Told 25% return.. Still in minus % and some time 5 to 6% again minus... From one year onwards no returns.. If I invested in direct stock it may be double... But in Tata aia still minus %.. I don't understand after increasing how it becomes minus...

Not a single helpline number works properly. So much hassle to redeem a policy. No contact person to help. But during booking a policy your agents will call day and night. It is not worth so much hassle to redeem my own policy. Pathetic service

1 star for the customer services. Mail and chats and call with executive are useless and very frustrating. I had more than 20 calls and 10+ mail to custycare but still not getting any solution.i have requested my health checkup reports but also did not get report even after requesting 4 time on mails and call with your executive.highly not recommend service.and please don't reply saying please mails us we will reach out to you there.

poor experience I ever have. I recommend to not to take policy with them.. they don't support you when you have any issue.. They will see only what they get not what they suppose to give service to customer.. thinking about the claim is very far.. they don't care..

Customer care service is very poor and worst. No body give clarity and solve about customer problem. On WhatsApp customer service menu is not mentioned all problem details.

Hopeless......Lapsed policy... every time I pay from the app,it shows the same due date n new amount to pay.... kindly refund my money.... policy bazar n Tata AIA...also talking to customer care also of no use

policy provided without proper guidence, I received a call and without hearing me, policy is explained. as the reason I discontinue it and policy is lapsed, again I received call from TATA AIA for a new policy, but till date not received my ammount of rs 6642.

Hello Team, I have Google Pixel 6A and in my mobile, I am not able to use TATA AIA Insurance & Tata Vitality app. I also tested in similar mobile of my friend and having the same issue. So basically the apps are not working in Google Pixel so can you please check and do something?

I am unable to use the app as it is showing for security concern this app cannot be used in this device...it was working properly until today i got the update...I am using a Google pixel 6A and i simply dont know why this is happening...also the tata aia vitality app is showing this kind of msg.

This app missing most important thing - Option to talk with customer care team. To solve your problems directly. They only provide useless tollfree number or helpline no. You can not talk with any customer care executive on your own wish. All TATA AIA apps including TATA Vitality not provide this facility. You have to wait for week for their call. TASHA chat bot is also worse. TATA AIA should improve there customer care service.

Please improve your app. Do add some features. I purcahsed a market linked policy where my money invested in various mutual funds. I open the app after a few days and I can't see my base premium(invested amount) It only shows Fund value at any respective date. There's no feature of showing how many % my fund increased since invested, How much fund increased in rupees, total gain in 1 day, etc...
