Cannot scan documents individually and upload. The documents have to be scanned in groups as the app only allows one document to be uploaded which makes the process tedious. Please allow multiple documents to be uploaded under each option.

Very low experience. Agent has 0 experience. Application is not working in a proper way. Everything's freezed or didn’t go through the submission. The phone number is not answering. Never answer. Whatsapp the response times about 20 mins. Overall .. bad application if you have a chance to try another one. Check other reviewers, all rated is bad and low. NCCI, please enhance your services plus your app.

Need to improve customer service support function as despite having patients historical record every time Tawuynia require same information for approval. extremely poor approach and causing frustration to the patients.

What a ridiculous app. Useless. The app keep requesting login even if u just close it and open it after few hours. Very complicated and jammed with useless information. U cant see the details of requests and approvals. Go learn from Bupa. Next year will force our company to stay away from tawunia for sure.

Every time need to login, inspite of finger print authentication. If depends want to login every time otp comes to main number . Medical approval doesn't display the list of required services after the app is updated.

For 7 days, I've trying to submit mobility claim from this App. When all of the requirements, documents already provided then the only thing is to click submit, and unfortunately its not working or submitting. Very disappointed😑

Very bad app experience The app is just useless, I can't check the hospitals withiny network & I can't check last approvals The app itself have averu bad UI and you can easily get lost in it

Very Wroust App, Once LOGIN The App, And Enter The App It I'll Be Working, Once You Come Back The App, Again Same Procedure Enter Id Number, DOB, OTP, Then Only LOGIN, It's No Need To LOGIN Again And Again And Enter All The Data's, I Requesting, So Plz Resolve The Problem, Weekly Goal Refreshing Issue. Weekly Goal Doesn't Refreshing.

App is lagging on logo then system massage shows "application is not responding". But to use the services in good way i used the website and it's working in perfict way. Hope to rectify this bug soon

Though my Tawuniya health insurance is active, it is not apearing in Tawuniya App. I many times reinstalled and updated to latest version. Still It is not reflecting. Through customer Service also not able to resolve.

Horrible. Not user-friendly. You need to fill the info with the same docs for every claim every time, and once you get to the end, it refuses to submit for unknown reasons. Hence bugged. I told my company to change to another insurance provider.

The app is not updating when it comes to pending approval requests. I've been in the hospital for more than 1 hour, but nothing is displayed in the app for any pending approval. Contacted the Whatsapp channel of Tawuniya and yet the agent cannot find a request under my name and actually said there is none. When I talked to the hospital's approval desk, I was informed that the request has actually been approved already.

I had taken the policy for visit visa extension for 3 person, 2 policy i got but for the third policy the amount deducted twice from my account and policy also not issued. I tried calling them but no result came in return, i also sent email to them but the automated reply came stating the mail address is not in use now. Still waiting for the refund.

no notifications. you just wait and then have to deal with "staff" Update: the app shows a notification with a link. The link is inactive (not clickable) you cannot copy text. Once seen, the notification disappears. You cannot view past notifications or approval.
