Completely unusable. Use Bolt, Uber or any other app as this one is slow to connect and archaic. Waste of time

Reservations get canceled without notice; app full of minor bugs; can't call taxi when he's lost... Only reason I use this app is because the other ones don't have the option for child seats.

11%. That is how much battery this app uses per day when you do not use it. In other words when it is in the background. This on a phone with epic battery life. So beware that you need to restrict this app to avoid it killing your battery... And possibly selling your location data to the highest bidder.

This is so stupid. I had a trip from somewhere to airport they charge me twice for that and when I'm calling them they tell me a different thing every time that means there is some thief over there and they won't refund my money I email them they don't respond after a month they told me the driver isn't working there anymore I said its not my business I need my refund they just hang out. I'll never gone use this app and I suggest you to dont even download it.

Taxi didnt arrive, too long wait time on support, the taxi car on the map is in fact my phone and not the taxi we were waiting for, no way to contact driver, no way to see what kind of car is suppose to pick us up. Over all worst taxi app oveever used.

Hello the App seems well developped. Unfortunately, I am not able to fully register and validate my profile (Telefon Number). The app doesn't send the validation code. I can't fully use the app!!! 🤔😔

Navigation in app is not easy. While booking it keeps on loosing pickup location. I use english language but app is not localised properly at time it's difficult to judge what you are selecting is the option you want.

1) there was one price in the application, but the driver over, price took 17% more. and after the trip the price in app became 0 euro. 2) wrote in the comments that the driver spoke English, in fact not. 3) the driver completed the trip almost 10 minutes earlier.

Doesn't work for me. I installed it and signed up using my Google account. The data that I entered was corrupted (my namev and phone number were replaced by garbage characters) and the app subsequently reported "connection error" whenever I opened it. I would expect far better from a reputable app.

The worst app i ever saw. Seriously, between, the glitch and the destination that is useless because the drivers dont know where we go... it's just useless. Oh and to add to that you guys/girls need to find a way that the drivers dosen't cancel all of a sudden because it make your service worst and worst. I know you don't want Uber but at least offer a service that is relyable.

The app used to be a good option, but alas, like other services I believe Covid has impacted this sector as well. The app keeps searching for ride and shows "processing" with no driver info or where the taxi is or if they even found a ride. Had an urgent Hospital appointment, finally had to go via good old public transport which was much quicker.

Was nice, is runbish now. It feels like every time I use the app, I am asked to register again. Now you are forced to add credit card details and then have to confirm via bank and this is not working ... bla bla bla. Even using Uber became an option in comparison. Sorry guys, but this is just to annoying to use and not reliable enough. And btw: stipovers and stuff cannot be entered either. The app is just not worth the trouble, so after using it for 5 years this will now be deleted.

no eta. no confirmations. no option to pay. I would hapily pay taxi rates to ride in an uber. Resonse, since I cant reply directly to developer responses?? Come on Google. Really??: Germany in mid july. The ap just sits on a loading screen. The driver does show up but no information is provided on their vehicle, eta, contact number, ect. It makes locating the correct car very difficult at a crowded hotel or tourist spot when a common language is not spoken (well).

I used the app in Antwerp a few times and I really wasn't happy with the services. At first, I received a confirmation email and an invoice for my trip and everything was fine. However, after that I stopped receiving confirmation emails and invoices for ALL my trips. I called them many times asking for these documents, first, they told me they would be automatically sent by email at the end of the month, which was a lie, then they ignored my emails. Never again.

Always opens the same strange location i don't know or use, pre-defined as "pick up location" on app start, even though I cleared cache and data, very annoying.

I've used 4 other taxi apps in other countries and taxi.eu is by far the worst of them all. It doesn't tell you the approximate fare, or the make, model, and license plate number of the taxi you are waiting for, like all other apps do. Driver didn't know our destination. Also it's full of bugs. I set the default method of payment to credit card, but it force-switched me to cash when my ride arrived. That's not the complete list of bugs. I'm only giving it 2 stars because my ride finally arrived.

It was a very short trip to the doctor and it takes a while for me to get in and out of the car. He was very patient and kind. Great way to start the day

Absolute hot garbage. First, after adding a credit card as a form of payment, it won't show the card as an option to pay for the ride (only cash). Worse, after completing the setup process, it tells you everything is all set - but when you go to actually book it says it needs to confirm your phone number via SMS. Upon entering my number, it says it "can't send a SMS to that number". Useless.
