Terrible Experience. This app doesn't even open in my Samsung Galaxy note 9. Even after manually allowing the permissions it needed. Please fix this app as soon as possible. Why you guys made this app compulsary when it is still in beta stage and not yet stable? Things won't work like this. First make it stable, and available for all the platforms and then make it mandatory!

I have an problem ongoing problem for 4 days. The app is signed out and I'm trying to sign in again and when the verification code is sent and entered there's an error message saying that "An error occured. Please try again later." 4 days of trying again later and the problem still existing. I tried calling the support 2 times. Once they told me some troubleshooting steps which I tried without any effect. The other time they told me that it's a global problem.

I thought I am the only one suffering, but there are many. I have downloaded the app then it asked to locate my residence. When I have selected the residence it is showing no data has found. After difficulties I have located my address. When I went to hyper market the security wants to refresh the app but it is not refreshing. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. But still it is not working..Really it is frustrating...

It's very bad the application doesn't work and nobody answers its useless. It wasted my time and my money. It also ruined my experience to the Madina because I'm staying 3 days and already 2 days is messed up and ruined plus I didn't do anything. It's the worst application every! I could right 100 essays about this app but I just summarized it to make it easier for people to read. (Useless, Messed up, unorganised, and lots more) doesn't even deserve a 1 start!

English Android Version : unable to select date of birth from the calender. No OK button available. Only cancel button available. Then I choose Arabic language. I did the sign up upto password creation. Then quit the app, uninstalled. Again installed. Selected English. Now I directly sign in with PW. App continued from location selection etc. etc. Finally successful. Thanks to God.

It's really sucked! I already downloaded this app, last april 2020. But now it's very inconvenient, yes you can log in but the Problem is they will send a one time password but until the countdown finished they will not send any numbers. If you announced this kind of app in the mall ir establishment, you should be prepare of volume of people will use it. Because it's really annoying especially when you go to work inside of mall. Always technical error.

Wish I could give this app zero stars. It is useless and non-user friendly. You need wifi to access the app so you can't even go out and explore the city nor can you get an option to print or save the PCR test. Signing up was a problem couldn't select nationality for a long while and when it gave me that option I could only choose an arabic country. This app also doesn't work for all phones, It keeps telling me "something went wrong, try again later". I'm tired of struggling with the app.

Had trouble getting SMS OTC code for initial setup to my Google Fi SIM #, had to use an alternate AT&T Int'l (STC compatible) SIM instead. This caused quite a bit of time, testing and needless frustration. (Update - 2/5/21) Now I'm having trouble logging in at all! Gives error trying to login with US passport # or phone # (with or without +1). When using "Forgot Password" link, you cannot click the "Nationality" drop-down, doesn't work. Perhaps the app isn't tested for the latest stable Google Android release? (running Pixel 3A) I'm having trouble going to the store or even getting into my hotel today!

The app is good but I suggest some effective features: •The ability to review your personal state and some necessary services without internet like GPS or mobile networks only. •Reducing data collecting time when starting the app to 5sec maximum . •Changing Pop up notifications is so annoying highlight them above the screen in a small window. •Loading process should be smother in its form and timing. These are some of my suggestions that I think will make the app much sufficient.

Here is the problem with this app. Works ok say 20 times. But every once in awhile stops working. And then you are standing outside your workplace or a mall. Waiting for it to open and refresh. And sometimes it will just log you off for no reason. And i beleive might get worst since it will become mandatory from Aug 1st. They should work to make sure it doesn't freeze as much as it does.

This app doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have never seen an official app be so poorly developed. An app which is mandatory for going out and entering literally anywhere should be much better. There are several problems with this app. This app can't even send an OTP in time. "Service is down, please try again later" keeps showing up when you are trying to change the password or sign up. "Something went wrong, please try again later" pops up when you are trying to LOG in.

Terrible app. It logs me out daily & doesn't have the option to let me log in as a tourist, so every single time the only way to log in is to go to the reset password page. But even then the app doesn't work half the time. Which is a nightmare, I've repeatedly been turned away from shops & malls. Yesterday I was trying to book into a hotel, there was half a dozen people in the lobby also trying to book in, but weren't allowed because the app wasn't working! Very poorly designed app.

This application, simply put, does not work for any international visitors. It can work, but don't hold your breath. You would be lucky to receive the verification code. Support is also non existent and do absolutely nothing. Good luck to those who will need it. UPDATE; Almost 2 years later and this application is still hot trash. Riddled with bugs. I can't believe some developers as re getting paid for this. If I can give it 0 stars I definitely would.

Very much nice app with valuable content that other countries should mimic. However, recently I encountered some issue with the app that logged me out and never allowed me logging back in again since updated few weeks ago. It shows an error that it's now suspended. I return back after few days to try again, but same error shows up. When I try to reset password it shows another error that data entered (Iqama & DOB) is incorrect. Called their support but they didn't know how to help. Not working

It keeps crashing. I removed it, restarted my phone, reinstalled it but it just won't load. This is too bad that every place is asking for this app and it won't load on my phone. Secondly, it should have the option of offline content. I am sure there are lots of people like me who don't have data package. Even if app would load, it won't be able to show anything just because of data package limitation. Very bad application.

Extremely bad application, the verification code never comes. What a waste of time. This app will ensure we keep hanging in limbo. Just developing an app is not enough, you need to have the necessary server size to cater to the demand. Just so inconvenient. I wish I could give negative marking for this version. It was great during the last lockdown. Maybe they have made it super heavy with so many features.

This is an excellent app with an amazing content, i wish other countries learn from this app. However, the Android version is very weak unlike the apple version which is very robust. My app with every update looks and feels different. As an example, after the last update, all writings in the app are almost 1 to 3 points... totally unreadable unless you have a microscope. One day it is good and one day it is not. Please fix it. Thanks.
