I ordered new balance shoes but I received used and damage shoes...this is negligence of may be delivery partner or company..now I am requesting to change shoes or refund my amount..but they declined the pickup the shoes..this is Fraud...nobody trying to contact me ...first experience worst experience

Not a great experience. Truly disappointed & frustrating. Orders get cancelled though the product & size is available on the portal. Initiated refunds take a long time to credit back to the source. Its been 3 days since refund is initiated. Hard to find the profile icon on the app. There is noone you can speak to if you call customer service.

Pure fraudulant app. Prepaid Orders will come well packed. Their fraudulant methods begin when you have to return the item. I have been speaking to the customer support team and management for almost a month now. Online shopping fraud has gone to new level in coordination with delivery partners. Even on phone call with customer support team, you will hear own voice repeated, which i strongly believe is part of their cheating method. Getting money refund for returned product is impossible.

Worst experience with tata cliq luxury customer service...They are fooling customers in need of resolution of their grievances..I have ordered a Guess men's denim jeans from Tata Cliq Luxury and is shown to be delivered even when I haven't received the product.On contacting the customer care which itself is next to impossible , so talking via mail , I was told that the issue will be resolved soon but now received a mail stating that the issue is resolved even when I haven't received the product.

worst shopping experience received an empty box from them. I have never ever received an empty box from any company in my last 20 years of online shopping but these frauds managed to do that.

There is nothing Luxury about this app, they need to start with the app, it should be premium. Once orders are placed with pre payment they will delay the orders without any responsibility Worst os there is no way to contact customer care.

I ordered a sneaker on 12th of August and i received the product on 18tg of August I returned the product on 19th of August because of the size first of all exchange is not an option in this app the refund still didn't came today is August 26th whenever I chech the return status it shows your refund will be initiated in 2 days

order placed has been delayed 3 times now. Still don't know if it will be delivered. second order received has shoes already used by others. their orders section under profile almost never opens. this app is garbage.

Horrible customer care. Received notification that a my parcel has been delivered but didn't receive it. No way to contact and raising a complain doesn't work. Can't even contact to cancel an order.

You guys are not having any contact details, and when I try to log a case it shows try later. And your delivery partners are fraud. They never call me and saying the called me for delivery. Guys I was waiting for my order to be delivered for more then 10 days. and still no update. We pathetic application for online shopping.

Worst app, zero option of customer support, even option to raise a complaint fails. I returned a product a week ago and have not received a refund. Even the IVR options do not allow you to talk with the operator.

utterly disappointed with the app and also the product which was delivered. first is that the delivery was 3 days late, second product was broken and third the app doesn't allow you to submit the complaint

It's just impossible to find anything in the app. Unintuitive Search: The search function is often frustrating, failing to yield relevant results or requiring exact brand and product names. Poorly Structured Categories: The current categorization feels complex and at times, illogical. Sub-categories are not always clearly nested.

worst experience. Worst Application. I ordered a product 6 days back by paying the money. my order was confirmed at the instant itself. Then still after 6 days it is still in the order confirmed stage. I tried raising a complaint but it is saying 'Something went wrong ' . Today the order has to be delivered but it still in the order confirmed stage.
