tasks in a chronological line which I love and need, visually. I like to see things lined up and connecting either vertically or horizontally a d this one is vertically. Then you set the times for each task and check them off as you go. Many more features too. Feature rich, functional and pleasing to the eye while being streamlined and effective. 💫💫💫💫

Update:Would like to be able to use features such as bold, italic, and different colors. Would really help to customize tasks further and help them to stand out in any mode. - - - - - - - - Have tried so many task apps but this one helps me to actually get things done. A lot of flexibility when creating/adjusting tasks. Non invasive with alarms. Able to create tags which are really helpful. Overall lots of features and I am currently only using the free version. Definitely recommend!!! 👍 👍 👍

I have used this for under a day, but really like it! It's very user friendly. The timeline view is great! There are 2 things that would make it better for me. I can't view the tutorial/instructions for long without Reddit insisting I use it's app. I'd prefer being able to view it in a browser. I'd also like an option to customize sounds using my own collection - like I can on ringtones. Neither of those things subtracts from the functionality of the app and it's a 5 star experience!

An affordable app with small upgrades (one time prices) that can help you out even more. Unlike TickTick, it has no monthly fees (so far) and gets down to the brass tacks. While there is no web version (yet), you can sync with other Android devices. It's beautiful to look at, doesn't overwhelm you with options you may never use. You don't have to buy the add ons for basic essentials, but if you find yourself making power moves, it will help you out.

Wish there was a 4.5 star option. Coming from the 2Do app, I'm thankful that this app has a dark theme. The UI is great, and the app does its job well. The inclusion of a widget is especially appreciated. The things that would make this app a 5/5 for me would be the ability to filter the timeline by tags or priority level. Additionally, having a sticky calendar view on the timeline would be great; I don't need the automatic hiding. Lastly, a default 0:00 reminder would be nice. Thanks!

I don't typically give 5 ⭐ ratings unless the app is absolutely dope! Well in my opinion this app has exactly what I've been looking for in a schedule/planning app. I've tried and subscribed them all in the past, Google, Tick Tick, Any.do, todoist... Taskito however, offers such a simple and beautiful design. It's not complicated and it keeps me reminded and right on task. I also love the board and tags features here. But I do wish it had an opition to add attachments 🤔🤔🤔.

BEST TO-DO LIST, PLANNER APP! I Like many others are always looking for that perfect app to keep track of to do lists planning and tasks. This app does it all AND it syncs to other devices. I am using it on three devices! Beautiful lay out.. Easy to use.. Many options and colors schemes. Tags, templates notes.. Everything you need and even reminders and widgets I can't say enough about this app. Thank you!

Excellent little task management app. Uncluttered interface, allows me to add and track my personal tasks, checklists, to-do's, and project tasks on the in-app calendar. I've tried many other task-tracking apps, but so far this one works the best for me, in terms of knowing what I need to do and in staying organized. Highly recommended.

Best planner app available. Intuitive design with lots of features and options for customization so you can get exactly what you want. To get all the add-ons is only like $4 which is honestly a steal for what you get out of it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect planner app. As an added bonus, the support team is very helpful and responds quickly if you ever have any problems or suggestions.

This app is changing my life. Incredibly well organized and easy to use, with a huge range of features. Love the ability to organize by "tags" and "projects", and the ability to make lists within list items. The UI is beautiful and streamlined. I've tried many to-do apps, and this blows all the rest of them out of the water!!

Seemed great at first but cannot dismiss the 1 new notification on the app itself, no matter what, it constantly has a bright orange 1 on it, and keeps cluttering up my notification bar with 'before you start the day!' which you can't dismiss for some reason without editing notification preferences. This is the only app I've used like this. Haven't gotten a chance to even use it and I'm already irritated by it. I'm uninstalling. It could be useful but I'm not inclined to try.

The app used to have a feature where it would show a reminder at the top if I had any overdue tasks that I didn't complete. That was a very useful feature, and it helped me stay on top of my work, but now the feature's been removed. It'd be really great if you could bring that back. The big numbers showing how many of each type of task I have aren't really helpful.

Beautiful UI, but unfortunately basic features are locked behind a paywall (seriously: genuinely basic, fundamental features of the app are limited unless you pay). Will look for free alternatives elsewhere. Edit: Exactly. The only reason I'd want an app like this is for repeating/recurring tasks and reminders, which are the very thing this app strictly limits unless you pay up.

This is the only "to-do" app that I have had success with. I love it. There's only one glitch that happens. If I have a reminder that I dismiss from my lock screen, it will try to reappear when I go to unlock my screen later (a few hours after dismissing it from my lock screen). Other than that, this is a wonderful app that helps me keep things in check.

I really like this app. There is so much customization available and for a low one time price instead of a subscription. I stay away from subscriptions. The timeline is a unique and great feature. Tasks are handled in an excellent way. I love that you can snooze them for any length of time in such an easy way. Planning boards are very interesting and work great with the rest of the features. I do wish that it could be used on PC though. I would love to be able to look at my schedule and plan tasks and make project boards from the computer as well.

I am updating my review after using taskito for a few years now. It's still my favorite planning app I've ever used & I pretty much can't get through the day without it. If you're a person who needs to capture information quickly, it's the app for you. If you like seeing plans/events/notes in 1 place, it's for you. Some features I would love to see added: to add images to notes and tasks, a description section for projects, & to be able to share or invite people to projects for collaboration.
